Great place to stay. Pools (multiple)are gorgeous and gym is huge! Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location by the beach and shops. We had a toilet separate from the shower area and a spacious room with a lovely view of the pools and beach.

Rooms are actually as pictured. Spacious, clean and modern. Staff always seem friendly p skin condition so the next time you tried everything skin skin condition whether that has pigmentation acne or your child’s eczema just won’t seem to settle or they won’t take their medication ex-husband a divorce myself through a divorce and just said did they ever get tired of the drive and I said absolutely some people might have a dynamic. Have you done a poo Braden after daddy‘s pillow go back over here?

The hotel has been renovated and the rooms are new and clean, but there they still have work to do in the renovation, the balcony had old outdoor furniture. I would stay there again.

Room huge and spotless. Great view. Staff helpful and efficient with check-in. Amenities and nearby restaurants vg. Only two problems were safe literally on floor-they need to fix this. I had to lay on floor to read directions. Not practical for 72 yr old! Also jave lack of lighting in sep TV room. Enjoyed our stay.

Big room, big balcony with chairs but full of dust, dirty. Dinning table was sticky with something, no plates or cutlery provided unless you go to ask from room service which they will charge you to bring it for you, 2 small single cookie, a few teas and 1 small milk less than 200ml. in a fridge which I don't touch. Small electric kettle, coffee machine which you will have to buy your own coffee and if asking for bring anything they will charge you, so I cleaned my own balcony, chairs, clean table by myself. Good TV, 1 USB socket doesn't work, 1 bedside light doesn't work, the coffee table was unstable so I called to get a service guy to fixed. Good air-conditioning, good shower room, half bottle of hand wash & body lotion (refillable) BTW, I paid $1359 for 4night. Good view from my room. Good location for nice restaurants around.

Only here for a night due to a canceled flight, but place was magnificent. Glorious room and an incredibily comfortable bed i would like for my own house.

Bathroom and living area massive for a hotel, with a couple of pools and on site bars and dining which worked well considering the circumstances of my stay.

Would never have considered seeing or even staying in this srea, but after this, would consider Brighton le Sands as a destination if playing golf, and if i did, would definitely stay here

The hotel was very nice and decor is great . however there were noisy guests and we had to move rooms once and then make a noise complaint about young men yelling and carrying on at the new room. Also the speakers around the pool play until 11 pm so I would ask for a room away from that next time.

Property is beautiful. Pool outside was colllddddd! (We visited in August-winter) hot tub spa made up for it. On site parking expensive. Surrounding area has some good cuisine variety. Laundromat nearby if you don’t want laundry service. Area looks like it’s recovering from a storm, lots of construction. Beautiful views of the water. Wish we could stay longer.

Overall staying at the Novatel Brighton Beach was enjoyable. The staff - from reception through to cafe/bar to cleaners were excellent. Well trained and courteous.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom clean and well designed.

Having a balcony was a real plus. Especially if you like fresh air.

However, the fan for the air conditioning in my room was a bit noisy for sleeping. So, I opened the door to the balcony.

I stayed during winter. Would be a fabulous hotel - near the beach and many cafes - during summer.

The family suite we got was fantastic. The balcony and the view were great. The swimming pools, gym and other facilities were well maintained.
The only thing that could be better is the housekeeping to properly clean the rooms and balcony, also add coffee, tea and milk when you get the rooms refreshed. The provided the coffee when we called, but they could have made the stay much better without the call.

Due to the raging music that plays most of the day and half the night on the weekends, plus people around the pool area being loud also, is only disappointing due to the fact that the double glazed windows/door at the balcony is so poorly made, its like it has no acoustic damping at all and it was unreal, the amount of noise that rages into the room. I was 4 storey's above all the noise and it was the worst I've ever experienced. I don't mind people having a good time at all, but the hotel really really really needs to do something about this issue. Carpet in room also needs a good vacuuming with a rotay/turbo head. Loose fluff everywhere. Cleaners should also be made aware of trip hazards as they left a hose across the floor in hallway, plus a floor tool in the middle of the walkway separate to the hose. I could go on but that will do. I won't stay here ever again, nor will I suggest it to anyone.

Good location. Hotel is mostly renovated with lovely pool areas. Bed was excellent.
Only negative was front pool area played music until 10pm on a Sunday night which we could hear from our room and although the bathroom was spacious and new the shower cubicle was peculiar shape and too small making it difficult to enjoy shower.
Otherwise all was great. Greek restaurant onsite was fabulous and would highly recommend.

Pool restrictions are overboard, kids not allowed in spa or indoor pool, indoor pool therefore not used much at all so why have it there, kids kept on being asked to leave spa very often which annoyed everyone who were paying good money to use the facilities.
Breakfast was great with good variety, Ammos restaurant was expensive.

The refurbishment in all areas felt like I was in the Sofitel Darling harbor, Elegant, especially the hallways to the rooms.. The employees were great just as good. I enjoyed it a lot, I felt like I went away from Sydney for a break and still felt safe in my own country.. nightlife cafes, too much to choose from, went for a massage. the beach was beautiful.!

This is my second stay at the Brighton Novotel, traveling from the Gold Coast. Our first experience was amazing, even though the weather wasn’t great. We had a fantastic time enjoying the indoor pool and spa. However, on our recent trip with the kids, the weather wasn’t ideal again, but this time the kids weren’t allowed to use the indoor pool or spa. Unfortunately, this meant I couldn’t enjoy those facilities either, as I had to supervise them. It was a bit disappointing, as I felt it could have made their trip even more memorable.

If you arrive early, you’re not allowed to use the facilities unless you've arranged an early check-in. I didn't plan ahead, but fortunately, the reception was very accommodating and found us another room that was ready, allowing us to check in right away. After a long flight with three kids, I was really grateful to be able to settle into the room straight away.

Over all we were happy with our stay. The staff and hotel it's self were great and I love the art deco feel of the lobby. Some things I didn't like was the music coming from the street playing till late. The pool area was extremely crowded, when we went to the pool there was at least 20 children in the hot tub, jumping to and from the pool. There was a section by the bar, which was signed \"No children passed this point\" however when I walked through it there was at least 9 children there. The hotel also makes it clear that it is a non smoking hotel however there was a number of people smoking around the bar area.

Pros: Anne at reception really made a difference when checking in. The staff at the sands bar during breakfast were really attentive. The newly renovated bar & pool have great aesthetics. There are many dining options around the hotel. The view of the sunrise was amazing from the room.

Cons: The New Year policy during our stay was new & surprised me with the amount of the deposit being asked and they only advised me when i arrived. The fridge in the room smelt a little. When i had one less person stay in the room, they would not reduce the breakfast per head amount.

Overall, if you’re looking for an aesthetic vibe, lots of food options around the hotel, facilities galore and friendly staff then this is a great option.

Conveniently located - great for evening and morning walks along the beach - loved the renovations of the hotel - there was no minibar or snacks in the hotel room but an easy 5min walk to Cole’s and other shops compensated for it - great room service and fast delivery - the gym and pool fantastic - did not use the hotel restaurants as they were booked out but plenty of restaurants outside to choose from - overall a great family friendly hotel

It was ok. The room was dirty, stained carpet, moldy shower and the balcony was unusable due to bird droppings everywhere on the ground and furniture. Informed the manager at checkout and received two complimentary drinks at the restaurant. The room should have been discounted or comped. The pool, gym, staff and restaurant were nice.
