This place is the worse experience duty the sheets and blankets were not clean neither the floor i paíd over 300 hundred just for one nigth so i was specting at least to be clean... i ask for clean sheets and tówels and i had to change them my self... i wouldnt recomend this place at all..

Our room was clean but our shower head was falling out of the wall we could see a huge hole around so you couldn't move it without the scare of brake. The free breakfast was cold and warmed by microwave and it was put in containers without heat so it was always cold. And the doors had mold on hinges in bathroom .

The breakfast was great! I also appreciated the free parking and parking attendants being there. It is close to the Toy Story parking lot, so you can get a free shuttle to Disneyland if you walk into that lot. I did not like the beds though. It was very hard, and it actually hurt me to sleep on it. Because of the uncomfortable beds, I will not be back.

It was fine. Good for the budget. We got the first floor which was convenient. If I had to go up to 2nd or 3rd floor I would have hated it as the boy elevator is hidden in a corner by the house keeping area.
They have free breakfast. Not the best but not bad either. Good for saving if your family likes breakfast.
The rooms were clean. Showered water pressure not great at all. Staff are nice. Parking no problem.
All in all if I’m on a budget they are a good option.
But if I can afford a little more I would go somewhere else.

There was 1 luggage cart and it was not available at our check in or check out. Made getting luggage for 6 people on the 2nd floor hard and tiresome.

We always stay here due to the proximity to the parents and being one block away from the Toy Story lot. This time accommodations weren’t attempted. They put my disabled husband on the 3rd floor even after we extended our stay an extra night. Parking is overfilled later in the evenings so park early and walk if you have to.

The property is due for an upgrade. The beds were lumpy and the flooring was in need of replacing or repair. Some of the vinyl plank was coming up and some was worn. The TV was a pain to use. Perhaps an external HDMI would be helpful like some of the Hilton Group hotels use in their rooms. The breakfast was adequate, the space noisy and crowed. The folks working in the breakfast room were great, but they were too busy with the shear number of folks using the space. Additionally, the hot water supply is unable to keep up with the morning rush to Disney. When I showered at 5:30AM it was great, by 7AM it was tepid at best. I think charging for parking and for breakfast is unfortunate, but probably necessary with a location so close to Disney. Good location that could do with some investing in upgrades and a little more TLC.

They have a breakfast, round eggs, sausage, coffee, breads and stuff and that looked ok we didn't eat but the coffee was good. The staff was ok nothing extra for a \"hotel.\" To me this was a motel converted to a hotel by Wyndham. This was kind of expensive for the property we stayed at but it was also a weekend closed to Disneyland and Angel Stadium, we went to the game want had about a 45 minute walk back.

Arrived to a room full of ants crawling all over the walls, bathroom counter and ceilings. Reported to Expedia and hotel front desk. Was charged for the night even though we had to leave and pay for a hotel end where and had not even unpacked and had only been on property more than 39 mins. Took me 2 days on vacation to fight the charges with the hotel and Expedia. It ruined my vacation.

Parking lot was packed most days. Staff was friendly and answered all questions. Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy kept me coming back, the kids loved the character waffles. The room was clean and organized. It states for long stays they will come clean every 3 days we stayed 7 and no one came and refreshed our room. We had to go down and get new towels. That was the only problem we had. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were a nice brand. Will stay again when in Anaheim.

Parking was fine but did get full and it looked like they had a valet parking option if that happened. The pool was not heated which was a bummer. Nice location walkable to the Toy Story lot where you can catch a bus to the parks. Rooms could use a curtain between the bathroom vanity and bedroom area, sofa bed was smaller than expected but Staff were nice and rooms were very clean.

Room was Clean, Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a lot of parking but they do have free Valet. We had no hot water in our room so showers were hard. The A/C was very noisy on and off all night. Free breakfast was good, not enough seating so we just took it back to our room. They had Mickey shaped waffles, sausage, eggs, toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juice, etc...
Walk to the Toy Story Lot was easy but to get to the shuttle you have to walk across to the back of the lot which is long especially when you are tired on your way back but it was easy just prepare. Denny's is right next door which is convenient also. Lobby had sodas, water, milk, snacks, some medications which was also very helpful and convenient. Room has fridge and microwave. I will stay here again for the price it's a good stay if only doing a day or two.

I attend a yearly conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. I have previously stayed at the Ramada due to its convenient proximity to the convention center, basic comfort and cleanliness. Everything was fine until midnight of my second night when drainage water from rooms above me backed up into my bathroom sink and flooded my room. The hotel was fully booked and had no other room for me. The only thing they could do was get me a room in a sister property two miles away. I had to pack up, drive. to the other hotel and finally get to. bed past 2:00 AM. Barely got 3 to 4 hours of sleep before having to be at my conference by 7:30 AM.
To his credit, the manager did offer me a two nights refund and gave me a room on the third floor for my last night. I like this hotel. I suppose that plumbing disasters can happen anywhere. I just wish that they would keep one or two rooms free for such eventualities. If I return to this property I will make sure to request a room on an upper floor.

It could be a bit crowded because it is served in a small conference style room, but our family was always able to find a table without issues. Parking was definitely tight but staff was helpful with moving cars that were on our way when needed to leave the facility. I will definitely be returning.

The first time we stayed there they put us in the room right by the housekeeping room and we walked in and saw two cockroaches. Went and told front office and they put us in another room. I thought ide give it another chance due to them having a suite with bunk beds. I was never advised that I would have to request for housekeeping and so for 2 days my room wasn’t cleaned until I was finally advised that a request is needed. I don’t know why they have do not disturb signs if housekeeping doesn’t even come. Then when they did they only made 1 out of 3beds took old towels gave new ones and that was it. To pay over 1k for 4 nights and have crappy service is insane. I keep trying to speak with a manager and have yet to speak to one. I will never stay there again.

Room was immaculate, staff was great and they have a breakfast buffet. What else could you want? Well, if I’m being honest, it would’ve been cool if someone hadn’t tried to break into our truck while we were at Disneyland (our truck remained in the hotel parking lot), but I can’t hold the hotel responsible as it’s located on probably the busiest street in Anaheim and there is no onsite security.

All in all, our experience was good, and the room was surprisingly affordable considering the proximity to Disneyland. Would stay again.

Pro tip: Skip the walk AND the Disney shuttle and hop on the OCTA 43. It comes by every 15 minutes or so. It’s $2 for adults, kids are free, and it will drop you off right in front of the park. You’ll save a ton of time and there are far less people to contend with.

Breakfast was nice to have and was fine.. we never gave ourselves enough time to eat though..decent coffee to go every morning was great! We only requested housekeeping one day and it was great. Exchanged Towels on another day and again good service. Parking was efficient and safe. Room was comfortable but some softer pillows would be nice.. Only drawback was the very long walk home from the parks at the end of the day (30 minutes it took) but we knew that when we booked and for the included parking an breakfast I would still do again.. but prepare yourself it’s a long haul

The breakfast was standard continental, eggs, sausage, mickey waffles which was cute. It would be nice if they had a yogurt option.
Parking was limited but we were lucky to secure a spot.
We didn’t use the pool or gym but it looked pretty clean and quite large.
The room smelt quite strong of chemicals, but I understand they probably fumigate often/use strong chemicals with the volume of people coming through.
The towels and bed were clean. The pillows seemed brand new as they were quite fluffy and stuffed.
Overall the stay was fine. I was worried about bugs from other reviews but didn’t see any, and I feel like checked thoroughly. We were smart and kept everything off the floor and in the suitcase just in case.
Noise level was manageable. We were on the main floor so could hear the kids upstairs running around. I brought earplugs so didn’t really notice. We didn’t hear people on either side of us.
For the price of the hotel and proximity to the park you really can’t go wrong. Also to have breakfast available and free parking, it was really one of the best options. It’s probably a 20 minute walk from the park which was great. There is also a walgreens and CVS on the corner for convenience. If you’re spending most of your day out then it is a great option.

The 1st night I came back after a day at Disneyland, there was a moth flying around in the room, then I saw ants in bathroom sink & some in shower. I found that there was a small hole in the bottom of the door so that could be why.
Sound can be kind of loud from cars racing down the street. I went down for the free breakfast, the tater tots weren’t warm at all, tasted like they didn’t get cooked at all. The eggs & sausage tasted not fresh at all. It made me queasy after. I guess that’s why it’s free. They did have complimentary valet parking because the lot is full. There is no shuttle either. The Anaheim resort transit (ART) is still operating during my stay but never stopped at the bus station. FYI, They are stopping operation after March 30,2026. I chose this because it was cheaper than the closer hotels to Disneyland but if you can afford to spend a little bit more for a nicer hotel I would recommend doing that instead of staying here.

We stayed here before but this time, it was different. Front desk people has poor customer service. One of the towels in our room was dirty with yellow stains. The floor still had crumbs and was dirty. I was traveling with 2 toddlers and my husband so I had to keep a really good eye on them to not pick up stuff from the floor that was already there when we checked in. It was not a pleasant experience. We will not be returning.

Staff is amazing which includes the valet staff although I’m not sure if they’re the ones who parked a car next to mine super crooked and us having a ding on it the next day…. Anyways breakfast is free but it’s the same stuff everyday which gets old after day two. The room was decent. We’ve stayed there before so we knew already what to expect, but this time the shower backed up a little on us the last day we were there and the doors were extremely hard to close. Like I mentioned before the parking is insane but that’s what you get when it’s free I guess. Unfortunately we will not be staying there again after this trip.

The Ramada hotel wasn’t what I thought it would or what I was expecting. Rooms were much smaller than what I thought they would be. The sofa bed was almost unusable. The parking lot was limited on space and thankfully it worked out for us, but just barely. The staff we encountered were all great. We arrived into town after 11pm and someone at the hotel actually called me to ask if we were still coming which was a concern for me because I thought maybe our room was going to be given away. After we got checked in I reviewed the Hotels.com confirmation email and it did say check in ends at midnight so I assume that we would not have been able to check in if we had arrived later than we did.

Overall, the hotel is a good option, especially after a long day at Disneyland. However, if you stay on the ground floor, be prepared to wake up at 6:30 to the sound of people walking on the 2nd floor to breakfast or checking out. The walls are thin!!

Also, the shower faucet in my room was broken so we only had cold water! We were unable to change rooms due to the hotel being completely booked!!

Nicely renovated inside. Had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would’ve liked a few more options like yogurt or fruit but it worked. Room was quiet except whatever is happening outside your door. Woken up every morning for 4 mornings by people who were loud (I guess they were thinking they were outside so it didn’t matter?). Not sure if they can soundproof the doors more (I could see daylight all around ours) but that would make this place go from an 8/10 to a 9/10. Not too far of a walk from Disney. Happy with our stay but because of the noise, not sure I would stay again.

Breakfast was good. Small dining area. Outdoor pool looked refreshing. Did have an ADA chair lift for the pool.

I would give 5 stars if the bed frame is replaced with something that is less noisy. The metal springs and plate coverings make annoying sounds. The bathroom remodeling is well done. Breakfast is up to par.

The pool and jacuzzi were not heated. We were there for an hour, asked the desk if it was heated and they said it was when you turn on the jets. Unfortunately the jets had been on the whole time and still it was not hot. It was also full of soap bubbles and very dirty.

The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well. Everything smelled of bleach which may have been from cleaning or from the laundry by our room. The room was very clean but the shower was crazy slippery- like an ice skating rink slippery. I had to hold on to take a shower.

This hotel isn't much to look at but we slept well. Denny's is right next door, which was convenient and breakfast was very good but not enough seating.
