I was in town for a conference - this hotel was within walking distance to the conference center and several dining/shopping options. The hotel was clean, staff were kind, and the included breakfast was decent. As a group of girls traveling, this hotel felt very safe and somewhere I would stay again. The only downside is that the AC was noisy.

Despite being very close to Disneyland—which does make it a bit crowded at times—this hotel was fantastic. The walk to the park was incredibly easy, the breakfast buffet was excellent, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, cereal, donuts, fruit, toast, juices, The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, and the staff was consistently kind and welcoming. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again. The kids probably preferred the hotels pool to Disney if you want to know the truth

The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice with an adjustable shower head. The room was spacious. There was ample storage for 3 people.
I love it when there are large drawers AND hanging.
Lots of pillows.
Didn't use the pool but it looked nice and the whole grounds were so cute with topiary everywhere.
It felt like they knew where their location is and are acting accordingly. It looks great guys!

My only complains are that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly because it was pointed toward the side of the wardrobe so it was getting an inaccurate reading and second, one of the beds was so hard and and bending at the sides so it was incredibly uncomfortable. Other than that it was great!! The breakfast was phenomenal

As soon as we came into our room, my daughter went to the bathroom and came out and said, “Uh, Mom, there’s a cockroach.” She pointed to the sink and there was a HUGE cockroach! I called the front desk and they offered for us to switch rooms. No discount or anything. I would expect cockroaches more at like a motel 6 or something. The room itself seemed incredibly old and musty. Besides all that, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. We’ve been to this hotel before, but I think for the price and everything I might stay at an even cheaper one next time. The price was too high for there to be a cockroach in the room. I get that it’s LA but uhhh… at least offer something more than just to switch rooms.

Great hotel close to Disney! We have stayed here twice now and both times were great. I will say I wish the lighting in the rooms were better, it’s very hard to get ready in the morning when you cant see your face. Also a lighter paint color would brighten things up so much. But overall it’s a great place to stay! These things are just my thoughts. Staff was great! Grounds are clean

The room was very dark and out dated, also had a slight sour smell, like the AC filters needed cleaning. I called to change room and nothing was available. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and 2 of the 3 coffee machines were broken on the third day. Very convenient to the park via a quick uber ride. Kinda far to walk but it could be possible. Swimming pool was clean and only 1 hot tub was hot.

This is our third stay at Best Western Plus Stovall’s Inn and we’ll be back. We’ve stayed at several hotels in the area when we want to treat ourselves to an overnight after a long day at the parks. Stovall’s never disappoints. It’s such a clean, well-kept property. The complimentary breakfast has a great selection, even for us vegans (potatoes, bagels, peanut butter, jelly, instant oatmeal). The rooms are always clean and well-appointed. And it’s only a convenient 10 minute walk to the Downtown Disney gate. Highly recommend!

The property is located right across from Disneyland and only 2 long blocks from the convention center. The breakfast provided is delicious. This morning was scrambled eggs, ham, chorizo potatoes (delicious), pancakes, sausage gravy and biscuits and fresh fruit (apples, bananas and cut up oranges) along with bagels and packaged pastries. The rooms open to the outdoors - just be aware. And the TV channel selection is minimal unless you have a Netflix account. I was a single traveler and the room was spacious to me. The bathroom/shower is separate from the sink and mirror - very helpful if traveling with family. Finally, if I could Mar improvements, it would be to upgrade the mattresses with pillow tops . They weren’t terribly uncomfortable but they weren’t great, either. The Best Western is a good deal for the price. Oh, and…there’s a reasonably priced restaurant next door that delivers. I had their grilled cheese and tomato soup last night - delicious.

This is a great hotel close to Disneyland, it is a 15 minute walk to Disneyland but 30 minutes all the way to the entrance. Rooms are good, comfty beds and shutters in the window. Bathroom is functional. Breakfast is great with lots of options to choose from, it gets crowded but we didn't have any problem finding a table.
There is a $25 charge for parking per day which is not good, but I guess that's standard for the hotels close to Disneyland.

This is the second time staying here. We enjoy staying on the lesser crowded side of Disney and entering through Downtown Disney. Overall the walk is not that bad. The breakfast is one of the better ones. It can get crowded, but good selection of food and all 4 days it was a bit different. Staff is extremely pleasant. The only negative was I was shocked how dirty the floor was in our room. I tend to wear socks in the room, but for the brief few minutes I was barefoot, I was shocked how dirty my feet were and how dirty my socks were. To the point, where I am hesitant staying there again.

First off the hotel room at best was average with basic amenities. I had no problems with the room during my stay of four nights. Bring slippers as the carpet is outdated and can use some refresh. The room had some smell so we just used the AC to drown out the smell.
Wished we could have had body wash soap rather than regular bar soap. The beds were comfy and bathroom was normal with no problems. My friends kids and my daughter used the outdoor swimming pools and had a great time using the facilities. The workout facility had basic gym equipment and I used it for one day during my trip. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast staff was very courteous and welcoming to all the guests. Overall, staff during my stay were very welcoming and made our stay a happy time. It was kind of crowded each morning during my stay at the breakfast lounge, but I can't complain as the hotel accommodates many guests. The breakfast at the hotel was a buffet style and had plentiful of food each time I was there as well as stocked all the time as the breakfast staff were accommodating to the amount of guests each morning. I give the breakfast staff an A+ for their hard work and smile welcoming us and the other guests at the hotel. The walk to Disneyland from the hotel was ok and took us about 5-10 minutes to the security entrance of Downtown Disney. I would recommend this place as I may come back to stay here the next time I come to Disneyland with my family.

Pros: you can walk to Disneyland. Updated, clean, best included breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. The staff are friendly and like a well oiled machine! Everything is streamlined, they restock the food quickly and before it’s run out. The eggs tasted real, there were great bananas and oranges, oatmeal & yogurt with toppings station, actually good coffee, lots of cereal and bread choices, plus much more. Stored our bags until check in time. Nice TV and comfortable beds and pillows. Fridge was great to have and a good size.
Cons: pool is next to street so not a really relaxing place, but it looked like a lot of people enjoyed it. Bathroom is small, so after shower, you can’t really change in there, so if you are modest it’s a little bit uncomfortable.

That's to downtown Disney). My only complaint was our AC never quite worked right. Came on every 30 seconds, stayed on for 30 seconds an turned off. Btwn that and being next to the elevator and ice machine, it was not a restful night. I would betray again and ask for 3rd floor room.

The room was so so. Nothing was amazing, the breakfast was worth it. But the AC in the room seemed to not work great and the bathroom faucet seemed to drip continuously if not put exactly right. Also one bed was tightly made and the other seemed thrown together making us question cleanliness. The beds were also old spring beds that were noisy. The best thing about the place is its proximity to Disney.

Room was fantastic and location to Disneyland is walking distance. The 2 pools and 2 hot tubs are wonderful. It’s also next to the best bar and grill in Anaheim Finney’s craft and Ale!

The breakfast was fantastic with so many protein, meat, cereals, pastries, juices, options for adults and kids. Breakfast is the place to be at BW Stovals!

The only downside was the citrus soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were not refilled when we asked. 9/10 for sure and we will stay at Stoval’s again

The staff were excellent, baggage hold was really helpful. I really appreciated the size of the room and the closet for hanging clothes. Problems with the room included a very loud and rattling air conditioner, bright light that came in through the shades from the outdoor hallway, and the mattress wearing out. I expected a little better for the price.

The hotel has a shuttle to Disneyland for a fee. My wife and I chose to take the 15 minute walk through Downtown Disney and enter the parks that way.
The breakfast had some slight variation each of the three mornings and was well attended.
Staff was friendly and our room was pleasant, though a little dated.

It was fine. It was an excellent location for Disneyland and WonderCon. There were a lot of breakfast choices. But the breakfast is only served until 9am and it is always packed! Reserved two rooms far in advance and paid far in advance. But none of that mattered. We traveled far and arrived later in the evening so we didn't get rooms next to each other and didn't get great rooms. Ended up right near the ice machine which they seemed to fill it do maintenance every morning at 5 or 6am. We booked through Expedia and it seemed like this caused confusion and maybe contributed to our not great rooms. The pools are great. You can see the Disneyland fireworks from the pool. Overall, even with the issues, we would stay there again.

The hotel room was outdated and not well maintained. Several lightbulbs were burnt out making the room poorly lit. The bathroom also had issues—the faucet/sink splashed excessive water, which made it inconvenient to use the toilet paper holder kept falling out. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet expectations.

Location is great although it is closer to Downtown Disney. To enter the parks, u do need to walk through Downtown Disney, so just an FYI.

Beds are small! I am not sure if all rooms have same size beds, but if sharing a bed, very tight! Room itself is pretty small too, including the bathroom.

Brkfst 6-9 I didn't love! End time 10am, would be much better! Very crowded, as expected, but it ebbs & flows. Staff super nice-good at refilling items. Good choices.

Overall good choice for location & cleanliness- very well kept, bright lighting & just overall well taken care of property., but for family of 4, prefer a bigger room.

First the positives, the pool area was nice, the breakfast had good options, and the proximity to Disneyland Resort were good. Now the negatives, parking was overbooked and it can take a while to find a parking spot or you will have to park in areas not designated for parking. Secondly, requests for towels and other room items were never fulfilled, I had to go down and retrieve towels myself from housekeeping. Overall, a comfortable stay but the inconveniences could become more of a problem in a different circumstance.

Oh where do I start. The room was damp the entire visit, making all our belongings damp. There are no USB ports despite the pictures. The shower had mold. The trash truck sat outside for 42 mins (that is after it woke me up, and I figured out what it was and started timing it). There was an odor. Did I mention the damp? The carpet was damp and my feet were not happy about it. Breakfast was awful and we wound up skipping every day even though I wanted a place with breakfast to reduce costs. That backfired.

The location is freaking awesome, so wish it was better. Just a straight shot to Downtown Disney. And I thank the staff for finding a lost item for me. But nope will never stay again.

A great budget friendly place to stay for Disney! This location is about 15 minutes away from walking to Disney. That was important for me and my family . At the end of the day it was tiresome to walk back, but do-able! We also loved the breakfast that was served every morning. Hot breakfast usually consisted of scrambled eggs/ french toast/ biscuits and gravy/ sausage or bacon/ oatmeal/ yogurt/ fresh fruit/ bagels/ danishes/ juice/coffee/ and water. They even had a nice water dispenser where you could fill up your water bottle before you headed out.
We also loved the pools. Two pools and Two hot tubs! Plenty of seating and towels.
They have a little convenience store that is self serve in the lobby and that was nice for grabbing snacks without leaving the property. They also had a fun hot chocolate machine in the lobby that my daughter loved.
Staff was great and super helpful.
Positives outweigh the negatives...
Rooms are a little dated, the walls are thin, even on the top level (you can hear traffic if you are on the side facing the street and your neighbors, for those who are light sleepers), Parking was $25.00- per night.
But for the overall price it was worth it.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay and feel the listing is completely misleading. The room had a strong, musty odor, and the air conditioner was a wall unit that barely worked—it only seemed to cool the bathroom, leaving the rest of the room uncomfortable.

The beds were clearly very old; every movement caused them to sink and make loud creaking noises, making it difficult to get any rest. To make matters worse, my daughter’s pajamas went missing during our stay, which we strongly believe were taken by housekeeping.

The property itself was just as concerning. The parking lot was overcrowded with nowhere near enough spaces, forcing unnecessary stress after long days. The carpets and walls were stained throughout, and the overall condition was far from clean—there were even multiple spiders in the room.

The photos online are completely inaccurate and do not reflect the reality of the property. We paid far too much for such outdated, poorly maintained, and frankly unacceptable conditions.

We will not be returning, even for the convenience of being near the park.

The room appeared to be clean and smelled fresh at first. However, when I opened the mini fridge, I was disgusted to find a ball of hair sitting inside. I wouldn’t have been as bothered if the hair had been on the bathroom floor or carpet, but inside the mini fridge was just gross! It really turned me off and made me question the cleanliness overall.

My husband and I stayed for 3 days and had the best time. The walk to downtown Disney is about 10 mins and about 20 to the Disneyland gates. It was perfect location. Breakfast was convenient and tasty. Staff was friendly. I would stay again for sure!

This is not a hotel, this is a motel. The rooms are on the outside and that is a motel. There is no private shuttle to Disneyland, it is a city shuttle that makes a stop at the hotels. This is not a classy place as most “Disneyland resorts “are. The free breakfast is just OK, the eggs are rubbery and taste fake, the Canadian bacon is rubbery and taste like plastic, the pancakes feel like frozen pancakes in a package. The sausage, cereals, and coffee are all pretty good. Staff is incredibly friendly, except for the younger employees who work at the front desk, they don’t give off that resort vibe and seem irritated when you ask a few questions. The rooms are clean and well maintained, but like most below average motels the air-conditioning comes on and off all night long keeping you awake. The self checkout items are all overly priced as per usual. The good part is the motel is walking distance to the park. That’s about it.
