What a great find! We had an early flight back up to Tokyo and public transport to the airport was limited at 4am. So we planned a night here at the Nikko. We arrived early, stored our bags and went off to explore the airport, the Aeroplaza and the nearby Outlets. Upon arriving back at the hotel we were warmly welcomed and allocated a great, spacious and very clean room on the 10th floor. A great view over the runway welcomed us- no noise disturbance from passing aircraft! A great meal at one of the Aeroplaza restaurants. Then a bottle of wine and some snacks in our room enjoying the view! Easy check out- we would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect if you arrive late or have an early morning flight out: a few minutes' walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathtub is large, and the wifi works fine. The staff is excellent and very helpful and service-oriented. The only slight letdown is that the curtains are not positioned to completely shut out the light, and the sun rises very early there at certain times of the year.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are flying out from the Kansai Airport or you have just arrived in Japan. The location is excellent next to the airport and to the train station. I stayed at the hotel for the next-day flight to relax. The staff members were friendly and professional. When I decided to extend extended the checkout time for a couple of hours and asked the receptionist how much, they told me they could provide courtesy hours if I could check out by 12:30. I really appreciated the kind gesture.

Of all the hotels we stayed in, and we stayed in 5, this was the most comfortable! The room was generous, we had 2 double beds, we didn't feel cramped and had enough room for 2 large luggages. The breakfast was very good and after checking out, they helped us store our luggage while waiting for our flight, and there were lots of comfortable spaces to relax in while we waited.

Its right by JR Kansai train station and also very close to both Domestic and International terminals. Lots of restaurants around, and Lawson's just right by the hotels front door.

It's really very convenient for travelers to overnight at before their flight the next day!

We have an early flight out of KIX, so we choose this hotel for the location. It was perfect. We had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, Brassiere, and then walked one minute across the skywalk into Terminal 1. The breakfast was 10/10, lots of delicious fresh food. The restaurant also kept our luggage for us, so we were free to dine worry-free. The hotel was huge, specious, and very modern. Their shampoos, lotions, facial cleanser was also high quality, top of the line. I would come back here again.

Having the ability to do laundry for a reasonable charge was fantastic! And this is the only hotel we have ever been to in our life (and we have been to hundreds) that allow you a late checkout for up to 5-6 hours for a reasonable fee. Our flight leaves at 9 PM, and we shudder at the idea of sitting in the airport for hours and hours and hours!

Our stay at this hotel in Japan was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, polite, and attentive to every detail. The level of hospitality truly exceeded our expectations.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to transportation, shops, and great restaurants, which made getting around very easy.

We especially appreciated how organized and efficient everything was, from check-in to check-out. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and luxurious.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan!

Room was a great size and quiet. Staff were excellent. Water in shower didn’t get quite hot enough but was sufficient. Pillow was not good and bed was hard, woke up with a stiff neck. Would recommend but bring your own pillow.
