We had three rooms booked between my daughter my brother and myself, and my brother was having trouble getting in with his car card and so I got off and I tried to help them and I ended up using mine. He never worked and he drove in and then I couldn’t get in. I had to run to try to get his to try to get in and his didn’t work at all and then I had to run back around going to the lobby and then they reset my card. It was just horrible and that one elevator not working. It was not the best experience I’ve stayed at another best westerns and not ever had a problem like this.

Fantastic check in experience. We loved the welcome cocktail. Subtle Disney touches through the property. Fun view of the park from the 8th floor. Well maintained, clean property with friendly staff. Super convenient for the parks. Can’t wait to stay at Hotel Lulu again in the future. Truly one of the best Anaheim hotels I have stayed at!

Property convenient to Disney and that’s why I initially picked it and its affordability compared to other properties of similar distance. It was nice enough for the amount of time we spent there, but walls seemed thin as we could hear the shower and the toilet flush from the room above us. Our air conditioner did not work the first night we were there, so we didn’t sleep very well, but we let staff know and it was fixed by the time we came back that evening. For what we needed, it was fine, but I’ve definitely stayed at better properties in the area.

Room was nice with good amenities. We had to wipe down a few things as the room wasn’t super clean, but nothing too crazy. The door for the bathroom was broken off the track so there were gaps at the bottom. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. Bed was clean and having a fridge and microwave was convenient. The close location to the Disney parks made it easy to walk. Overall, our stay was good!

I recently stayed at the property from 04/14/26 to 04/17/26. I wrote to management to report a health concern that arose shortly after my stay. They have not responded directly and I didn’t want to write a bad review however I am with the lack of communication.

Within a short time after checking out, I developed symptoms consistent with bed bugs/ bites which is commonly associated with exposure to contaminated surfaces such as bedding, towels, or carpeting. (Slept shirtless) Given the timing and nature of this condition, I am concerned that it may be related to the sanitation of the room I occupied.

I have documented the condition and retained records of my stay. I believe this situation warrants immediate review of cleaning and hygiene practices for the room and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety.

I have stayed here before and it was a good experience, however this last stay was the complete opposite and I have not heard back regarding the issue.

While this hotel is conveniently located down the street and It’s only a 12-15 minute walk I probably won’t be staying again... this is the third and final stay for me.
The last time the fire alarms went off and we were not notified(it was a test and not a real fire that they were going to be conducted all morning, and we only found out about it when we saw a note on our lower floor on a door to which we asked the hotel staff about)
and this time there was a water shut off, which the only sign displayed is at the front desk(way to the right and not in front of where you check in) and not on the rooms and so we were not told upon check-in and had to ask ourselves.
The hotel also charges you a giant incentive and parking payment when you arrive and this is not noted on Hotels.com so when I paid for my hotel for three nights at $415 I thought I was good to go. It was unfortunate that I got there and they asked for a credit card to hold the room which is understandable but an additional $267 was been taken for my account on top of the 415. Coming to a grand total of almost $700 for three nights at a hotel that does not deserve to charge this much. Although the staff was very friendly, I won’t be staying here again due to the hidden fees and the worn down rooms.
The bathtub was peeling the sink had massive cracks in it and the uncomfortable beds were enough to make u cry. The only good part about the rooms was the massive TV that they probably spent their whole budget on.

The hotel overall just wasn't very clean. The hallways were always dirty, the elevators were always dirty, rooms were okay for an outdated hotel. The hot water was hit and miss and the towels were paper thin. There was no continental breakfast, but there is a 24-hour IHop right next door so that was okay. The pool was nice with lots of seating and good water temperature, but there is no hot tub. The walking distance to Disneyland is the appeal for this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartender was great. The pool was the perfect temp. The room, however, was incredibly basic with little to no amenities which made it challenging for us as a family with 2 little ones. The lack of bathroom counter space and absence of drawers meant everything was within our toddler's reach, making the little time we spent awake in the room very frustrating. The room also didn't include a coffee maker and the outlet for the kettle and microwave didn't work, although we never mentioned this to the staff.

When we checked in, the lady did not offer us the complimentary drink that all guests are offered. She offered everyone before us one. She also rushed to check us in as if we were keeping her from something. We were going to walk out of the lobby, but went back to another receptionist to ask about the complimentary drink, to which he happily gave us.

This is a very basic older hotel. So, sound carries through every wall and door. It’s still quite a hike to Disneyland from the hotel, but doable. It has a pool and IHOP is next door.

The pool area was a bit smaller than anticipated. My daughter did cut her toe on a piece of glass that belonged in the fire pit when she was walking from the pool to the chairs. The hotel is in the perfect spot to walk to any restaurants or the parks.

The staff was very friendly and tried to assist us with anything we needed. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. Shower had good water pressure and it was so easy to order food to be delivered to us from severao placed.
The only issue we had was that we were not able to vet the wifi to work properly over rhe six nights we were staying at the hotel. Normally this isnt a huge issue while on vacation, bit this time, my husband needed to work at times and ended up having to head to the nearest starbucks to get any work done.
The hotel staff did try to help, but were unsuccessful.
Overall though, a great stay!

First time here and i would say the room was nice and clean, the pillows and bed were super stiff and not comfortable at all in my opinion. I would definitely recommend at least bringing your own pillows unless you like stiff pillows, i would also recommend bringing your own shampoo. Its definitely an affordable stay and close to the toy story shuttles/parking, so thats definitely a big plus.

We liked this hotel a lot. Its proximity to Disneyland was great (about 12 min walk). Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool area. The hotel definitely needs some upgrades…like the carpet in the hallways and the scuffed furniture. One night, there was NO hot water in our shower.
All in all, it was a good stay. We would return if the price stays reasonable.

Good for the price. A lot of foot traffic so understandable that the lobby is hard to maintain but would’ve made a better first impression if carpets were vacuumed and elevator was clean.
We were able to store our luggage until check-in, there is a water refill station & nice gym, and walkable distance to Starbucks. It’s a great location if you’re going to Disneyland. Rooms have been renovated from previous hotel so still newer & in good condition.
We chose this location partly due to it having a laundry facility but it was closed and being worked on our entire stay.
