Room was amazing, only issues is sometimes we didn’t get things like soap or detergent replenished properly and our last night the bed looked and felt like it was just pulled up rather than made properly where as the other nights they were fully made. it’s located in the perfect place, so convenient with shops, food restaurants/fast food and the train bus stations.

- Studio 507 (king bed with balcony) was spacious and great for an extended stay. The kitchen was well equipped, including a dishwasher.
-Location is very convenient — train station downstairs and close to the airport. Plenty of Asian food options nearby, and Social Society has great coffee. Good bakeries are a 15–30 min walk.
-Cleanliness needs improvement. The room looked okay at first, but it’s time for a deep clean — stained curtains, dirty fridge from previous guests, mould starting in the shower, and toilet not properly cleaned under the rim.
-Noise was the main issue. I requested a quiet room and was told this was one of the quietest, but Friday DJ nights and Sunday Salsa were clearly audible even with double glazing. We had to wait until 11pm to sleep before an early flight. If you’re noise-sensitive, request a different room or consider another place.
-Inner-facing rooms may also get food smells and morning rubbish from the fast food outlets below.

As a solo traveler, I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is brand new and very clean, with a spacious living room and a big, comfortable bedroom. I really appreciated having a kitchen and a private balcony. The swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing, and the location close to the airport made everything easy and convenient. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, Was in a good located to food, supermarket and public transports to the centre. The room itself was clean and tidy, We was upgrade too from a one bed to a two bed so had lots of extra room for our suitcases, the bed was very comfortable do had a good night sleep. Staff were very nice and the lobby smelt amazing which you get mini's of products of thar smell in your room which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Sydney.

The location for this accomodation was great. The beds were comfy but that’s really it. Was quite disappointed as it was advertised as a “luxury” accomodation - but the upkeep of this property is lacking. From driving to the carpark ($50/night) - really tight corners at the boom gate, narrow car parks - most cars had to park leaving a space between lots, the carpark is dirty - trash everywhere. The lifts - had hand prints/ dust visibly (stainless steel finish) seen everywhere. At the landing of our level, we were greeted by a roach at the curtains. The rooms were OK - but clearly not had a deep clean for a while, dusty on most surfaces. Lighting in the bathroom was not great - there was no space for placing luggages. There was also no phone in the unit - so we either had to go down to reception to request for items or call from our mobile phone.

Could be very good as it has an excellent location and our apartment was spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the both the rooms and public areas is woeful which really lets the place down. Also the gym is very poor for a 5 star hotel.

Clean, comfortable, very wheelchair accessible unit. Good layout. Beds extremely comfy. Nice view of the city through the building scape. Bathroom layout perfect for a wheelchair user although we didn’t have time to try the shower. Hotel staff were pleasant, accommodating and kind. The only issues accessibility wise were one bedroom was a bit close to the wall meaning transfer was tight. But doable. Bed is at perfect height for pivot/slideboard transfer. But not good for hoisting or other transfer equipment. The lift to the pool is VERY small. We managed to squeeze a power wheelchair and 2 adults in… just. All other lifts were a good useable size. Accessibility to the train station is easy via the laundromat. Take away and good cafes right near by. The best coffee and service being at Social Society with fair prices for good food (and awesome coffee, and great service. Quiet rooms and everything you would need for a short stay in the kitchen. However the kitchen isn’t accessible for a power wheel chair user. The door into the room isn’t automated so a WC user may need help.

The check in was very smooth.. Angus at the reception was very helpful. The apartment itself had all the necessities. The location was top notch. The train station was literally below the hotel with easy access from the airport and various parts of the city. However, the lobby carpet and the furniture of the apartment were showing their age and the cleanliness of certain parts of the apartment was subpar. Swimming pool might have been sufficient for an apartment complex but was definitely not one for a 5 star property.
The trip on the whole was enjoyable barring our last interaction with the lady at the reception who we requested to allow for an extra 30 mins before checking out as we had an infant with us. Not only was the request denied but the lady had a very cold attitude when I expressed my displeasure at the denial of this request and failed to even apologise. The kitchen has everything I need, washer/ dryer in room, bathtub in master bedroom, tv in room & living area. Everything is just fantastic. McDonald’s, KFC & Taco Bell downstairs. Woolworth & lots of restaurants behind, train station downstairs & just 2 stops from the airport. If you aren’t traveling alone, Uber is around AUD24 per trip. WiFi works well!

My son and I Stayed for three nights in a two bedroom . Lovely modern apartment juss a few meters from the train station. Airport a couple of stops in one direction and the CBD and tourist sites a couple of stops in the other. Quite a few restaurants nearby, a supermarket a minute away. Couldn’t fault it and will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Sydney

It is our third time staying in One Global and I won’t even thought about staying in other hotel every time we visit Sydney. Perfect location, just right next to the train station, it takes less than 15 mins traveling from the airport to the hotel, and just a few station away from the CBD area.

The receptionist upon on our arrival was very helpful and carrying, we asked the day before to check in at 1pm but when we arrived it wasn’t possible as it was Easter Sunday and there was not much staff. We asked if we can use the pool and he helped us straight away .
When we came nack from the pool the room was still not ready and asked us to wait for and then 5 minutes later, he upgraded us to a different suit.
