The hotel is 15 min drive, not 3 like is advertised. The rooms are very, very small but clean. The problem is the extreme noise from the street, thin walls between the rooms and constant noise from running bathroom water. Difficult to sleep.

I can see they have tried to present the hotel well however it's on the highway corner. When the first thing you see in a room is a pile of earplugs you realise you should have spent another $100 somewhere else. My double bed was at the top of 5 steep stairs, as an older person who must go to the bathroom I was afraid I would fall down them so slept on the sloping single which I had to focus not to roll off the slope onto the floor. Bathroom smelt like a smoker had been there. Reception locked in a.m. hard to find door to escape.

The walls are pretty thin! We didn’t get much sleep because people were coming and going outside our room. The design of the room wasn’t great. You hit your head against the wall while you’re on the toilet.

The room was nothing like advertised. The bathroom amenities weren’t in a seperate room, the shower was right at the foot of the bed and the toilet next to that.

There was also a terrible smell the duration of my stay. And the tv didn’t get any channels.

This is BACK PACKER accommodation
A BOUTIQUE \"hotel\"??. No restaurant. No bar. No onsite parking. A 2 min walk to your car? A bloody long way in the rain. Cleaners need to be taught how to clean a bathroom. The room tiny and comes with supplied earplugs???? All of that for 450 dollars NON REFUNDABLE !! Same room can be booked for 180 ? Should have read reviews before booking.
One redeeming feature a good bed.

Toilet seat unstable and too small for toilet.
1 small towel each for 2 nights with no dryer facilities. No hand towel.
Dust bunnies under bed.
Fridge had been neglected.

Worst room that I ever stayed. Floor boards were taped up. En-suite had a hand wash basin. Room was so tiny hardly had room to open the bags. Staff member was good.

The room was small but very clean and well maintained. Perfect for a one night stay. We took the wrong train to get there so walked further than necessary. But that was our fault as it was clearly stated in the email which station to go to.
The bus stop for the airport was half a block away which was very convenient. Suggest the bus if going to the airport to save money as the train is 8x the price.
Downside was there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance. Bros Kebab was awesome! There was also no breakfast so best to stock up before you get there.

It was okay at best. Not great, but not terrible. We arrived after hours and were given two keycards to pick a room, only to find out it was already someone else’s, so we had to move rooms the next morning. The walls are very thin — you can hear people and the shower pipes at all hours. The location is inconvenient for pick-ups and drop-offs. Staff were mediocre, with poor communication and not very helpful. The vending machine didn’t work, so no cold drinks were available. The bed was average.

Cleaning staff was extremely loud, which disrupted rest
Walls are not soundproof, so noise carries easily

Rooms are very small, not ideal if you’re claustrophobic

This place is noisy. The room where I stayed is next to a busy road and traffic lights, so the noise is constant with either traffic or people walking past. Not a place I would recommend. I would recommend that the hotel invest in double or triple glazing on the windows. The room was small but clean tidy and acceptable. The hotel is charming, however very loud and ear plugs are a must.

This was a delightful find for my short night in Sydney last night. The pre-arrival communication was perfect to allow me to enter late and leave very early without anyone in attendance. Thank-you for setting this up. I was literally stunned by all the little details in my room with even some ear plugs for drowning out the noises of the street. The use of space in the room with loo and lovely shower was quite remarkable. This place is a gen and comes with my 100% recommendation.

Staff didn’t even have a clean pillow case or towel when I checked in at 6pm. The bed was shared with staff who left food everywhere, the room was dirty and mattress had bedbugs. Kitchen was even worse and people had cockroaches in their food boxes and in the cupboards too. The main door had a broken lock so they left a broom to keep it opened for people to be able to get in. Won’t be coming back and raise their level of cleanliness to the authorities 👎 run don’t stay

The Aircon i dont think work. The staff took 3 calls to answer and was very abrupt. There is no parkimg and on an extremely busy corner with no where to drop off. My mother is disabled and had to walk way to far to get to the hotel. I had to park up on the foot path to pick her up because there was no way she would make it back to the car. A huge cockroach was crawling around our room, i eventually was able to squish it. The bathroom was not disability friendly. You could hear everyone outside and nextdoor.

How can it be called the Airport hotel. It cost me $25 in a taxi and he could not park anywhere near it. The nearest restaurant and convenience store is more than 2km away down him and return up hill. The staff were pleasant and the accommodation albeit windowless was clean. I would rather sleep on a park bench the next time ... well you get what you pay for right but had I paid the Meriton etc I would have ended up paying the same including to and from transport ...

I had pretty low expectations but it was worse than I expected.
The walls are very thin so you can hear people walking past and in ither rooms. Also the water pipes made a lot of noise and it sounded like water was right by my head.
The bathroom needs a mold treatment, there was heaps of mold in the grout.
There was a floor tile that had been repaired very poorly.
2 towels and a floor mat, no flannel or hand towel. Had to move the coffee station to have it near a plug.

There is no parking so it was very dangerous for a taxi or uber to stop to pick you up they have to stop right in the traffic lane and you have to load bags and get in real quick as you are holding all the traffic up and its is a VERY busy road

Liked cleanliness and helping staff.
The condition of the room needs attention like chipped door and cracking floor in the bathroom and no insulation to block noise from other boarders.
In an overall since the other boarders were quiet it did not bother me much neither did the small chips or small cracks. The cleanliness had overcome the little flaws.
