Amazing staff, full of energy. Helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt with every move. Room was clean and surpassed the typical motel expectations. Def the best one I’ve ever stayed in by far! Parking was abundant at all times even when the front rows were limited. Ac worked well. Iron was difficult to use and wouldn’t release steam at all, so I had to use the sprayer to get it working. Overall amazing room and would def find myself staying here again in the event of another desire for a cheap room!

My stay at Signature Anaheim Maingate was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
The owner's nephew, who was working the front desk, was rude from the moment I checked in. When I asked about the security deposit because I didn't know one was required, he responded with an attitude instead of simply explaining it. I mentioned that a family member had stayed there before and knew his uncle, the owner, and that his uncle was always friendly and easy to communicate with. He became defensive, told me, "Don't talk about my uncle," and accused me of lying, claiming his uncle never comes to the hotel except for about five minutes every few months.

I asked for a clean room and was given a room in the back corner that smelled like urine, had gnats flying around, stains on the bed and walls, and a damaged mirror. I recorded the room because of its condition. When I complained, he insisted it was the "best room." I left the lights on when I walked out, but after he looked at his phone and said he needed to "check the room," we returned and the lights were off, which made me uncomfortable and concerned about my privacy.

The other room he showed me was even worse, and although the hotel showed more rooms available online, he refused to let me see another. Since it was late, my girlfriend and I stayed anyway. I woke up with multiple bite marks on my leg and butt. Worst customer service and worst room I've ever experienced.

I have stayed at Signatures many times. This time was not as well as the others. My bed was squeaky from the springs breaking down, the sink was cracked and the room smelt like nail polish or remover, the smell never went away. I normally have a wonderful stay here. Parking lot is way too small and I had problems getting out of the parking spot, because people parking along a no parking curb behind me. People us the parking lot for either jack in the box or for Joes Italian ice. It was just a little frustrating trip this time. Would I stay here again, I don’t think I would. The staff is great, the hotel just needs some help with some issues. Other than the problems I occupy, the hotel is mostly clean.

Lugar cómodo para descansar luego de pasar el día en Disney, Cama cómoda y lugar limpio. Superó mis expectativas. El parking era gratuito pero no lo utilicé. Desayuno es sencillo pero para el precio del hotel está bien (es como un mini refrigerio que incluye café). Mini refri y Micro en la habitación. Piscina es sencilla y básica pero para niños funciona. Por lo general estuvo muy bien la estancia. Se da depósito pero si todo está bien lo devuelven al ser check out.

Price was good! Room was your basic room. Free breakfast was small muffin, yogurt, banana or apple, coffee or juice. Make sure you wear slippers in your room , if you don't your feet or socks will be black from the dirt on the floors. The beds were not comfortable and for some reason had crumbs every time the beds were made (I think someone was eating a sandwich while make the beds) Noise was a big problem, we were on the first floor and the guests above us decided that they need to use the floor to walk. It sounded like they were dropping bombs on our heads. The hotel is also across Joe's Italian Ice (delicious btw) so there was constant noise from all the cars passing by until closing. Very limited parking, and you get random homeless people going thru the parking lot searching through the trash cans. I'm sad because I was hoping for a nice trip to Disneyland and I guess it's worth paying more for your hotel and overall experience. My advice is to not cheap out on the hotel to save a few bucks! ($400)

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the hotel was. There was enough parking and even a small breakfast selection that I was not expecting. The rooms were very nice and clean with comfortable beds. Our only complaint was the shower head wasn’t great but everything else was amazing.

Had higher hopes for this place. Charging more than local motels, yet quality is about the same. Very outdated restrooms that take awhile to hot water(mind you, we were on the first floor), and tv’s with remotes that don’t work.Next to a busy street that cars are constantly reving their engines. For “breakfast” you get a yogurt cup, a small muffin and your choice of coffee or juice……

What I don't like is the fact that I booked the hotel for the pool and hot tub. However, the hot tub wasn't hot at all. I called the day before and asked if the hot tub was working. I was told that the hot tub was perfectly working.

Pool is very small, I didn’t use it due to the water looked like it lacked chemicals. The room needs some updating! Shower curtain rod was all rusted, no usb outlets, wall outlet wasn’t able to keep hair dryer plugged in properly. Housekeeping replaced towels but would forget washcloth and hand towel (I had to ask). Breakfast is only yogurt, apples, muffins, tea, and coffee. There is an ice machine, and the parking was free. There is no restroom to use if you show up needing one, I was told that the Carl’s Jr next door had a restroom (I showed up 2 hrs before check in and was told there would be a $30 check in early fee). Disneyland is roughly a 30 minute walk, Uber was approximately $10. A/C was working well. Water pressure in shower was low, glad I didn’t have long hair. Room was spacious, tv huge, fridge nice size, and microwave was basic. Bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. At a certain time in the evening you will hear the traffic noise. I would definitely stay again! You have to get a Joe’s Italian ice from across the street! You will see the line wrap around the block!

The room was clean but the bath towels were old, stained, and too small. There was no shower door so water seeped through the shower curtain which caused the bathroom floor to flood with water. Had to mop up bathroom floor every we showered. The breakfast was nothing I expected for a continental, only juice, muffins, and yogurt. The pool water was so dirty that we did not swim. The hotel need serious maintenance and upgrade. Our reservation was already confirmed so we had to stay even though we were not happy with the outcome.

Would definitely not stay here again. The hot tub looked green, the room was absolutely not cleaned well. Sheets and towels looked unwashed, we took our shoes off by the door and just by walking to the bathroom our socks were black on the bottom, the juice (both Apple and orange) for breakfast tasted sour. Front desk staff just stated, “I just work the desk I can’t do anything except let the manager know”

Place is what you pay for but looked up a couple of reviews and where all most expected about the room the staff and the free breakfast(coffee and muffins). This property is only approximately 10 mins drive to Disneyland and offers free parking but not mentioned that parking lot is very limited and property is located in a corner and next to a fast food chain, parking is at your own risk and parking lot not secured had someone try to break into my vehicle and know they are not responsible any damage to your vehicle. Never again this place for the future.

Didn't use pool or jacuzzi. Room was pretty clean except 1 hair near the sink. Bed and sheets were comfy. Also very big bath tub which was enjoyable. Small mini breakfast only 7am to 9am. Also can watch Disneyland fireworks from room.

Only bad thing was so dang noisy only got 3 hours sleep. Cars constantly going by & all night & morning. I could hear every single car. Was a nightmare for someone like me with disabilities. Area is kinda ghetto but felt safe at hotel. Close to Disneyland and other stuff.

We traveled out of state and got there a little early staff was not there when called were rudely told fine you can check in early but it’s gunna cost you more so we waited were were rushed through the check in so we didn’t get to request the second floor we find there was little parking and on the opposite side with out parking to we had to drag our things a bit out of the way to get to our room. We get to the room and the heat is in the mirror looks like it’s been shot and the towels and stained beds were comfy but the mattress and mattress covered are stained with blood there were no phones in the room and trying to call the front desk to ask about the family
Of bowling elephants above us at 5 am was a task as no one would answer the phone

Our experience her wasn’t too bad or anything but just kind of a bummer that their breakfast is really not a free breakfast as they say it’s more like a grab and go. They only had like muffins bananas things like that. Also, they didn’t have any outlets close by beds like were you sleep at it was kind of weird. I was a family of four we had to charge our phones by the bathroom area, which was kind of weird that it was in a weird spot for that. Staff was very friendly. I have no complaints about staff or anything like that very friendly. The beds were comfy if you’re looking for a basic motel, this would be it. I had everything we needed the refrigerator microwave and a place to sleep, but also had a pool and hot tub which my daughter’s hung out at the pool area. I haven’t gotten the hot tub so I don’t have any complaints there besides that if you’re looking for a troop, this would be a good idea for the cost and things like that.

We stayed in room 215 for Memorial Day weekend for a game we had at the angels stadium. It was a very dirty room. All the walls had black dirt marks and cigarette burns the bed boards had stains and the floor had hot sauce stains, the sheets had black stains on them. There was an ironing board but no iron. When I called the front desk they said they were completely sold out for the weekend. We paid $135 for the hotel room and I think we got an overpriced terrible room. We will not be staying here again.

Also the walls are pretty thin, had to bang on the wall twice during our stay because neighbors were having EXTRA fun & being EXTRA vocal, which was concerning with my 5 year old in the room with me. I wanna say “breakfast” was “standard” grab n go, but not even any cereal available. muffins were okay, whole grain so kinda dry & there was also yogurts available and some apples+bananas

Nothing special about this hotel. Sometime gets noisy from the major street in front because of the crazy drivers and motorcycle riders with loud exhaust noise. The room is fine. All plumbing worked fine. The bed was fine but pillow was kinda firm. AC/heater worked fine. The mini-fridge kept semi-cold, not really as cold as I would like. If you are coming back from Disneyland, then parking will get full here. NOT a walking distance to the Disneyland but convenient place to stay. If you want to save $40 for Disney parking, then try walking. I have stayed in many budget hotels. Would I stay here again? Yes if the price is right. It's not like I stayed in the room all day long.

Location was great, 10 min drive to Disney. Jack in the Box across the parking lot and a very popular ice cream place next door makes it really easy for quick food. Rooms were clean but need upgrades. Bathroom had old tile that looked like it had mold or something trapped in between. They didn’t have an in-room dryer, only to borrow from the lobby and all of them were borrowed out. Staff was nice and helpful. Would probably stay again.

This was a nightmare. Arrived & no one at front desk but was a sign they’d be returning. When I pulled back sheets there was a yellow stain on one and a dried red spot on the other because I was traveling alone I was exhausted & slept in bed without the yellow stain. At around 10 pm I was woken by the neighbor there was a adjoining room. Lt 2” gap & sound blasted from them. There were several people in the room going in and out the front door. Then after 11pm there was a large bang bang at the door saying “It’s the front office open the door”. I said “no”! Then I called the office from thier phone & asked if they were knocking on my door they said “no, and they will take care of it” then hung up.I called the police who told me to tell them to switch my room. I called the office back & they then told me they are sold out so no rooms to switch & it was them at the door earlier!! Also they’d called me back because Thier is 5 people that have not showed to switch me rooms. They still didn’t explain to me why they banged on my door so late. My husband was scared for my safety & as soon as I told him he took off driving to the hotel 2hrs from out of town. We only slept a couple hrs due to this chaos . In the morning the office told me it was a new guy & the manger was walking in right now free retelling the story the guy I was told was the manager was not the manager he said” I am to young to be the manager” I turned to the other guy and asked why did you tell me that then?

This place is trash. I don't know how this place has 7 stars on Expedia. It should have ZERO STAR. When we arrived, the check in area was locked and no employee was there. We had to wait for 40 minutes for the employee to come back. The room is miserable with stiff sheets and the towels are so faded and frayed. Not to mention that there were prost.... residing there too. The breakfast is a joke. It is just just muffins and apples. The coffee and juice are watered down and disgusting. And the final straw was my kid having a rash on the face after the first night. What a disaster of a stay!

Everything was clean and as expected. Location was top notch for Disney. We caught Ubers but the Toy Stoy lot had a free shuttle a 10 min walk away. Also an option. I wish the street racing on Harbor wasn’t a thing. It was very loud all hours of the night - not the fault of the hotel but it was hard to sleep from that. By the second night we were tired enough to sleep somewhat better. The third night we were so exhausted we took melatonin and conked out pretty well. It was clean, safe, affordable and just what we needed.

I gave the staff my credit card when I arrived so they could add the additional charge because I only paid half before my arrival. I then had four additional charges on my credit card. Had to file a police report cancel my credit card. The charges included a charge to Wingstop, coffee bean coffee house, a gas station and a different miscellaneous charges. The room had hair all over it. Parking was fine. The breakfast was not good.

This is the cheapest motel near Disneyland and so you kinda get what you pay for. I will start with pros: free parking, surprisingly comfy beds and pillows, and cheap price kinda near the park. Cons: everything is dirty, like you know they mopped the floor but didn’t get every area. You know they washed the towels and sheets but they all have stains on them. Just dirty looking and questionable. Half the staff was pleasant and the other half barely nice. They need to stop saying they have breakfast because they do not. They give out apples, bananas, yoplait yogurts, mini muffins, coffee, and juice. That’s it everyday. Do not think it will be different, it will not be. Also my daughter got sick and was throwing up one of the days and it smelled and looked like orange juice which she had “breakfast”, beware. Also asked for a 1 hour more late checkout because my daughter was sleeping from the multiple puke feats and they said only 15 mins more. Like I said, you pay for what you get but I expected a little bit more, not a lot, just a little bit. I honestly will suck it up and pay more to go somewhere else in the future.

We decided to try this property after seeing mixed reviews as we regularly try new places. Our personal experience with two rooms for three nights was very good. The front desk staff both day and night were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms smelled nice, sheets and bedding were clean, floors and furniture were clean. In room refrigerator, microwave were all clean and all worked just fine. Heater and air conditioner worked great. Parking was easy even for my full size truck. Continental breakfast was basic but good. Area is a little noisy but it is located on Harbor Blvd so that is expected. We will definitely stay here again for very budget friendly hotel stays.

The staff was kind, courteous and helpful.
The room did have flaws. The shower curtain rod was rusted, the caulk in the bathroom dirty, the sink old.
What was disturbing was the towels were washed, but all had some or significant stains in them. It did make it feel pretty dirty.
I did feel safe with my room close to the front desk.
The coffee machine was good. The breakfast very limited with pre packaged muffins and mini yogurts.
