Room attendant never visited the room both days that I was there and I was told by others who had stayed longer that room the room attendant have not cleaned up or sanitized the place in two weeks. Management is horrible.

No accommodations for a 63 yr old disabled guy. The wou8busge when they assigned a top bunk up a narrow flimsy ladder. Never again! The Hot tub was dirty and not warm. No towels at the pool glad I grabbed the room towel.

The experience I had when I stayed here was terrible, I only spent one night and I had to leave because of the conditions in which the accommodation was.

They lied about the room advertised it as a one bed room sleeps two and when i arrive they tell its a 6 bunk hed Hostel. I asked them to cancel the reservation but they would not refund my money. They burned me for 220.00.

The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — close to Disneyland, great restaurants, and the Anaheim Convention Center. The staff was incredibly welcoming, with a special shoutout to Sam who was awesome throughout my stay. Everyone greeted me with a smile and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

There is no place to sit besides your own bed. No television to keep us occupied. Beds were wobbly and very thin. The ladders were very tiny and if you have bad knees it’ll be hard to get up and down safely. I was suppose to stay for two nights but ended up leaving a day earlier because I couldn’t sleep comfortably and felt not at ease with the whole situation. Most likely not going to do this again. I’m used to being by myself and having my own space.

- (a) if you are unlucky enough to sleep in a bunk bed placed next to the air conditioner, you will freeze to death (b) if you sleep in another bunk bed placed next to the restroom, you will hear noises and bad smells whenever someone enters the restroom, and (c) if you sleep in a bunk bed placed right at the entrance, you know, there are 5 different tourists, coming and going at different times...

They asked for more money - One day, someone threw stinking trash in the trash can. I went to find the person who was cleaning the next room, asked for a trash bag. This worked out great for me. Rooms were well kept and staff was nice. Very basic breakfast (yogurt, muffins, coffee and juice) but enough to get the day started. Enjoyed the other ladies in the shared room. I was busy all day and just needed a place to sleep. Hot tub wasn’t warm at all but everything else was great

The bathroom smell was awful, not sure if it was the shower curtain, the rug or what but there was a really bad smell in there. My bed was really weird located and the AC unit was literally next to me. I saw the same used earplug in the floor during my whole stay so I would say the cleaning was questionable. Besides that, very convenient location, and the breakfast options were ok. The people was very nice ✨

First time traveling solo, and was very nervous about my first stay in a hostel. This one exceeded my expectations! While it wasn't *beyond* perfect, it was everything that they advertised it to be. Each room has 6 bunk beds and a bathroom area. The mattresses weren't the most comfortable-I could feel the mattress springs in my back in certain positions but once I found something comfortable it wasn't too much of a problem. The cubby they give you has the option to be locked if you bring your own-something f I liked! The girls I roomed with were very kind, some noise very early in the morning but nothing too crazy. I didn't get back to the hostel that first night until midnight and even then I felt very safe. Breakfast was quick and easy, as was check in/check out. Overall a wonderful first experience-I will be staying here when I'm in the area!

property provide free parking and closed to disneyland. but in mind this hostel is not truly for young people solo travel, some people just live here and can feel a little bit weird. i still gave 4 starts because at this price and what the bed itself provided great value.

Overall was not a great place. The rooms were humid and had bad ventilation. Roommates were a mess and left food and trash out everywhere for multiple days without the staff doing anything about it. Beds were uncomfortable, room had terrible lighting. The woman at the front desk when I arrived was kind and helpful, the guy when I left was also fine, but whoever was working the second night I was there was rude and unhelpful. Frankly I regret staying here and wish I had just spent the extra cash to stay somewhere nicer.

The problem on staying on a hostel is you dont know who will be your roommate. I got to the hostel around 10pm and the room is very dark. One lady is already in bed I guess she is already sleeping. She said I cant turn on the light. I said how can I see. So I just used my phones flash light. Then she turn on the ac it was very cold. Then other roommate are coming really late anf makes somr noise.
When I was asking for a towel at 7am the guy said they dont have it yet. He said there will be towels around 9am. Oh well. You get what you pay for.

This was perfect for my 1 night trip. It was very clean, location to Disneyland was great, shopping/restaurants nearby, and free grab and go breakfast was very nice. The bunk beds are twin size and metal. I got assigned a top bunk, I'm over 50 and I wasn't too sure I could manage. I did but I would of preferred a bottom bunk. Since it was only 1 night, it was ok but I know next time to ask for a bottom bunk.

My stay was wonderful! The rooms were very pretty. The bed was Excellent to sleep in and also large enough to sit straight up on lower bunk. The front desk staff was very friendly and Christine went above to make sure I had coffee before work and the day I left. This was my best hostel experience ever and they have a pool and jaccuzi! Bposhtels should be in every state! I travel for work and will stay at Bposhtels in every city there is one!

The pictures of your hotel do not match the actual property. Your sign was not visible and I never knew the name of the hotel until I got there. Bposhtels was the name /brand you advertise your business. Driving in and out was somewhat innaccessible. I thought I was going to Jack in the Box. Was not able to make personal and direct contact regarding my bed arrangements. I had no idea I was paying for a matress only, and this should be spelled out on your ad.
