Everything about this hotel was ideal. An easy walk to the convention center and not a terrible walk to and from Disneyland. The front desk staff was great in greeting us and storing our bags while we waited for the room to be ready. We only used the pool a couple of times but seating was fine. The only thing we weren’t happy about was I paid extra for breakfast to be included in our stay and we were still charged for breakfast each day. Felt a little bait and switch going on there.

Only down fall was our off day from the parks our laundry services were broken and had to keep going back and fourth to different floor in the hotel. Not a ton of selections for vending machine. Store inside is over priced same with the cafe paid twice the amount of a coffee. Shouldve just waited to get it at the parks. Staff was nice when needing to check in along with helping navigate me through the property. Elevators definitely need renovation feels like tower of terror when getting on and off

Staff was great and overall hotel was nice. However for the price and distance to the parks it is VERY dated. My room didn’t feel clean and I noticed random stains on the bedding, curtains and carpet. Furniture is chipping and dusty.

The room we were in was clean and everything worked. My only complaint is that our room layout was a bit strange. The steam from the shower set off the smoke detector and after it turned off it chirped every 20-30 seconds for about an hour. The pool and spa were nice, good temperatures and clean. The gym was okay, one of the weight machines seemed to be a little broken. Parking was good, we were able to leave our car there during the day so we could walk over to Disneyland. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

This place is dated and in desperate need of renovation and upgrade. So is the staff. The vanity was rotting away at the bottom. The finish on the mirror was peeling away. The furniture is stained, thread bare and had a musty smell. The shower had black mold growing on the ceiling and around the fixtures. There was a hole cut in the ceiling to service an obvious leak from upstairs that was never properly closed and looked like a child did the work. The toilet would not flush. It gurgled and bubbled and couldn’t muster enough power to flush a single piece of tissue paper which forced us to use the facilities adjacent to the lobby which looked like a stall in gas station. Apparently we weren’t the only ones with this issue.
The staff. Meh. Tried explaining issues to them but they were mired down checking in other guests and trying to explain the antiquated $100 per night deposit. They couldn’t even offer a lazy or disingenuous hello while passing by.
If your staff doesn’t like working there it’s a good bet your guests won’t like staying there. Cancelled my remaining Hilton stays for this trip and several future stays. I can overlook a few things but the volume of transgressions is just too much. Annoying that when trying to address with staff that they get interrupted and go on to something else and don’t come back to you. My time is valuable. My money limited. There is no value here for the money.

This place is fabulous for a Disneyland trip! Walking distance to the park, we have 3 littles so it was a safe walk back, put them to bed, and had a completely separate room for my husband and I to watch a movie and heat up some leftovers. The pool and hot tub were clean and chlorinated. Upon arrival we received warm chocolate chip cookies, tokens for the mini arcade, and coloring pages with crayons. If you have kids - book it. Clean, quiet, friendly and easy to make your trip a success

Great place to stay when going to disneyland, since it's close to the toy story parking lot. The staff was always nice and friendly. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy. My kids loved the cookies. Paying in advance for breakfast was worth it. Only thing to improve is that one morning we were seated in a table under a leaking duct ( a few drops of water fell onto my son’s breakfast ) and we had to be relocated.

We had the two bedroom suite. The suite is very dated, you sink into the sofas which were not comfortable to sit on and the furniture is also very dated. The mattresses were very worn and not comfortable at all. Our room was located on a corner near Harbor Blvd and we could hear cars racing all night long. Our room also had an issue with a leaking AC Unit which soaked the bedroom floor. The maintenance crew fixed it while we went to Disneyland. When we returned, they had a large commercial drying fan running in our room. We were fortunate that it was done drying by the time we returned.
I did go to the bar to ask for a wine glass. It took 10 minutes before someone came to assist and then was not friendly. You could tell that she did not want to be there and was annoyed that I asked for a wine glass to take to the room.
The outside of the property looked nice and the parking was easy but that was about it.
