Great property with equally spectacular views of the ocean, golf course and mountains! Rooms are spacious and well-appointed! Dining options are abundant - from an informal pool side cafe to a fancy, multi course dinner tasting menu! Lots of places to lounge - poolside or to stare off at the views. Check-in process was a tad long for my taste but overall a 9.9!!

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Superb location for anyone that loves golf, biking, hiking or indeed lazing by the pool. Felt like we had the place to ourselves even though the restaurant was relatively busy each evening. The staff are instinctively helpful at every turn and just a five day break felt like a fortnight. Well-being in a week right here! Chapeau to the HDC team and I’m sure I’ll be back with my golf clubs at some point to play Seve’s 18 👌

Stunning room with view over the golf course and out to the ocean. Room was clean and service on point.

The food was fantastic, the evening buffet was different every night, with a great mix of local and international selections. We went to the restaurant one night and this shouldn’t be missed if you do go. The food was fantastic and all from the islands, including the wine. Some of the best food we had during our stay on the island

Beautifully set out in front of a wonderful golf course, if that’s your thing. Buffet meals offer a huge range of options, warm pool for swimming, great room. Spa is somewhat limited with no sauna or steam room but nice pools with different temperatures and other facilities. Drive is a real challenge over the mountains and isn’t great to do after dark so try to drive in daylight.

The property is clean and well kept but it’s also very dated, quite old fashioned in style and decor in the rooms snd main reception areas. The bar area is nice , one of the restaurants was closed during our stay. The main disappointment with this hotel is the food service, the buffet breakfast and the evening buffet are very poor. Tired looking food, little imagination and really old fashioned.

Beautiful hotel and setting but poor hospitality

The setting is wonderful and the architecture is original. But one felt that the hotel was more interesting in itself than in its guests: there was no drinking water in the room (other than at cost from the minibar), the staff at breakfast did not smile or talk to you, and one sour-faced lady in the breakfast area scolded me for entering the building through the 'wrong' door even though she herself had just done so. The view from my junior suite was wonderful but the windows could have used a clean. They start mowing the huge golf course at around 7am, which woke me up. The wine list is very poor and limited, and the wines are on it are at a huge markup. The wine list was so poor that I never dined in the hotel.

Excellent historical/charming property turned into a moder resort. Situated in a place of incredible natural beauty, completely different to the overdeveloped south of the island.
Exceptional service by all the staff, Javier from the reception was simply amazing in his pro-guest-centric behaviour. Some services were reduced, or closed due to COVID, but was the rate, so all fine here. Excellent overall and to repeat ASAP!

This place deserves it's name Buenavista.
Everything is beautiful around, the scenery, the hotel, the room, breakfast.
The most surprising thing was the pool at the golf course, ocean water pool which resides between the cliffs. Not only a great pleasure to swin, but also to enjoy the surroundings.
The room is like a little apartment, very spacious and spoiling. Has everything needed and beyond.
Breakfast is amazing, so generous, huge variety, very well served.
The staff is helpful, though a little formal.
It was my best stay in the Canary islands, thank you for the great pleasure.

Great Stay

We had a very relaxing stay at Melia Hacienda del Conde. We were fortunate that Atlantico, the hotel's salt water pool, was open when we were there, and the scenery was just breathtaking as it is located by the ocean. The hotel's location is away from the hustle and bustle of the south side of the island, so it's definitely a place to decompress and enjoy the view. The bus stop is also not far to get to Punte Teno. We most likely would go back and stay again for a relaxing vacation.

The entire property is kept in excellent condition, the rooms and suites are spacious and delightful, the location and views are breathtaking, the staff are the most friendly and accommodating people I’ve ever known. If you’re looking to ‘get away from it all’ and indulge in a touch of luxury - you must stay here.

Made to feel very welcome, a very peaceful hotel, so relaxing.
The spa is amazing, I have a problem with my ankle and they went out of there way to get a masseuse that was qualified in orthopaedics to treat me. My ankle does not hurt anymore!
I also received a complimentary bottle of bubbly for my birthday waiting in our room! Thank you.

Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Wonderful friendly and efficient staff in all departments of the hotel. Beautiful pool areas and spa.
Location is beautiful if slightly remote, especially if you want to do some sightseeing on the island. Having said that, trips to San Cristobal de la Laguna and Santa Cruz or El Teide can easily be managed in one day excursions. Rental car is essential though.

Cannot fault the hotel at all, beautiful, luxurious and stunning. However, if you aren’t a fan of golf, there isn’t much to do nearby so hiring a car is 100% definitely recommended. Transfers from airport at very pricey too so another reason to hire a car. However, the island is beautiful and we would most definitely return to the hotel again

Lovely hotel with friendly and efficient staff.

The hotel itself is perfect for a relaxing, get away from it all experience. The food and hotel grounds and views are fantastic. The staff were friendly and very efficient.

The downside for us was that the hotel is basically situated in the middle of nowhere and we were unable to book transfers to and from the airport. The hotel is also not on the ‘beach’ as represented, although could be reached by car in 5 mins. Also, because of location it was not possible to easily tour the island’s main other centres from this hotel without having to navigate the winding mountain roads with hair-pin bends, which was difficult to do in an unfamiliar rental car and not at all recommended.

A great hotel if your main purpose is only to chill, relax and unwind. Not recommended for those who would prefer a moderate degree of liveliness and less sedate atmosphere or for those hoping to combine relaxation with some island sightseeing.

Fabulous Tenerife Style Hotel

Lovely hotel. Large & spacious, set out over a number of levels. Adults only. Plenty of opportunity for privacy. Beautiful pools, one heated. Plenty of areas for lounging, complete with a variety of seats & umbrellas. Our bedroom was very large, with balcony, seating area, very large bed, dressing room & en-suite with separate shower, bath & toilet. Kettle & tea, coffee supplied & restocked daily. Well stocked mini bar. Safe in room at no extra charge. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful...I packed the wrong plug adapter for example...which they supplied for the length of our holiday. Plenty of choice for food & drink. We were half board and enjoyed this. However, if you were bed & breakfast only...not sure where you would eat. However there is an excellent local restaurant/cafe of the beach within walking distance. We had a car for the length of our holiday & were able to explore the island, but you could be quite isolated without transport. For those playing golf..excellent place to stay.

Great for couples even if you don't play golf

Great for a quiet couples holiday. Not much around the local area for nightlife but head down to the waterfront for a great fish dinner while watching the waves crashing in. Also do make the journey back to the motorway in daylight for some amazing roads and views to match

Overall great experience, we have a week of pure relaxation. Used the spa which was lovely. Our room was huge, very clean and comfortable. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and the view is stunning!!! We were very lucky with the weather too, lots of sunshine. All staff very pleasant, especially the waiters.

Super quiet hotel with great rooms & views

The hotel is very tranquil and quiet. The rooms are a great size, with a large bathroom including enormous bath and separate shower. Large walk in wardrobe, bed area and lounge with a balcony - although some our second room the view was restricted by the high concrete wall.

The two pools are a decent size and depth and the sun loungers are aplenty with comfortable mattresses and towels provided daily - the lifeguard team were excellent maintaining the area and tidying up daily.

The hotel staff are very charming, courteous and friendly, everyone from housekeeping to F&B and reception. That said there are language problems with the wait staff in the restaurant with their English not being great.

The real problem here as mentioned is the food which is no where near 5* level. The buffet starter and a la carte main proposition does not work and the food in both is not good quality. The buffet had a lot of things re-appearing and in our second week found in unappetising.

Lastly and although this cant be helped the weather system in the area are a real downer, over our 9 days it was overcast every day and rained on one. When we drove back to the airport after 20 minutes it was clear blue skies and nearly 10. hotter.

Luxury in a peaceful setting

We stayed in room 604 on The Level, lovely suite with its own Jacuzzi and terrace, lovely views across the grounds and golf course to the sea in the distance. The suite was spacious, bright and clean with a beautiful dressing room area and large bathroom, everything was available to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The Level also offers VIP access to areas with unlimited tea and coffee and snacks throughout the day and alcohol available for a couple of hours early evening. Javier and Christos at hotel check in were welcoming and affable and only too keen to assist with any question asked, all the staff were pleasant and friendly. This was a lovely get away from it all relaxing week and certainly worth another visit in the future.

If you can afford the extra, stay on the Level . This makes the whole experience even better with free drinks and canape type snacks early evening and pool side drinks during the day. The only let down was the food. From a hotel of this standard we expected this to be better. The level restaurant was slow in service, cold food and not a good experience. So much so, that we had breakfast and evening meal in the buffet section, still not alot better.

Beautiful Hotel for Rest & Relaxation

Nestled beneath a Mountain range and directly beside the coast line, the Hacienda del Conde offers a quiet, isolated outpost for those looking for some rest and relaxation. As others have pointed out, you will not find 'England by the Sea' here. With only sleepy towns nearby and few restaurants, you'll need a car to explore beyond Beunavista del Norte. If you're looking for a Benidorm setting, this place will not be for you. You'll need to head South where the child friendly, busy nightlife resorts can be found.

If you choose to hire a Car from Tenerife South, I would strongly advise avoiding a evening arrival. Driving through the single lane Mountain road, whilst stunning, is scary enough in daylight, let alone in the pitch black of night. On this occasion, we decided to pay for a private Taxi to transfer us to the resort, which certainly took the stress out of driving ourselves.

The Hotel is everything others have described it as. It's a beautiful resort that is kept immaculately presented throughout. The rooms are large and very comfortable, with most offering amazing Sea & Golf views. The Krupps Nespresso maker (with free refills) is a nice touch, and you can request a Tea & Kettle set when you arrive, which we did. Rooms have 2 TV's, a Lounge area with Mini Bar and a good size balcony. The rooms also benefit from a walk in closet, which is something I'd never seen prior to staying at the Hacienda del Conde. Highly recommended hotel.

Lovely hotel, but very very quiet.

The hotel is in a very underdeveloped part of Tenerife. The development that has begun in the area has not been completed, if you look on Google earth you will see holiday villas; they are mostly empty. The hotel itself is a beautiful building set across seven levels following the contour of the ground. The pools are great and immaculately clean as are all areas of the hotel, but there is just nothing happening... the guests all tend to lay on loungers all days and do not interact. The bar is empty at night and the restaurant is also not very busy (or very good!) Breakfast is very good but evening The complex is to me absolutely crying out for a bit more outside space; tennis courts, la boule, volleyball, anything to do! The local village is quiet but the village square is a great place to watch genuine Canarian life and enjoy a beer (1.50 euro each) or a few. There is a fantastic sweet and cake maker in the village. The drive to the hotel is nearly an hour and a half from either the North or the South airport and is not for the faint hearted. Ensure you book the smallest car you can, the roads really are very tight. Don't go without a car unless you don't intend to move from the pool. There is no sandy beach within easy reach of the hotel, even by car. There are a number of great walks from nearby and some stunning scenery, we didn't see the sunset once during our week long stay as the clouds from the hilltops obscured the view every night.

The hotel is beautifully set in the mountains and over looking the golf course. We had a melia sea view room and it was lovely. The food was fantastic all though the evening buffet menu and the al a carte did have limited choices. One week was long enough to have sampled everything on the menus. But still fantastic quality.
Staff were attentive and polite and always looking for an opportunity to go the extra mile.
The drive from the airport to this hotel was 90 minutes and on some high mountain roads. Not for the faint hearted. Well worth it though!
would 100%return to this hotel.

The location was the main

This hotel appears on the site and looks lovely. What Expedia fail to convey is that the hotel is based on the north side of a huge mountain range; this situation creates very changeable and extreme weather conditions. The drive was treacherous and the hotel is located on the outskirts of a remote village. The Hacienda was not well attended and as a result the restaurant was being closed for 3 out of 4 of our nights stay. When we asked if there was anything in the village, we were told it was closed. We were told we could order in the restaurant that evening but only had ten minutes to eat our food before it would be closed.
The room was ok, reasonable size, not outstanding decoration but not bad; the outlook was into a set of golf nets.
When I rang Expedia the following morning; in total I was on hold for 3 hours. I was told by three agents they were going off to sort out relocating us but just passed me onto someone else. Eventually an agent actually did try to do something and arranged a refund for the remaining nights. He told me it would be £352 but when the confirmation email came through it was for only £267 and I had to then go onto my laptop to rebook somewhere else myself. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Perfect hotel to relax

If you're looking for busy tourist areas and English owned bars - this isn't the place for you. However if you're looking to unwind, enjoy stunning scenery and avoid the overly tourist dominate areas then this is the perfect hotel.

The center of the local town of Beunavista Del Norte is about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel, with a few shops, a pharmacy and a really nice little cafe/bar in the central courtyard by the church. The hotel itself was perfect, with every member of staff happy to help in anyway.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere

The hotel is breathtaking! The staff are lovely but it is in a very remote location, 45 minutes walk to the nearest anything with only a few transport links (bus every hour or so) Taxis will cost around 100euro a day if not more. Perfect if you have a car or wanted to stay on the resort. Staff, service and food are all amazing but the location is not ideal

We had a very enjoyable stay at Melia Hacienda, very nice surroundings of the mountains and ocean, good service from staff, good food on site. The Gourmet restaurant was intimate, with good menu and reasonably priced. There is also a better than average buffet, although the buffet is pricier than average. Concierge, reception and Bar staff were excellent and attentive and a special thanks to Javier for his service - a fantastic barman and cocktail maker. We'll miss him. There is also a reasonably priced business that caters for excursions such as dolphin and whale watching, mountain walks, surfing etc. The facilities on site were good (outside pool and spa) but some were not quite as described on the website (as certain features shown on website are exclusive to level one members only, including the infinity pool which from the website looks accessible to all). Also not having ironing boards is a little backward and paying for all shirts to be ironed is not a suitable alternative at the price. However overall the pluses outweighed the minuses and this is a nice, quiet relaxing hotel to get away from it all (with a lovely golf course nearby).

Good for golf - beware the 'Adults only' tag

Buenavista del Norte is in the far north west of Tenerife and in a fairly isolated position. There is a beautiful 18 hole golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros just down the road.
The hotel has a distinct lack of choice for dining, this is disappointing as the choices in the surrounding areas are limited too. The a la carte main restaurant is small, very formal, has a limited menu, and is highly priced, which is not appropriate for regular evening dining. The buffet is not everybody’s choice for an evening meal, and is the sort of option provided for mass feeding at lower category hotels and on cruises.The bar only offers a limited menu – even more limited than room service - why?
We chose the hotel because of the “Adults only” feature. This was fine until the 2nd week, when children started to appear - this was apparently due to legacy bookings that were made prior to the change in status of the hotel, however it is misleading for the hotel to continue to advertise “Adults only” when children are likely to be present, and it caused friction around the pool area.

Really nice hotel - largely focused on golf patron

The hotel is to the north of the island and about 1 hours drive from the airport . Well located , against the backdrop of a mountain and facing the sea with only the golf course in between , it is a scenic location . The hotel has 2 swimming pools , but because of the fairly windy /chilly weather it was not comfortable being around the pool for long periods. The SPA therefore was the next alternative, but with the entry fee of Euro 24 per person for 90 minutes, this became rather expensive
The Hotel also provides an upgraded service - sort of loyalty program for regular visitors - called the LEVEL. Members are afforded special privileges like priority check in , and separate spa gowns . but the key differentiating factor was a special level lounge which other guests are forbidden from using - and this is actually empty for most of the day. Important to note that there is no alternative lounge ( apart from a bar) , which therefore meant that with the bad weather , expensive spa and no other 'hang -out ' place on occasions we would return to the room.

This hotel does everything about right. The junior suite was ideal with good space and comfortable bed and good lounge chairs . The bathroom was well thought out and presented well. The dressing room was too small but had good hanging and storage space. Meals were excellent and the service was impeccable,so the experience was very good.
The public spaces both inside and outside provided many choices for relaxation.
The hotel is adjacent to a well maintained golf course with a good snack restaurant and viewing windows overlooking the 17th and 18th holes.

Well maintained hotel with gorgeous facilities. The waiting, housekeeping and reception staff go out of their way to be helpful and extremely courteous. The only downside was not knowing in advance that the spa is by appointment only and with charges for using it for 90 minutes.

Great for easy and slow getaway

Pros: Very clean hotel. I would recommend it for couples who don't want to leave the hotel much. The room is very comfortable and very spacious.

Cons: The food at the A la carte restaurant was not that tasty. The presentation was good but but lacked flavor.
Also the breakfast was not that good. It had a decent selection but all the food lacked flavor.

Tips: It is very nice place for a quiet getaway. Keep in mind it is an adults only hotel and almost all the crowd is older. Not recommend for younger energetic couples.

Pleasant relaxed atmosphere

Nice relaxed feel to this spa hotel, staff very attentive and room comfortable, Hotel noted a birthday which was marked with a complimentary bottle of fizz, nice touch. Food good, although some items ran out at breakfast time and weren't replenished, which is not quite five star service.

Very beautiful hotel . Food was very bland and not much choice . My only reservation is that its about 90 minutes by taxi from South Tenerife Airport and will cost you about 110 euros one way . Where the hotel is located , it is very quiet and nothing to do apart from pay golf . So if you love Golf then its brilliant I guess. Dr Suresh Mason

Beautiful hotel in amazing location

This was the perfect short break - lovely hotel beautifully placed between the mountains and the sea. Friendly staff, great breakfast, fantastic rooms and so peaceful. Sunbeds were lovely and easy to find the pools were very clean and both relaxing to wade in or take a swim.

Views from the hotel were spectacular and the local towns were nice as well, an excellent getaway from the big smoke!

A Small Piece of Paradise

An all round amazing hotel on a quiet part of Tenerife. A village, hotel and golf course. Amazing views of the sea and the mountains. Great rooms and amazing food and really good staff. We shouldn't be telling anyone about this hotel as it might become too popular. We are going back for longer in October

Perfect place to unwind from the winter blues

What can I say? My wife and I are retired and wanted a quiet cossetting place to celebrate her 65th birthday. I can't really find anything not to like about this hotel, and i would go back again tomorrow. If you want a 'Playa de las Americas' experience this hotel is not for you - if you want a place to relax and get away from the noise, take your time, get pampered then you won't be disappointed.

It is worth saying that if you are disabled or of low mobility then you may need to think about the place carefully - there are lifts, but these are spread about a bit as the whole hotel is on a slope towards the sea.

Nice quiet hotel with superb amenities and staff

The hotel is very peaceful, set just inland and on the edge of a high class golf course. The reason it is quiet is that there is nothing close to the hotel apart from the golf course and transfers from the Tenerife South airport take over an hour and cost around the hundred euro mark - a hire car is therefore a must!

The staff are superb, all entering into the spirit of the New Year break, with gala dinner etc. Meals and all hotel costs were reasonable and of high quality with both buffet breakfast, dinner facilities with superb range of cold and cooked foods available, also a la carte dining available on site.

Pool areas were kept spotlessly clean, as indeed was the whole site, wholly recommended for all couples or small families wishing a quiet and relaxing break in quality surroundings.

My stay was perfect, I wanted to get away some where quite, a round of golf and what I got was fantastic, food buffet was top, service was something out of a American movie , room 5 star, parking and great golf well I wasn't that good ! Will stay again soon, this place is very romantic

Pleasing NW Tenerife

This is a very different hotel and holiday experience to that you get when you stay in the more commercial areas of the island. The buildings and pool are amazing, the golf course seemed under-used and the gardens were lovely, filled with wonderful tropical flowers and trees. It wasn't the friendliest place on earth but we met other couples to socialise, eat, drink and talk with.

A really relaxing hotel in which to stay.

The simple question is \"would you go back again\". Answer \"certainly\"

Apart from a problem with the room allocated on arrival that was immediately changed this is a cracking hotel to stay at. Very comfortable, good food, good variety of pools, quiet but with activities to do if you choose. The staff were very helpful and hospitable staff.

A car is needed as the town in which it is situated is very quiet, but that will suit many including us! The hotel is about 10/15 minutes walk from the town centre and the nearest beach. Also needed to get some of the local sights.

Some rooms have disappointing views for the price paid, but that is made clear on the booking and this is overcome by the excellent quality of the rooms.

The quality of the food was very good with a wide and varied selection.

The gym could have had a few more pieces of fixed equipment and additional free weights. The gym was free of charge but was part of a health club which cost extra to use the indoor spa/sauna/jacuzzi.

There is a very nice golf course next to the hotel which was empty most days. The price to use the course were prohibitive, perhaps the hotel could work on a better deal with the club than the one offered.

Prices in the bar were not unreasonable for this standard of hotel.

Ultimately we would go back to this hotel without hesitation.

Great for honeymoon and spa treatments relaxation weekend with friends.

Excellent hotel for relaxing in the secluded part of the island car is a must, this is on the mountainous side of the island so driving not fit the faint hearted also the weather is not the same as the otherside of the island.

Nice hotel and beautiful view on an amazing island

Me and partner went for our anniversary (we both in our early twenties). It's peaceful and have the most beautiful views I've ever seen. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Food is very tasty and the faculties are amazing. The spa was the best as well, spent hours in there.
It took as 2 hours to get there from Tenerife South airport cause we took the motorway coming, but going back it took an hour cause we went through the mountain. It's definitely not for the faint hearted people, I was a tad scared myself. But overall experience was amazing.

Four star with five star pretensions!

It was OK if you don't mind having to use two lifts with a 100m walk including a windy/wet terrace to get from reception to your room; ours was #109 which, being low down with a northern aspect and no \"view\", wasn't at all easy to get warm. Service too was fine but the bell hop's was just that bit too obvious - the most natural was from the lifeguard who interrupted his sweeping up at the outside coffee shop to bring me glass of water when I started coughing. We got it on a deal via hotels.com but I can't help but feel that if we'd paid the normal 5* rate, we'd have been a bit disappointed!

Travelling specifically to this place to relax. As around this area there is some nice drives but nothing to see in the town it's self.

However, we have our 3 year old with us, and when we went to use the spa area, we were not gained access, because kids time is from 2-5pm. You know...the same time you are not in the hotel because you are taking a drive or doing something. Not told at this at check in.

We were given access to a kid's play room which had nothing, except a few blocks, a chair and table. Basically bare. Another family came in and also commented that the kids room had no toys or books.

The pools, including kids pool are cold, like freezing. Depite the endless sun, they couldn't put in a solar panel to take the chill off?

The rooms are supurb, comfortable and large. Room service is pretty slow at times, had to wait 15 min. for someone to deliver a cold beer, and 10min or so for a glass (when the maid failed to leave us any).

Considering how nice the rooms are, the facilities were disappointing because we didn't use any of them.

Sorry to say, I wouldn't stay here again.

If you don't have kids, will probably suit you fine.

The rooms, hotel & spa are wonderful... Everything we hoped for and more on our Honeymoon!

The Food, although mostly good, was always only luke warm and nothing was labelled... Making it difficult to know what you were trying.

The Cleaning staff, hotel management and front desk were amazing... Best we've ever seen and we have been to many resorts. Many of the restaurant wait staff however have trouble with English.

This is the perfect place to really experience traditional Tenerife Spain... But be prepared for lots of peace and relaxation. It is an extremely quiet and low action resort... Far from any other pubs or nightlife.

Stil HIGHLY recommend it however as it was a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

Hotel Vinnci Buenavista Golf - different

Knowing the area and having seen the hotel from the outside our expectations where not completely fulfilled.
The check in was perfect. No waiting lines, very nice and helpful staff on the desk, a welcome cocktail while our suitcases were brought to our room.
The room was very large and the views on the two pools perfect.
On the subjective side we expected a luxury 5 * with matched furnishing and decoration and we found a very special type of furnishing, not matching with the style and very cheap looking. Further decoration items like paintings and materials are or absent or badly chosen.
More objectively we have a real complaint about the noise. The floors of the rooms and aisles are made from very rough stone and at night and in the morning we woke up by the steps of our neighbours or by the carrions in the aisles.
At the noise we have to add that the room doors could only be closed by slamming them.
What we expected to be a quiet and relaxing weekend turned into 2 stressing nights and mornings.
The quality of the breakfast was OK .
Lack of staff resulted in the waiters running around, slow service and cold coffee.
Why not putting coffee and milk machines on the terrace? Would safe a lot of time for the service and we would have had hot coffee.
In the evening we went to the gourmet restaurant. Excellent food and the waiter did his best to serve us at the perfection but he couldn’t coop with the 6 tables he had to serve alone. Also here there was clearly one waiter missing.
To end our weekend I found later my car lightly scratched at the garage wall when it was parked by the valet.

The hotel is brand new, rooms are great, it's a quiet place, and there's good golfing. There aren't (m)any sand beaches around, and the sights to see are certainly not within walking distance (so rent a car). There's good food to be found outside the hotel, but again - driving distance. Check the weather pattern - we found that there was a steady, brisk wind every day (August), because this is the north side of the island. Hotel food was good, although very moderate portions and quite pricey for Spanish norms. If you stay here, do go to dinner at Mundial 82 (nearby). Very simple ambiance, but food to die for...

Globalement satisfaisant. Déçu par la chambre en RDC mais ça reste convenable. L’emsemble du personnel est agréable même si le sourire et le bonjour ne sont pas automatiques notamment à l’accueil à l’exception de Magdalena.
Très bon petit déjeuner et piscine de la plage ainsi que le personnel sur place (mercredi 9) au top.

Pour autant, nous ne reviendrons probablement pas sur place, le manque d’attention, le non renouvellement des produits dans la salle de bain, une bouteille d’eau pour tout le séjour que l’on reste une, deux nuits ou plus, des éléments basiques mais qui font tache dans un 5 étoiles.

Service désastreux, buffet très restreint et franchement pas bon. Personnel qui ne se soucie absolument pas du confort des clients et ne répond à aucune demande. A peine le niveau d’un 2 étoiles, mais à 480€ la nuit!
