This is by far the worst experience the room had a smell of mold like old mold. We walked in the room and the pillow cases dirty, the bathroom door knob broken like literally the room in general was in poor condition the bed was hard and the floor was dirty. To be honest we didn’t even want to stay but it was so late that we had no other choice. Won’t be staying here again.

If you’re staying here for Disneyland, keep in mind it’s about an 8–10 minute walk, which is very convenient. There are also many stores nearby, which is a plus. The only downside is the limited indoor parking—if you’re staying more than a day, the garage is pretty small and can fill up quickly. Check-in and check-out are easy, and overall it’s very affordable.

Stayed here years ago. Place has not been kept up with. It’s not dirty but not super clean either. Everything feels very old. The location is great though. Right next to a 24 hour CVS and 10 min walk to the parks. This is a good option if you just need a convenient place to sleep.

The parking lot was very small and the room was old and kind of musty. It was nice to be walking distance to Disneyland. Also, it was nice and quiet until around 6am when the truck came to empty the dumpsters outside. (twice), that was super loud. The girls we had when we check in was pleasant, the girl we had when we checked out not so much. Overall, it was just okay.

The water pressure was a bit low and the body wash available wasn't quite to my liking but the location was great for the convention center and Disney. There are great food options for delivery and around the area. If you just want a great bed to lay in at the end of the long day after being out from 8am - 10pm and fall asleep to food network, this is the place.

Be very careful when staying here. We specifically asked several times how much would be charged to our card and were told a certain amount (the same amount) 4X. Come home from our trip and there’s a charge on our card for over double what they said it would be and was told it was “resort fees.” Cool, I know some places have those, but why was I not told before hand? Nowhere on the hotels.com app did it say there would be resort fees and again they told us 4 separate times our charge amount and never ever mentioned this. When I reached out to the hotel I was told resort fees are standard and that’s it. It wasn’t having to pay resort fees, I get that, it’s the lying about the amount over and over and then getting charged double and not being prepared.

Room was ok. Bathroom wasn’t that clean. And after our first night we asked if they could change our sheets as my 3 year old wet himself. They didn’t. Than the next day we left the room alittle later and housekeeping came to make room and we asked them to come back in j

We stayed here for one night after returning from a cruise. The proximity to Disney is great and the rate was very reasonable for a family of 5. My only complaint is that our room was near the road and we heard lots of noise from outside during the night. The room was clean but seemed a little dated and needed some general upkeep. For one night, it was fine. Probably not what I would have chosen for multiple nights.

The staff is fine. The inside is very dated but seemed okay until we found mushrooms or fungus growing out of our ceilings. We reported to management who have took all the information and even requested the photos be emailed with a promise to call us back with an update and it still has not happened that was 2 days ago. Now I have been dealing with itchiness all over my body

Easy walk to Disneyland. The parking was convenient. The hotel shares a parking garage with another hotel and it is close and convenient if there isn’t a surface space. The beds are comfortable. The only mirrors are in the bathroom area. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom area too.

Outdated property but it was clean and staff were great. Hot and pool were packed with teenagers so we did not even attempt to use. Our two Queen Suite is an interesting location description, I actually think they were double size beds and nothing about those rooms felt like a suite. Also we were also supposed to pay a certain about at the property but were charged an additional 1.20 for another tax. I didn’t complain. Such a small amount, but Expedia and the property should have the same info.
Overall a decent experience for just needing a place to sleep.

Room wasn’t cleaned well. There were spots on the walls and some debris on the floor that could have been picked up if someone would have swept before we got there. Also, the chair in our room was dirty and we asked for towels but never got them.

I woke up early in the morning to water dripping on the floor. Went to check and the sink was overflowing from the drain. Went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I had to call the office from my cell phone. They did send someone over fairly quickly and had to stay awake while repairs were being done. And for such the inconvenience… nothing. Who ever I spoke to on the phone I believe was the manager on duty. When I checked out, not so much as a sorry. Normally I wouldn’t mention anything, but this was quite the inconvenience. This was quite disappointing as I normally enjoy this hotel.

Staff nice, facilities clean, rooms are super old and haven’t been updated in awhile. That being said it’s clean, the bunk beds are awesome for families, black out curtains awesome, so nice to have a microwave and fridge. Everything was great minus it’s just old and needs to be updated. Mattress also good have definitely been better

Water leaking from the ceiling, got fixed after water drenched the carpet. Hotel was fully booked so a room change was not possible, but what made it bad was the front desk staff attitude. Rude, almost felt like they were annoyed I called about water leaking all in the room. We were exhausted after a long day and we couldn't sleep thinking there was mold. We almost just left and drove home. Awful experience. Will not stay here again.

Our family has stayed here in years past and while back several years ago it was slightly dated it has become quite run down. Furniture was old and stained, carpets were stained and overall just worn, wall paper was peeling away from the walls, rusting hinges and signs of water damage in the bathroom, beds were very springy(not comfy) but most concerning was the smell in the hallways. It did smell like there may have been a sewage issue on at least the floor we stayed on and the hotel installed fragrance ommiting devices that were supposed to cover the smell but rather made it worse and was so strong you could taste the fragrance and see the almost smoke like residue in the air. The only thing that saved us from having a headache from the fragrance smell because it did linger into our room was the fact that room had a sliding door to the outside so we could get fresh air into our room. We would have left the hotel if our family that we were traveling with hadn’t booked two other rooms here. We did have plenty of linens but had to call for towels since they don’t clean the room daily. When I had to call the front desk for towels, I had to call from my mobile phone since the in room phones would only produce a busy signal to the front desk, tried a different times of the day several times and it remained a busy signal. We were visiting the park so spent most of our days at Disney, I would say it would not be a hotel I could relax in and I would not book this hotel again.

This hotel needs a massive top to bottom good old fashioned cleaning. We have stayed here in the past several times and it was never the best place but adequate. Not this time. Our room had the worst odor and the carpet was filty. The tile in the bathroom was full of mold and who knows what else. We had family pass on showering there for fear they would be dirtier when they got out of the shower. bottom line, STAY AWAY.

In November we stayed at this hotel, with my family. We stayed in a room with (2) queens, sleeper sofa and set of bunk beds. Booked the same room for this trip (March 8-10) but when we checked in, the office staff stated there was no such room. Put us in a room with 2 queens, went back to the lobby, then was placed in a family suite - (1 king, sleeper sofa and bunk beds). We were told by the check in gentleman there no such room. Yes, we stayed in the first mentioned room back in November. He told me, \"no you didn't.\" I did not want to argue, so we were then sent to another room with a king, sleeper sofa and bunk beds. We mad it work, but that placed 2 adults in the bunk beds. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and this is the 1st time we were not satisfied with customer service.

The hotel was very nice. Pool area was very nice as well. Great location. Customer service was amazing! We had a 3 room reservation with 12 people so we had quite a few requests and all were met quickly. At the end of our stay, our grand daughter lost her Mickey ears and the hotel provided her with a gift bag with Mickey & Minnie ears in them. The only thing we found was the back of the bathroom door needed to be wiped down as it appeared to be dirty. Other than that, we loved the hotel and will definitely stay there again. Our new favorite! Parking was perfect. We were even allowed to park before check in and after check out for $15. Close to everything, restaurants & convenience/pharmacy stores nearby, $4 bus stop in case you get tired and don't want to walk, short walk to Disneyland and Coffee Bean is right around the corner. Met every one of our needs. We were there for 3 days. Parked our cars and never moved them!
