I was not going to recommend this place because room that we stay we found a bedbug on our bed lucky didn’t get bitten and also the hallway carpet smell very bad.

The staff, breakfast, and pool are always great. This was our second time staying at this hotel for a Disneyland visit. We get the family suite which gives the kids their own room, TV and bunk beds. The one thing that was different this time is that the parking garage and elevators had a strong sewage smell. They had maintenance in so hopefully they were fixing something related to that, but I'm not sure. It wasn't gone by the time we left. We had a really great stay the first time but we really had to brace ourselves for the smell in the elevators every time we used them.

The hotel is under construction and our room was dirty from construction dust. It felt like the room was rented out before it was ready. Only 1 elevator, which made the made 5-10 each time. Nice staff and good breakfast. Close to Disney parks. I think once the construction ends it will be a fantastic option for families.

The elevators took a long time. We waited for 15 minutes for the elevator and the stairs aren’t an option because they lead outside. The shower had some mildew. The location is nice and close to Disneyland. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel itself needs some work.

PARKING WAS HORRIBLE they only have a small garage at the bottom and if your lucky you’ll have a spot to park and they charge you 40$ a night to park at the hotel which I had no idea that was the biggest drawback of staying here

The room didn’t smell clean. Stains on the sheets and other hairs that wasn’t ours. We all have brunette hair and we found multiple of blonde hairs on the bedsheets after it was clean on the second day. We have always stayed at the Hyatt Place never disappointed super clean expected better from this hotel.

The place smelled like sewage. When I inquired about it, I was told that they had just cleaned out the sewage. The hallways are old and carpet worn out. It needs an update and the price per night did not reflect a 'we are in the process of updating' discount. It was just as costly as normal.

Upon arriving into our hotel room, my family and I smelled a strong chemical smell in the room. It smelled like a strong cleaner that needed to be aired out. Unfortunately for me, I have asthma and breathing in strong smells is triggering for me to breathe correctly. My son as well expressed a tightness in his chest and felt weird breathing. I would not recommend this hotel for people that are sensitive to smells.

Loud active construction stating early in the morning going late into the evening. We had to go through the trouble of asking to for another room which they did after a few calls. Then the heater did not work in 2nd room, called a few times and they said they would send someone or address and it still never functioned, blew cold air only.

This hotel was great for our Disney Trip. The hotel staff upon check in was not super friendly but, when I went back to ask for more pillows the desk clerk provided excellent customer service. The room was very industrial feeling but, it has everything we wanted. The AC was nice and cold and the beds were comfortable. The shower was really the best part - the water pressure as nice and actually felt like a shower not a trickle of water. The hotel is under construction and it looks and smells like it is however while we were there we didn't see any construction happening. The room was cleaned daily so that was an added bonus.

No hot water in bathroom sink, the dresser was broken and none of the drawers would stay closed when you put your clothes inside. on the day the housekeeping came to clean they didn't remove trash or clean bathroom sink and the parking garage smells very bad like sewer. Front desk staff is ok not very friendly. The overall feel of the hotel was ick and felt dirty.

The room was nice and clean, and it worked for us as a family to have a separate room with a bunk bed for our kid. Proximity to Disney was great. The bed sheets were very rough, stiff and noisy whenever you moved and not comfortable. The noise from the hallway and other doors shutting is super loud, but that can be expected in a hotel setting. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again.

We were put into a room next to the gym so the door slammed constantly from 6am throughout the day and into the night. It would have been nice if the asked us if it was okay.

There was a fire alarm practice for two days that we weren’t notified about until we were checked in. They should have notified us before.

There was also a staff luncheon on the same day as the fire alarm test, so service was limited.

This was all unfortunate for a stay that could have been quite pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was exceptional-friendly and attentive. During check in, I casually mentioned we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and they immediately offered to make it special. Later, she was thrilled to receive balloons and a bag of treats. It truly made her day.

The hotel is about 12-15 minutes walk to the parks entrance, which is very convenient. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub and the room was perfect for our family of four -spacious, with separate doors for privacy. Breakfast was well-balanced with different options each day and definitely kid-approved.

Overall, we had one of the best experiences and would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The plumbing stinks and smells bad in the parking lot and elevator. The hotel tried to cancel our reservation but was able to kept the booking for us. BUT our other group of family did not even get a message about cancelling them due to plumbing issues and i think it’s not fair for customers with no calls from the hotel to let them know and just finding out 1-2 days before the day of booking.
The breakfast is alright not too much options unlike other hotel’s Ive been to around the area.
I got the studio suite - beds are comfy, clean BUT so dark inside not much lighting in the room.
I wish the hotel would accommodate more with their customers when there’s issues going while accepting customers and deal with the smell inside the hotel.

Ive searched so many hotels nearby Disneyland and Hyatt House is by far the most that makes sense for us in terms of location and amenites. They have complementary breakfast, clean and huge room. We stayed overnight and kept our car even after checkout(ok to park till midnight) to go to Disneyland. Walk to DL is approx 10-15mins depending on how fast you walk. Toy story parking lot is behind but it’s kinda confusing where the pedestrian access is. It’s almost the same walk so save time by walking to DL instead. Staff was nice! So many dining options. Starbucks, walgreens, blaze pizza and more are just in the property. There’s so many restos around. Love it here! Will stay again in the future.

Overall, this hotel is nice. Very convenient location with how close it is to the park, and lots of restaurants nearby. The parking fee of $35 per night was probably the only thing I didn’t like, but you got two free bottles of water from the front desk plus complementary breakfast every day which made up for the parking fee. The breakfast had a great variety and plenty to go around. The staff was very friendly and the pool/hot tub hit perfect after a long day at the park. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it!

I was able to park drop off my bags arriving at noon. I was able to park and head to Disney right away.
The lady who welcomed me at the front desk was awesome. The young man that gave me the room key 15 min later was visibly having a bad day and robotic with the entire check in interaction. The property is beautiful. Clean and it’s a perfect location. This property is easily better than many other more expensive options.

Its a great option for the parks a good neighbor hotel! its walkable and its clean and very spacious for a larger family! we had plenty of room for our pack and play crib / stroller and all our luggage! Did not feel crowded in there at all which is always so nice!! and the breakfast every morning was so nice, I also hate the room coffee so it was a great option to be able to run down and grab a fresh cup!! They overbooked the hotel and didn't have a room for us when we arrived. We were moved to a lower quality hotel about a half mile south of the Hyatt, which was less that ideal since we were walking to Disneyland each day. They told us our room has no hot water, which is strange since each room doesn't have its own hot water heater. So that wasn't true. They much have overbooked. So we're pretty disappointed in the Hyatt.

Unfortunately, they did not have our room type, which is the reason we specifically picked this hotel. And they did not upgrade us. They threw in free parking, but no other perk.

Location for Disneyland was great. 10 min walk was great. Allowed us to come back and go out again for the evening events at the park.

The room is old, but clean. Beds were average comfort. The air conditioner was quite noisy, but it did work.

Arrived to be told that they had no hot water and would be cancelling our reservation and would offer no help. After finding no suitable alternatives for our families three rooms we had to beg to stay in a room with no hot water. When we arrived found that the taps had brown water so we were moved three times that night.
After three days got moved to a room with hot water and the front desk promised that we would be compensated for the earlier inconvenience and we would receive a call from a manager to review. This never happened and now I see that my visa was charged full and now can’t reach the hotel to review.

We went on vacation and decided to pick this hotel. We stayed here for 10 days.

Check in: check in was smooth and quick

First 4 days of stay was fairly nice. Until the day 5, it went downhill from there. Given, the hotel was being renovated so we didn’t the noise. But what we did mind was not having any hot water. We were notified that there wouldn’t be any water from 12 midnight to 6 am. The following day, there wasn’t any hot water. I called the front desk to ask what’s going on and I was informed there was a delay; “few hours, and the water should be back”. We went to Disneyland, came home around 6 and there was still no hot water. Called the front desk again, and was told “at 9 pm”. We waited til 9 pm and there was no hot water. Called the front desk again and was told they’re not sure when it will be back on and they’re just waiting for a part. The water should come back on the next morning. Next morning, there was still no hot water and the only solution they come up with was be on a list to take a shower at a room that has hot water. A lot of customers were not pleased.

That afternoon, I spoke with the front desk that we need to be moved to a room that has hot water since aside from not having hot water, the water coming out was yellow. Luckily Alex helped us get new rooms to transfer.

This was the first time we had experienced something like this. We have stayed at a hotel that’s being renovated before but it wasn’t to this extent.

We’ve stayed at Hyatt House Anaheim for nearly a decade, but this last visit was a huge disappointment. Our room was not cleaned well during our stay (bathroom was not cleaned, counters not wiped, floors not vacuumed), the dresser was broken, and the adjoining door was stuck with paint. The pool—one of the main reasons we book here for our kids—was closed with no prior notice, and when it reopened it was dirty and unusable. We also had no hot water one morning, again with no communication.

This property used to be our go-to over Disneyland hotels and Airbnbs, but the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and communication on this stay has us rethinking future visits.

By far it was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. We had no access to water, when we checked in at 11:20pm and water shut off at midnight. Buckets set out throughout our room floor Again, we were not notified that our floor was flooded, we arrived back to the hotel around 10:30 pm and seen the carpet had been pulled out and there were fans, buckets and hoses throughout, with no warning, no warning at all even though I was asked for my cell phone number and email at check in. After a long day at Disneyland all my family and I wanted to do was shower, however that was not possible as there was no hot water. The day of checkout, we had to carry our luggage and try to void all the water coming from the ceiling, the pipes laid out throughout, and buckets set up everywhere. I paid a good chunk of money for this hotel stay and unfortunately, we did not have access to the minimum necessities and kindly ask that I be refunded for this hotel stay. I seen how overwhelmed the staff was during my check out so I elected to send an email. I hope you are able to assist me, if you are not the correct person to speak to, please direct

Highly unsatisfied with my stay at this property. I will not be returning while we were there. They did have an unfortunate issue with maintenance. However we were not offered a room on a different floor. We were unable to take a shower as there was no water pressure and we were unable to sleep at night as the air vents were blowing all night long in the hallway with the water leak that they were trying to fix. I was promised compensation from the hotel in regards to the inconvenience that we experienced. I am a Hyatt rewards member. Not only did I not receive the compensation promised, I reached out to the hotel twice via email about the experience and both of my emails went unanswered

Girl’s Weekend

I reserved a room for a girl’s trip to Disneyland. We only stayed one night and wished it had been a longer stay. I was able to do a pre-check-in and we even got to have breakfast before heading off to the “happiest place on earth.” The breakfast was included in the price and it was more than a continental breakfast.

We were exhausted when got back to the Hyatt in the evening. We are all in our 50s so the room had to be comfortable. It did not disappoint. The room was spacious, the room temperature was perfect, the linens and pillows were fresh and very comfortable. There were even black-out blinds. The front desk staff were all very nice too. We all agreed we would stay there again.

We have stayed here many times and always enjoy it. I only gave it four stars cause we were disappointed that the pool was not working, which is a huge benefit at this hotel. They did give us alternatives at other hotels, which was nice and we appreciate it. That said, I think it should be mandatory for hotels to disclose if their pool is out of commission and they should discount the rates.

Under refurbishment, rooms, hallways all smell of building works; back entrance, no real lobby, mediocre breakfast and no noise insulation in rooms. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the halls. Limited house keeping. I won’t consider this to be any better than a 2 star
