Staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was just okay but it was free so not a big deal. Pool was clean too. Our room had plenty of towels and soap and was cleaned after 2 days which was faster than we were originally told.

The staff were incredibly friendly the rooms are newly renovated and they are fantastic! The AC/ Heating unit is great! Overall especially for the price point you can’t do anything better than this. This location will definitely be top of mind next time I go to Disney. Good job!

I was unaware of the tourist fees in the parking fees when I arrived I ordered through Expedia it says I only had 20 something dollars left to pay. Then I showed up and you got all these fees on top of it. Not a good look.

It would have been perfect if there was shuttle to and from the hotel to disney park. The bathroom a little nit on the smaller size for a family of 6 otherwise everything was great, staff were friendly🙂

Hotel is convenient to Disney, but parking is not free. The room was comfortable, though outdated. Appreciated having the fridge and Disney channels. Pool was small, but relatively uncrowded. Hot tub could use more cleaning because the water was slimy and had brown foam covering it. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, but limited seating. Overall, reasonable for a place to crash, but if you’re looking for a comfortable hotel I’d splurge for one of the bigger chains in the area.

The people at the front desk seemed very overwhelmed and confused when checking in a large group they tended to tell us things that weren’t true and then reversed it later when they fix things. Made service never came to clean our room even though the do not disturb sign was off by 10 AM. There wasn’t enough parking in the parking lot for all of the cars that were there and the breakfast in the morning was really not good.

I was not happy with the parking charge that was NOT listed on my Expedia booking, and even less happy with the property's non-response to my texts and email to address the matter. Will not stay again...Had stayed in Anaheim Portofino 2 previous two Disneyland visits, and it was decided that it was the better choice by my wife and me. I only chose Cortina because of the good room rate and continental breakfast, which was marginal at best, and the parking costs that were not listed in the original booking made it a bad choice.

the only thing that the housekeeping staff did not do was to check the refridgerator for used drinks that the prior guest left. And I did not like thst the hotel put wood floors in because all I heard was someone upstair from our room was like they were sitting in tye chair and just kept rollong back and forth

When I walked in my room I had blue painters tape holding down the seam between the vanity area and the bed area. The shower also was draining super slow when using the shower head. We also were very disappointed in the Continental breakfast…we arrived around 7:45am to empty containers and really minimal breakfast items

This property was just okay. I believe the only reason they get to charge this much is location. Breakfast was not good, the waffles were ego waffles. The facilities are dated, the hot tub needs to be resurfaced again. They told us the towels wouldn’t be switched out everyday but we did expect cleaning daily but it didn’t happen. The rooms are dated, the fan in the bathroom would run for a while after the switch was turned off. It’s an okay place.

We were placed in a room on the bottom floor 140 next to the construction area where there was a large dumpster for all the construction trash being thrown into it. We stayed till Monday and they began bright and early renovating the rooms next to us. All the parking was roped off infront of the rooms so you had to go to the below ground parking that is only accessible in the Hyatt hotel next door and it's near impossible to get into that elevator in the morning to get to your car. It was pouring rain and I just ran down the ramp after waiting 20 minutes for the elevator and got the car and loaded my babies into it by parking infront of the construction area. Check for construction before you go. We went Valentines Day weekend. The back half of the room where the kids slept was nice. The front half where the King bed is was very loud. You can hear all the road noise and construction plus little kids heading to breakfast in the hotel lobby screaming. I went to the back of my hotel and used the hard pull out bed in the couch because it was impossible with the construction and the kids to sleep.

We had a good stay overall. The room was very clean, and that’s always my top priority when staying somewhere. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was smooth. The location is also convenient, especially if you’re visiting Disneyland.

The only downside was that the room felt pretty outdated. The furniture and decor could definitely use some updating. That said, everything was clean and functional, so it didn’t ruin our stay.
Overall, a solid place to stay if you’re looking for something clean and close to the parks.

The room seemed dirty. There was left over trash under the vents. I asked for a crib prior and at check in. They ensured me that a crib should be in the room if not then to call. There was no crib so I call and my son was already ready for a nap. They said one was on their way. About 15 minutes later still no crib. I call again and they finally bring one. My son was past tired for his nap by this time. The shower was clogged. I called to have someone come during the day. They asked if they can send someone so I can talk to them I was about to leave the park in about 30 minutes and I told them. An hour passed and still no one came. They asked if I could wait longer but my family was already on the way out the door to the parks. They fixed it while I was gone, but I did not appreciate the inconvenience of having to wait for someone and no one showing up.

The staff was really helpful. We arrived the next morning due to a flight delay; so we called the night prior to advise and ask that they not cancel our reservation or give away our room.
