We didn’t use the airport shuttle or laundry services as we only stayed one night. But it was a great stay after a long travel day. Staff were nice and helpful and I loved that the hotel was attached to the airport. The hotel was very quiet - we couldn’t hear any planes at all which surprised us.

The hotel was fabulous and conveniently located just outside the domestic terminal. It was slightly difficult to find but with help from an airport employee, I found it from the 2nd floor of the airport terminal, on the other side of the train station.

The staff was friendly and efficient.

The check-in was quick which was great as it was a late arrival. Room was a good size and clean with nice but water.

Breakfast buffet was bountiful with birth Japanese and Western items

The reason that not five stars is that it lacks a sign to point out the check-in is downstairs at 1st floor. If you come directly from terminal using the sky bridge, it connects you to the restaurant. Certainly you can ask, but Japanese is their language, good luck.

Lovely welcome from the staff , but the room was very basic and I could hear the busy road outside and the planes taking off. I guess the price reflected this.
The restaurant was over priced for the food it was offering. Lucky I only needed to stay one night.

Perfect option before or after your flight. Amazing foods in the morning. I ate too much and couldn't eat any more at the airport lounge or in flight meal! Although it was very clean, no problem at all, since the building itself is bit old, I can see some parts of the room can be improved or repaired.

This hotel does not deserve the 4- Star rating. It should be much lower. I expected more from the Hotel Nikko brand since i love the Nikko in Kanazawa. Everything needs to be updated; rooms, facilities, and staff. I booked a six-night stay but decided to move to a much better hotel (Hotel Granvia) after the third night.

The last time I stayed at Hotel Nikko was 25 years ago. And here I did it again.
Hotel Nikko was a great choice for our last night in Osaka as we had a morning flight at KIX. The room was considerably large compared to other Japanese hotels. The staff were very attentive and provided great services. It’s only a less than 5 minutes walking away from T1. We had a pleasant rest for the very last night in Japan.

I didn't know that they have North and South buidlings. I have stayed there several times, but I always stayed in the North. Elevators in the North stop at the 2nd floor. You can to go a convenient store (Lawson) and also at the same floor as the two train station (JR and Nankai). Airline check-in counters are also located on the 2nd floor. But if you stay in the South, the elevators do not stop at the 2nd floor. So you need to go through the Front Desk area, go to the North elevators to go up to the 2nd floor. That was the only inconvenience to be assigned to a room in the South.

This hotel was great! Just needed a place close to the airport and get some rest.

The breakfast buffet was excellent!

I was around for lunch and there were a bunch of options for lunch as the hotel is located in a shopping complex with the metro.

My daughter and I were very happy with the smart TV since we had planned to watch a Netflix series finale we had been waiting for.. so that was a bonus!

I know most people are usually in and out of airport hotels, but I paid for early check in and late check out as we were waiting for my husband to arrive on a later flight. The hotel was very comfortable, convenient, clean, and served all our needs.

Laundry = if you are staying just an overnight then not a big deal but if you stay for few days, you will find out after you get to the laundry room that you can only use the certain credit card I have never heard of or must have enough 100 yen to run laundries. So prepare enough 100 yen’s or dress appropriately to go to the front desk to get changes.

About one hour rides by bus cost was 1800 yen for one way (about every 30-60 minutes), by train with reserved seats every 15-30 minutes, spacious and comfy, about 1600 yen for one way, or by tax, about 22,000 yen from KIC airport to by Osaka station. If money is not an object, then they can take you and no need to look for time tables, where to get on, to the local airport or shopping. So I would suggest to stay this place before you return home. And it is very convenient.
