Close to a lot of restaurants and to the Toy Story parking lot where guests can take the Toy Story shuttle to the park.
Quite a bit away from the entrance of the park so @ the end of the day, it's a struggle to get back to the hotel. So take the shuttle. We were told that the ART stops right in front of the hotel. And costs about $6.50 per day. But we took the free Toy Story shuttle instead

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. The room was quiet and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with nice fragranced shampoo etc. Our only issue was the air conditioner. It was very loud and rattling. It did cool, but we were woken up every time it kick in. And sleeping without it was not an option. If they fixed that, 5 stars

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We were on a road trip and stopped in the area because I’ve never been to Disney. It was my first time at the park, and it was great to be in walking distance. Room was very comfortable for us (3 people), and price was very very fair. Would stay here again!

A great hotel for a big island stay. Rooms we're clean and the staff was great about house keeping etc. The veiw was absolutely amazing (I guess you'd need a ocean side room). Luau's are offered, and are totally worth the price. There's two pool areas, one is a standard pool with ocean side views (and drinks!). The other is more of a ocean tide pool (lots of fish and critters!). One of the best vacations I've had and this place made it all the better.

The pool was great. The hotel is in a great location if you’re going to Disneyland. But not having coffee in your room or even in the lobby. They want you to spend $4 on a cup of black coffee from their restaurant.

This was the absolute loudest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The HVAC unit sounded like a dump truck driving thru a nitroglycerin factory. I have never heard an A/C unit that loud, and it never, ever stopped making noise. But wait, it gets even better, because the ice machine down the hallway sounded like a space shuttle taking off. Just unreal. And the shower - there was literally zero water pressure. At all. The water just sort of fell out of the shower head and that's all you got. The location is semi-convenient for walking to Disneyland, but wow this place was a dump. 0/10, never again.

Hotel was average a close enough stay to Disneyland that was convenient.
However, upon check-in, we weren’t alerted to any fire safety drills that would be going off
We woke up to those fire safety drills around 9 AM
Upon inspection around the first floor, we noticed papers on doors that stated there was going to be a fire safety inspection, but we were placed on the seventh floor, so we didn’t think it applied to us
We were however, woken up through the speakers in our room and the fire alarm going off the next morning

Walls at this hotel are paperthin and you could hear literally everything in the next room at all times of the night. From somebody flushing the toilet to somebody talking at normal volume …among other adult things.
We did not try the pool though it did look welcoming and we did not try the food facilities.
But my biggest complaints would be how thin the walls are and again the fire alarm/inspection the notes on the doors downstairs stated that people would be coming into the rooms, but again there were no notes placed on our doors on the seventh floor and every other room around us

The rooms need upgrades with the exception of the TV everything was kind of old and very basic didn’t even have coffee maker and the shower dripped all night I also called down for towels and they never brought them even though they said the would send them right up

Great location due to the proximity to the convention center and to the Disneyland resort. Was able to get earlyish* check in time around 1pm. The welcome cocktail was also a nice surprise. Cons- the toilet paper is horrible quality and the room was stifling, the air does not work well.

We had a significant leak coming from the window that was hitting the air conditioner unit in the room.
So we had to change rooms in the middle of the night.
The staff was accommodating but it did affect our day at Disney since we really didn't get a lot of sleep.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the Lulu. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was amazing! The hotel lobby was very attractive, leaning heavily into Disney as well as So Cal flavor. We did not try the breakfast, but the menu looked fantastic.
The location... everything you could want was within walking distance. Multiple restaurants, Walgreens, CVS, boutique stores, and of course... Disneyland. We did upgrade our room for a fireworks view, but we were at the park while those were going off... still worth it. We plan on staying there when we visit again.

The people up front used my card a couple times without permission and I found out through checking my chase app that there has been purchases on my card that I didn’t authorize, the shower never got hot, the water pressure was terrible, I could hear both rooms having sex and I couldn’t sleep, for the price I paid for I expected a lot better

This was a nice room, but having a room in the “tower” next door to the main hotel was uncomfortable for me because I was traveling solo. Its close (walking distance) to Disneyland, but arriving back at the hotel in the dark through a practically unlit area worried me. The entrance to the tower is also not secure. It should have a locked door that can be unlocked with the room card. The room was quiet and had comfortable bed and pillows.

Negatives: was surprised by the $38/day parking fee at check in, walls/ceilings are thin as crackers, avoid room 604 it sounded like there were dozens of carts passing over our heads around midday nap time, no free breakfast.

The hotel was awesome! We came in the winter time and didn’t get a chance to experience the pool area. It has many games like chess, ping pong, and connect four plus a bar for the adults. The rooms were nice, excellent shower pressure and complimentary food for kids and adult drinks. Definitely would stay here again!

We absolutely adore this hotel. We’ve stayed twice now for two different Disney trips & have nothing but great things to say. Welcoming front desk staff, clean rooms and a fifteen minute walk to Disney. Also has great prices compared to the surrounding hotels. Definitely recommend!!

Staff were kind and helpful. Our first day in the room, it was HOT, despite the AC being on. I finally called the front desk and they said the AC was indeed broken and needed to be replaced, which the had to schedule for several hours later. Still, once it was fixed, the AC worked well. Also, the TV wasn’t plugged in so it appeared to not work, but the engineer came in and figured out it wasn’t plugged in (after having me change the remote batteries.). Staff were really nice though, and they allowed us to park there after checkout so that we could go to Disneyland (we had paid for the day, but some hotels make you pay add it so for parking after you checkout.

The room was small for 4 of us, but nice and clean. Only other thing I wish they had was a hot tub and not just an outdoor pool (heated).

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful during our visit. We asked for housekeeping on the second day and it was all finished when we came back from a long day at Disneyland. We were in room 726 and it was very quiet and had a view of the fireworks.
The only thing I wish they had in the room was an ice bucket.

YAAASS!!!!! This is an awesome boutique hotel!! Outstanding Front desk, room is extremely clean & professionally maintained. Welcome cocktails was a big surprise plus! Close to Disneyland 10mins walk. Have 24hr CVS & Walgreens on both corners 1 mins away from lobby! Quiet Rooms & feels safe walking to our room at night- brightly lit hallways to rooms. Got checked into our 1 nights stay room super fast! Hands down my partner & I would absolutely come back to stay here again!

We booked this hotel because it was on the cheaper side (about $800 for 4 nights), and while it wasn't terrible, I probably wouldn't pick it again for a Disney park visit. The walk wasn't bad - about 15 minutes to get to the Disneyland security gate. The hotel vibe in the lobby is fantastic. The employees were all very friendly and welcoming and helpful. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast, though we never took advantage of it.

The room itself was just ok. Pretty dated, the mattress wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom could be better. Felt almost like a public bathroom at a gas station. Our cold water didn't work, so we either had to shower in scalding hot water or not shower at all, which was inconvenient. Our room was right by the elevator and it was pretty loud anytime it was running, but we weren't ever really there during the day so we didn't notice it a whole lot.

Really close to the Anaheim Garden Walk, so that's a bonus if you're looking for activities to do outside the parks.

Overall it was a fine stay, but we do prefer something a bit closer to the parks and a little bit nicer rooms.
