I was dissappointed in the staff that checked us in . I payed for an early checkin and was told Iwould be charged deposit for damages but Iwould get that back in 3 to 5 business days and then another add on for gym and wifi use . I told them i did not need those and that i had paid everything with expedia and was told they are not allowed to charge these . So a serious extra amount more after i already paid my trip is not exceptable i was very dissappointed because was not told that up front . Also here is the best part my daughter did self checkin and didnt have to pay for the gym or wifi. So wont be staying at Cesars again .

We did the self check-in and when we got to our room which was supposed to be a King room, we were surprised that it had two double beds. We called to get changed to a King room which we had paid for and the assistant said the rooms are not guaranteed and they were sold out. I booked the room 4 months ago. So, we went downstairs and the assistant immediately changed us to the King room we had paid for. No questions asked. She was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend skipping the self check-in.

i couldnt be more dissapointed with mny reservation. i arrived with my entire party and i was informed that my room was overbooked and i had to stay at the horseshoe hotel and there was nothing they could do. and the best part was that i had paid in full and the manager had the nerve to tell me that my reservation only gets me in the system it does not guarantee my stay. So may choices in vegas I'll be sure to stay elsewhere going forward.

Terrible check in, staff was slow and incompetent. It took us one hour to check in, they did’nt have the room that we booked so they offer to upgrade us but they make us pay the difference. Service at the pool bar was horrible too, almost nobody there and still it took almost half an hour to get our drinks.

Paid for suite for three days- had upgraded so I could use a bathtub. The bathtub was great, However the ceiling light was broke, there were large holes in the sheets, shower was clogged and there were long dark hairs in bathtub when got there. The staff was very nice though! It’s not worth having food delivered. Coffee was gross and croissant- eggs Benedict so sad. It was nice being in same hotel as venue for entertainment. Ceasars venue was great for Def Lepard- had seen Eagles and Aerosmith there. To me luxery venue and worth the ticket price- no bad seats.

Been in Vegas 2017, 2021 and now 2026 and in the last 9 years Vegas and Caesars have upped their prices big time without increasing value and no $15 Roulette tables which is dumb because the dealers at the $25 games just sit there and do nothing - the bean counters in corporate are not very smart, thus why the business in Vegas and Caesars is down, plus the main pool was closed, dah!

This property charges upward of $300.00 at check-in for what they call incidental purchases. Your also charged $20.00 a day to park which should be included in resort fee. There us a mini bar in room which cost $19.99, whether ysed or not. Each item used also costs additional $19.99. Non of this information was included in my reservation. Only charge I was made aware of of $186.70 due at property at check-in. The resort fee only includes pool, gym. Which was unavailable during my stay. I had to call parking attendant everytime I wanted to leave garage because my room key wasn't authorized for parking, even tho I was charged $20.00 a day for this service. The only brightside to my stay was Def Leppard Residency.

At my age when you don’t really care about money, you care more about you get what you pay for I booked a pool view king-size room and they gave me a handicap room with the view of the street. I don’t care about money. I have that luxury but when they do something like that that upsets me now they did give me my resort feedback which is all well and good, but I don’t care about $150. I care about a decent view so that’s my stance on this day. I won’t stay at Caesars again we come to Vegas three or four times a year not a big deal.

We arrived at midnight and were told no rooms were available and we would have to go to Harrahs. We made our reservations months earlier and were meeting 3 other couples there. We refused and after standing in line for 30 minutes they found us a room sub par to our reservation. There were no blankets on the beds, only sheet and bedspread, the TV wasn’t working and was so old it wasn’t a smart TV. Don’t touch anything on the dresser or you will be charged for that item. I picked up the coffee pods since they are not included and was charged 10 dollars. I was looking forward to an Amazing experience which was worse than a cheap hotel. There are many choices in Vegas. I will choose differently next time.

Took an hour to check in at 1:00 in the morning because they had 2 people working the counter and closed off all the self check in kiosks. I paid for the upgrade to have strip view rooms, they gave my rooms away. No maid service for 2 days while there. Shower had constant change between hot and cold water.
