1-. Empezaré por decir que el baño de cuarto no están 100% limpio encontré cabello en la tina y las toallas, la alfombra está muy sucia,
2.- alguien entró a nuestro cuarto y se llevaron algunas cosas, teníamos dinero AirPods tablets y afortunadamente no los tomaron pero si un perfume y una orejitas que compramos en Disney no son cosas caras pero el hecho de que se los llevaran arruinó mi estancia , reporte el incidente con la administración y dijeron que no podrían hacer mucho y dijeron que dejamos las puerta abierta??? Y mi hijo se quedó en el mismo hotel y me comentó que el encontró su puerta abierta una noche anterior al incidenteme ofrecieron un descuento de $34 dollares? 34 dólares Pareció una broma, y no el hecho del. Valor de las cosas que se llevaron la inseguridad de estar ahí la experiencia fue horrible. Los cuartos vecinos con la musica alta a media madrugada mala experiencia no volveré jamás a este lugar !

I've always seen Hotel Lulu as I walked to Disneyland over the years but this trip I decided to stay here and give it a try. Man, I have to say this place is amazing! The staff are friendly and wonderful. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and it's an easy 10 minutes or so walk to the Disneyland Esplanade. If you decide to stay here you will not regret it!

Staff were great and was cool to see a beer handle at check-in counter for those over 21 lol It was an older property but the room was nice, beds were comfortable and the tv was good sized. Instead of a coffee maker they had a water kettle and instant coffee (not the greatest) but the kettle was nice if you want to bring your own for pour over. And realized the next morning that there's a Starbucks next door as well as an IHOP. Super close to Disneyland and Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles which were on my agenda. The parking is extra ($40/night) but had in and out privileges during the stay. I pre-paid via Expedia and they charged the parking + $50 hold on card at check-in. They said the $50 would go back in 3 days in case that matters to anyone. The bottom floor seemed a bit dimly lit but we were on the 3rd floor and never heard anyone above us. We didn't use the pool that looked a bit older and there was a bar down there as well that we saw someone at. Overall, a good little hotel and I'd stay again.

I always like staying at the Lulu hotel when I’m going to Disneyland for a few days. It’s very convenient to get to, super close to everything, and very affordable. The rooms are big and clean. I will continue to stay here in the future.

The room was okay nothing spectacular. Parking lot could use some renovation. Was informed a complimentary drink is available at check in but I can redeem later. Went back at night and they ran out. Was never informed it was a first come first serve option. Bathroom lighting could be a bit brighter.

Our room was clean, cute and simple. A little outdated but we were going to Disneyland so only needed a place to shower and sleep.
We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted and checked in with a fun free cocktail and our kids got free cookies upon check in.
Staff was friendly and able to check us in a couple hours early.
Walk to the park was close, easy and we passed plenty of options for food and coffee on the way. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean room upon request not sure about breakfast we weren’t offered or greeted upon arrival. showers were the worst water was cold and the tub water started to over flow and come back up.
I was charged different amounts called front desk and was told to call my bank very rude unprofessional staff at front desk this morning when I called for questions and the Lady seemed frustrated not letting me finish and simply hung up.

My family and I loved staying at Hotel Lulu! So many amazing things to say about it! 10 minute walk to Disney, free welcome drink (our son got Oreos), heated pool with outdoor games, great shower pressure, and the room service of the chicken tacos and chips with guacamole were amazing! The only complaint I would have is that our room did have a slight damp smell but we went to the Walgreens around the corner and bought a febreze scent clip for the fan and it was fine after that. We will definitely be staying here again!

This place is great if you spend all day at the parks and just need a place to sleep and shower. Close to everything you need and staff is super friendly
You can tell a lot of travelers come thru as there is a lot of normal wear and tear. But that’s just Cosmetics 10/10 recommend

It's a half mile walk to the Disneyland east gate or a short bus ride from S. Harbor & Katella on the public bus system, making it a great and affordable place to stay. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of desk space and a big TV with lots of channels to watch, hot water kettle with instant coffee, microwave, refrigerator and room safe.

Bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and the sink includes a soap bar and makeup remover wipes. The toilet is water saving but has a powerful flush too. And it has a combination bathtub and shower with excellent water pressure, a rarity to have a tub in today's hotels.

Some things that surprised me about my stay, they have daily housekeeping, unlike other hotels that do it every other day; and they work from the morning to the early evening cleaning rooms. They have on-site dining with a bar, and next door is a restaurant open 24-hours, and a very short walk to the drugstore also open 24/7.

A few issues, the ice machine was broken with no signage and was referred to another floor that had a functional one. On-site self service laundry room under construction. And the bed was firmer than I expected. The \"park view\" may not be worth it, when the neighboring hotel blocks a portion of that view, but the north tower means no rooms face the street (South Harbor), so you'll hear less noisy vehicles driving by.

We had a good stay overall. The hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable visit. While there was nothing particularly outstanding, there were no issues either. It was a solid, convenient option and offered good value for the price. The place is a 10m walking distance from Disneyland park, which is super convenient.

I didn’t do breakfast since it cost $$ and I ate at the parks. Pool was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Overall my stay was great. The doors to the guest rooms swing shut very quickly so they are noisy. It was hard to sleep in with doors slamming constantly. The lighted mirror in the bathroom had several bulbs out/flickering, and the rest of the lighting in the bathroom was dull, making getting ready a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, it was great distance to Disneyland and perfect for a quick trip.

The building we were put in was under construction. It felt like we weren't even supposed to be there and we felt overlooked because we were so far from the main hotel/lobby. Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom was ripped and the room just had a general feeling of filth. Will never stay here again.

Check in was fast, parking was plentiful and easy. In/out feature was really nice. The lobby was always clean with a Disney movie playing in the waiting area. The staff is fantastic. Everyone we encountered was so nice, and welcoming. The front desk ladies are 10/10. So helpful. I didn’t know this going in, but you can extend your stay. You can add an early check in (noon) or a late check out (3pm) (6pm) The fees vary. We paid $50 to extend to 3pm and enjoyed the pool for the afternoon. The pool is basic (no hot tub, small bummer) but well kept, there are lots of fun lawn games that my son and all the kids loved. The room was simple and clean and I never really heard anyone around us. I would stay here again.

It was a great location. The staff was accommodating. We had a later flight so I paid extra for a later check out. We wanted to go and do some shopping which interfered with the later check time. So they refunded me the extra charge and let us leave our bags so that we could go do some stuff and pick them up for a later flight time. The room were nice and close to a lot of amenities. Walking distance to the theme parks, restaurants and drugstores.

There’s no extra frills about this hotel, but it’s a fine place to stay if you’re looking for a moderately affordable hotel within walking distance to Disney. The dumpling place next door is decent if you’re not wanting the hotel’s food.

I’ve stayed in a handful of Anaheim hotels and this is my favorite so far. Super friendly staff, cute decor and I really like that the pool is private & pretty so it feels like you’re on a vacation (vs how some area hotels have their pool in the middle of a parking lot).

Breakfast was good for this type of budget hotel. Portions were huge so keep that in mind when ordering! My kid’s breakfast plate would’ve been plenty for me.

Walk to Disney was 10/15 minutes and only a $7 Lyft back. And they let you keep your car in the parking lot before and after check out.

I’d stay again!

If you want your room cleaned during your stay you have to request that when you check in. $34.00 parking fee per night. Hotel lobby smells like urine. Rooms are very very humid even with the A/C on. Beds are not comfy, you get what you pay for.

The only good thing about this hotel was its proximity to the theme park. The property reception area looks good but the hallways smell like smoke. The sheets and towels had a very strong bleach odor, good thing I brought my own. They charged me $34.5 for parking PLUS $5 parking fees!!!!!
The shower was clogged and water would go up to calves, but the shower pressure was good!! We left our car keys and wallets in the safe but when we needed them, the safe wasn’t opening! We had to call maintenance to open it which took about an hour and we were late to our dinner!! I do NOT recommend this hotel!

Perfect location to use the Toy Story parking lot. Microwave in room is always a plus. Water pressure is nice. Cleaning staff is great. Double queen sized bedroom is too small and bathroom is small. Definitely needs to be updated and renovated. Walls and hardware need to be replaced. No jacuzzi. And the ac was kind of annoying. Kept going on and off every 5 minutes and you would either be really cold or hot when it was on or off.
