Room looked worn needs a little updating. Bed was a little uncomfortable, wife annd I both had sore backs in the morning. An alarm that went off at 12.30am not impressed. The reason for the alarm, someone opened the bathroom door and let steam out, don’t think so, smoke detectors don’t go off with steam !!!

The bed was excellent and the linen was very clean. However, the bathroom is badly in need of an update. Rust in evidence. Door does not close. Plus light beside the bed was very loose presenting a certain danger.

Age of the hotel is showing and it is very dated. Grout was black in spots in the bathroom and the floor had carpet had stains on it. It is also very noisy due to proximity to the airport. You have to pay for the shuttle service so any more than 1 person and uber is a better deal. Breakfast was very basic and cereal not fresh.

I was quite disappointed with the overall quality and cleanliness of the apartment, looked nothing like the photos. The room and the entire hotel looks like it's not had a refit or refresh for many years. The book of kitchen units were broken, plug socket in the bathroom was cracked and the toilet tank was also cracked. There were stains on the walls and looked like it just needed a better clean and some tlc.

Room was just what we needed for a pre-flight overnight stay. Breakfast was included and to a good standard. Shuttle left on time from the front entrance and the driver was great. Everything therefore excellent for our needs.

Below are the pros and cons:

Pros:

1. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:
1. Very old building. Its probably converted from an old
apartment building. Very old windows and cracks on
the wall.
2. The windows and the carpets are not very clean. We
stayed one night only. It was raining that night and
carpet gave out some smell.
3. Breakfast was very very basic. They charged $15
if you want hot food. I simply got coffee and left.
4. The bed is very soft and caved in.

This hotel is very dated. It was clean but the carpets in the room didn't feel clean. The window air conditioning unit was so loud we had to turn it off. Our flight arriving was late and there isn't a restaurant on site. There are no amenities and the continental breakfast was toast, basic fruit, cereal and coffee and yogurt. No fresh patries. The staff in the restaurant didn't feel welcoming. We booked to be close to the airport for next day flight and booked based on the price. Bed was comfortable . Not sure I would stay again.

This isn’t quite 4-star quality. While the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, it’s worth managing expectations.

The rooms were clean, but the hotel feels quite outdated. The bathrooms are very small and lacked ventilation, which isn’t ideal. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Breakfast was basic at best, and the shuttle service is overpriced at $16 per person. You’re much better off taking an Uber to the domestic terminal, especially since it’s too far to comfortably walk.

If this were marketed as a 3-star hotel, I wouldn’t have been disappointed. As it stands, it falls short of 4-star expectations. I had rebooked for our return stay, but have since changed to a different hotel.

Not fantastic, but a very comfortable room for an overnight stay prior to catching an early flight to NZ. A perfectly good complimentary continental breakfast was available and from a very early hour. The International terminal is walkable from this hotel and it took us about 30 mins. Very convenient and at a reasonable price.

Comfortable and convenient to airport.
The hotel is pleasant and not just a big glassed tower. We went for a nice walk in the area; had intended to walk to fish & chips for dinner but it poured rain so we hung out in the room and finished up our supplies before our flight the next morning.

Room was serviceable for an overnight stay close to the airport, but I would be unlikely to stay again. The entire lobby smelled damp (fortunately not including the room). The bathroom appeared very old, worn, and there was a hole in the baseboard - it also allowed very loud noise to be coming from the street at all hours (fortunately again this was only from the bathroom, or at least not notable with the air-con running in the main room). The bed sheets were clean but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, pillows were ok.

Very good location to the airport and surrounding cafes and restaurants. Parking on site very handy. Helpful and cheerful staff.

Avoid room 711. The configuration is difficult with the vanity basin in the shower recess and there's very little room between end of the bed and wall... Crab walk is required to get around. A soft memory foam layer has been placed over an old mattress with hollows. Not so comfortable as you sink into the hollows.

We have stayed here before and had a better room, so on balance 711 maybe the only dodgy room.

Otherwise for a single night stay and for the price you pay its doable.

Convenient location to airport, curtains did not fit the window so vehicle traffic lights kept shining into the room and found it difficult to sleep.
Our stay included breakfast which was very confusing apparently we couldn’t sit at any table got asked to move but there was no reserved signs on them. Signage would be very helpful.

There was no where to sit outside, or inside, our chair was missing. We got an uncomfortable restaurant one instead of a padded desk chair. The taps are both marked \"cold\", and could scald someone, the tub was melted and pitted by the drain, someone soldering over the tub?plus a proper fitting toilet seat wouldn't go amiss.The continental breakfast was basic,ok, but mixed in with the paid breakfast which created confusion for people and frustration for staff! Why not create some signs so people know whats going on, its nuts to expect one person to service the whole area. The poorly lit hallway had carpet that could create an accident. THE WORST WAS THE NOISE, CONSTANT SLAMMING DOORS ALL DAY AND NIGHT! The first 2 nights we were woken up by the banging and slamming of doors, and I wear earplugs. The worst stay of our 8 week trip so far!

It was ok for a 1 night stay before going to the airport. They had a no show the night before so they let us check in early at 10 am. The bed was not firm at all but very soft. The airport shuttle was not free but $13 per person. So just take an uber. Coffee was not great, but had some toast and peanut butter before we left. Pictures of room look better than it actually was.

Hotel was in a convenient location, nice and close to the airport. Beds were comfy, but when I arrived, bathrooms were still quite dirty including the shower. They also offer a “complimentary” breakfast, but fail to let you know that if you grab any food that’s warm gonna charge you $15 but don’t let you know that until you’ve already grabbed the food and are sitting down

This hotel should be half the price we payed. it’s run down, phone cord was cut and couldn’t call reception, breakfast was good but understaffed so one woman running around doing everything, carpet in galway water damaged, doors nearly falling off hinges in bathroom, fixtures and tiles broken, i think the owners nead to spend a bit of money on it and fix it up to sydney standards especially being close to airport for good paying customers. i’d stay at Stamford or Pullman and get the good treatment next time for an extra $50.

Clean room but the downside is there are no lifts especially coming from the airport with luggage. A gentleman working there kindly took a bag up but when we were leaving, it meant that we had to take the bags down ourselves. Otherwise, no other complaints.

We booked a budget room as we were only going to be there one night. Room is TINY. It did have the advertised queen size bed which was OK, but the bed pretty much filled the entire room. The person on the left side had to Scooch between the foot of the bed and the shelve unit. The bathroom had a step up in the doorway that is hard on the toes. and it like the rest of the room is TINY.

Overall rooms are spacious but property very much dated! Brick look beautiful parking tight and inside appearance very much dingy and dated! Foliage outside neglected! Needs wall papering and pops of color to breathe life into a welcoming interior to match the exterior!

It was ok, the WiFi barely worked, the bed wasn’t the best and pretty hard, the bathroom was super small and had no flat surfaces for getting ready. It is great for 1-2 days and especially if you are on the go. It’s really great to Wolli station, the airport and some very tasty Asian foods

Room was the worst I have ever stayed. It looked like a Cruise ship cabin. Total bath room size 3ftx3 ft. First time in my life, I saw the wash basin in the bathroom as a quarter size (45 deg wedge shape) attached to a corner. I had to bend to spit. Shower size was 20\"x24\" - smaller than a cruise ship showers! Over all room size may be less than 100 sq ft. The door to the room - have never seen such a narrow door - standard airline suit case barely fit in to drag inside. Since I booked this just for over night sleep close to the airport, I did not walk out and there was no time. Checked in around 11 pm and left at 7 am. I have used your website so many times but never had such a bad experience. Please do NOT list these type of properties in your website. We believe the pictures and description in your website since we never traveled to these cities before.
In addition, as soon as I opened the door the stench was so bad and complained at the front desk. He said to switch on the AC since room was kept without AC all day in hot conditions!
The room was in another building and connecting walkway was horrible! I could not roll my suitcases.
Overall, it was a horrible experience and hardly slept in. Purpose was to get a good night sleep before taking a 14 hr flight next morning but ended up in a stressful stay over!
