2 bed suite only has one bathroom. Beds were undersized and small. Property sits right next to the freeway so there is a ton of road and vehicle noise at night making it hard to sleep. Property was clean and staff was nice.

This is a renovated Hilton property from the previous Home2Stay brand, so it's a very clean and modern hotel. Their main clientele is Disney attendees because you can access the park by crossing the sidewalk into Downtown Disney and entering via the pedestrian gate check. The staff is courteous, and the valet is very professional, giving you plenty of time to gather your belongings, especially if you have a little one and an army of supplies. Carts are free for you to use just in case. It is valet only, so you have to get over your comfort level of leaving your car to a stranger, but at this rate it's a very safe and courteous process.

We had a family suite (up to 7 people). It was in the Highway side and very loud. 1 bathroom but no other mirrors in the suite. Strange…you need that with lots of people. Otherwise great option for a short walk to Disney entrance and we were so tired after the first day we didn’t hear any traffic at night.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our stroller was lost by the airlines and they helped us get another one to use for our visit. The gentleman that helps with bags brought us extra blankets for our kids to ensure maximum comfort. The breakfast every morning was perfect for feeding our little kids who are early risers. They provided a pack n play bed for our 18 month old and delivered it to our room. I would definitely stay here again. There were 5 of us to a double room and it was great.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are big but wish they had king beds. We were in a room by the freeway and it is extremely noisy throughout the entire night.

The breakfast was very good and proximity to Disney was great - 10-12 min walk.

Be prepares for the $35 per night parking.

My family and I had a great experience staying at this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again for our next Disney trip! I rated it 4 because housekeeping didn't come in to clean during our 2 night stay. We didn't have the sign up and our trash was overflowing. Luckily, I'm a very clean and organized person, so I maintained our room clean and took the trash out ourselves to the outdoor trash bin. That's my only complaint. Other than that, we love the amenities and short distance to the parks!

First off when we got there front desk was horrible to me velvet service was 7 star!! Paid for early check-in front desk said no early check-in he said room was not available until 4 so if you have any plans we had plans for oggie boggie do not go here they will not allow you to check-in early stay there was a nicer agent she was so kind made me re think give them another try but i always stay at the Howard Johnson hotel they make me feel more welcomed and i will continue to stay there from now on i would rather take my own breakfast then deal with front desk

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! BUT…our room was VERY HUMID. The ventilation was HORRIBLE. It was so uncomfortable to sleep I kept waking up sticky. We didn’t want to shower to add to the moisture in the room. There were no fans other than the AC but it made it colder in our room. Our new change of clothes were damp, and forget trying to dry your hair. I tried to turn on the vent of our microwave to get some relief, it didn’t help. Certainly not worth the price.

There is no self parking, and a $35 non refundable fee.make sure you take all your belongings when you park, because if you forget something the valet crew have to go get your vehicle and then repark it in the garage. Thankfully the staff were very nice, but make me feel terrible to get a couple items from the vehicle. If they weren’t necessities I would’ve left it.

But the furnishings and layout of the hotel inside were not bad and looked clean.

The beds were comfortable but the sofa bed kept squeaking all night which was not expected from a 4 star hotel.

They charged us money on our credit card without telling us for what and that too after we left. No email no message about why the charges were deducted.

We asked for water bottles for each day of our stay and one of the front desk lady was kind enough to offer us water bottle but the next day another lady refused to provide any water. You charge us for parking everyday. And charge us for the room everyday then why not provide us water everyday.

Also the hotel is around 15 minutes away from Disneyland which is very hard to cover after a full day of tiredness from the visit to disneyland.

The breakfast was average and same for all the days. They kept eggs and potatoes with pork and chicken in adjacent trays. I saw people using the same spoon in the meat and the potatoes. For people like us who cannot eat pork all the food was not eatbale as they were all kept together and same spoons used by people.

I would rather pay a little higher price and chose another hotel next time.

This was perfect accommodations for our home away from home. The staff was helpful, there’s lots to do and eat in the area. The facilities are clean, there’s complementary breakfast and the kitchenettes are stocked with the basic appliances and kitchenware needed for an extended stay. My only complaint was the valet parking. It was the only parking option with a hefty price tag. Additionally, the wait for the team to bring the cars out was excessive. Implementing a proper systems so that car are brought in the order requested. On one morning, our Disneyland morning, we waited 40 minutes for our car.

Very nice hotel. We stayed here with our 3 grandchildren to take them to Disneyland. It is a walk-able distance to the resort. Very nice pool and hot tub. Restaurant on the premises. The breakfast room had plenty of seating for families and had great choices for kids and adults. Our guestroom was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator for snacks. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. We felt safe walking from here to Disneyland. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Upon arrival, we got there 3 hours before check in, and the hotel staff was able to check us in early. Noah was very helpful and polite. He went above and beyond to help us with our check in process. My family and I needed to go to the store before we checked in to our room, and Noah had the staff send our luggage and things to our room while we were at the store. It was very nice to have our things sent to our room before hand. The hotel was very clean, beds are comfortable, and the hotel complementary breakfast was good. We were excited to be able to take a short walk and be at the main entrance for Disneyland. The hotel is very clean, great beds, and has friendly service. We would stay again.

We arrived at 9 am on our check in day (after driving 5 hours). We were so thankful to be able to park our car and we were even given our room! This made our very early start seem so worth it and stress free!!! The room set up (2 queen studio) was perfect for our family of 5. Super comfy beds and tons of cabinets for storage. Excellent breakfast, hot coffee! We wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay with you again!

- the view we had wasn’t so good. It was the top of the roof. We were on floor 2 and all we could see was the top of the roof of floor 1.
- there wasn’t a way to open the window or sliding door to let the outside air in. Only option is AC.

Big rooms, small beds!!!

The beds in the two queen bed room, were NOT queens. They were double beds at best.

I called the front desk and was told they are queen size beds, I own a queen and they were not queens, we had eight people in our group (three rooms), and we all agreed, the beds were not queens. Good thing we had three beds in our room, counting the sofa bed, my girlfriend and I slept in separate beds.

I would not stay here again, due to the beds and the description in the hotel description.

Lovely property super close to Disneyland! Walking distance roughly 10 minutes to main gates. Very comfortable especially after a super long day with children walking 20k steps! Only complaint was we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the pool more. The free breakfast was superb!

Nuestra estadía fue de 3 días, de las cuales quedamos casi feliz, el hotel es muy lindo, la suite que nos quedamos igualmente estaba linda. Lo único malo es que el servicio de limpieza llegó a nuestro cuarto solamente a arreglar las camas, pero no hizo cambio de bolsa y no repuso el papel higiénico, tuvimos que ir a recepción a solicitarlo. Pero de ahí lo demás, mi familia y yo quedamos encantado, se que el lugar cuenta con valet con un costó extra, pero por suerte leí las review para prepararme. Todo casi excelente.
