I had a great stay at Dominican Fiesta Hotel & Casino overall. The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed my time at the property.

My only concerns were with the service at the entrance and the condition of the room. On several occasions, there were multiple doormen standing outside, but none offered assistance with luggage or acknowledged me, which was disappointing. I also noticed spots of mold near the reading lights on both sides of the bed, which should be addressed.

Aside from those issues, my stay was enjoyable, and the hotel has many positive qualities. With a little more attention to guest service and room maintenance, the experience would have been excellent.

Check in was poor after securing early check in. Wasn’t till after 1. Room had a leak in ceiling that was coming through bathroom floor. After hours moved me to another room with not even a certificate for a breakfast or a dinner. Reserved another room for family, that room had no electricity nor hot water.Hotel is outdated. Some workers were great. For my first experience is was poor for them to be considered five star. Would not return in the future.

When I first got there at the staff was completely rude except for one person when I made the booking there was a slight error to my reservation, so I had to make another reservation because they were not willing to make any changes nor cancel the booking. I wanna ask for a refund for the booking on the first one they denied it and told Expedia to not contact them anymore so basically I end up paying for two rooms for $1200 even though I had to make another reservation secondly, my fourth day being there I will stop by Security stating that there was a confusion and if I actually have a room and to me, I felt disrespected and profiled because I’ve been there for four days and no one has stopped me. The security guard had to ask me for My name to make sure I’m still in the system third of all, I wanted to go downstairs to check out the restaurant. The food was not the greatest and charge me $40. meanwhile, I can get better food for night even half the price for room service to me that makes no sense and I get it that they’re trying to be a luxury hotel but also the balcony view was not the greatest. You don’t really get a view at all you just stand out in the courtyard there’s no beach view. The only thing that’s convenient is that you’re just nearby the mall that’s it if anybody that’s planning on going to this trip just consider going to Punta Cana and get it all inclusive resort to either dreams or secrets.

Shower had almost no water pressure during the night. I arrived at 3am, the room was freezing, I had to turn off the AC and was looking for a nice warm shower, but had a shower with drips of water instead. Hope you can fix this issue for the next guests.

The hotel and staff were excellent but they need to improve their WiFi system, part of my trip was for business and I couldn’t conduct it properly because of the wifi was so bad. No comfortable chair in the room and their bad was way too soft that it gave me body aches. I hope they can fix these issues so I can go back again.

Every year I take my vacation and I have been staying in the same hotel Dominican Fiesta for the last 4 years and this year 2026 was the one time I felt like they don’t care about it, somebody ate from the little fridge on purpose and my wife and I went down to receptionist to tell them about what happened and it’s not the money is the trust they put in us it was much but still good Hotel

Stayed here for four days. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The pool and lounge area were great. The gym was nice. There is a Bravo grocery store within walking distance. View of the ocean from my room. I have NO complaints about Dominican Fiesta. I would definitely stay there again.

I was charged an extra 45 dollars on May 11th by the manager without being notified. The manager then told me that he would reverse the charge but didn't. I filed a fraudulent charge with my bank but this action was part of the whole experience. I will not use this hotel nor will any business associated with me use them ever again. I am not going to go into all the details of my stay but BUYER BEWARE

I like it a lot, it's my 3rd time at this hotel.
The hotel location is great, the staff are so nice and helpful. And the hotel is clean and very well kept. Loved the real flowers at the Lobby, the garden beautiful.
The only thing I dislike a beat is that some of the rooms decor are very old looking, even on the same floor there are rooms with a modern decor and others not much. Also the bathroom with the half shower glass door, all the floor and even the wooden door get wet.
I always have a really great time at the Dominican Fiesta!!!

The Dominican Fiesta Hotel is always my first choice whenever I stay in Santo Domingo. It is a comfortable place for work, vacations, enjoying quality time as a couple, with family, or with friends.
The staff in general is very attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything guests may need. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. The gastronomy is varied, delicious, and made with quality products. They also offer a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
The hotel features relaxing amenities such as hot and cold jacuzzis, a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a gym with many workout options including aerobics, Zumba, yoga, and more. There are also spacious sports areas for basketball, soccer, tennis, pickleball, and other activities.
Overall, it is a very complete place whether you want to exercise, relax, rest, enjoy time with your partner, family, or friends, and have a memorable experience. I would not trade it for any other hotel.
Special thanks to the reception staff and the 7th floor team, who are always attentive and dedicated to satisfying guests’ needs. I am very pleased with my experience.

Very good stay at the Dominican Fiesta. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is kept in very good conditions. The staff at the front desk are excellent. The breakfast selection and also the buffet for lunch (extra cost) were absolutely fantastic! Overall I had a very good stay.

The Breakfast buffet was great, with plenty to choose from.

The breakfast patio seating was great.
The patio servers never once came to our table, my wife two year old and myself,
just walked by and served everyone seated around us. Even after we went to the buffet and got our food and waited for them again to ask if we wanted any tasty coffee or water.

I had to personally walk over to the servers station and pour two cups of tasty good morning coffee and water?? Servers did see me serving myself. Very sad

Servers seem to have an issue acknowledging my wife, myself and our two year-old due to my wife being Haitian?. Disappointing

Yes we will return to the Fiesta Dominicana Hotel.. maybe breakfast room service next time.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times; however, we will not be returning. We have given them a chance, but it seems to be getting worse. The rooms are disgustingly dirty, they smell, and the carpets reek of urine. The bathrooms are extremely filthy. The air conditioning does not cool. The bathtub is rusty, and the ceiling leaks water. We have already spoken with the front office, and nothing is done. This hotel makes money not only from guests who stay there, but also from people who use the gym and other amenities. Parking for hotel guests is a nightmare. A hotel that makes this much money should invest in and remodel the rooms. Totally unacceptable. PLEASE stay somewhere else.

Everything was great except the fact that they charged me $100 plus $32p/day for a SERVICE DOG. He’s not a pet. They claimed I would receive amenities for my dog but never received anything. I have never ever had to pay at a hotel for a SERVICE DOG. I love staying here but the Sheraton Hotel doesn’t charge me for a SERVICE DOG. Their staff is not even aware of how to handle this situation.

All the rooms I saw in the hotel were in bad conditions, specially the bathrooms. My original room had the bathroom in such bad condition that they showed me 6 other rooms and they were in the same condition. Even in the executive foor. The bathroom looked like a public bathroom.

I would not stay at this place even if they paid me. I was switched from room to room 3 times first room was old with bloodstain on the carpets and mattresses from the 70s. Daniel the guy at the front desk thought we would take whatever because it was a last minute booking and it was 1:30am. Next room air conditioner flooded the bathroom and my cloth got wet, final room was dirty and even the supervisor was taking pictures to report back to the cleaning service team. Horrible overall!!
