Received a confirmation from Hotels.com for a King Bed room. 10 minutes later we arrived at the hotel to find that the reservation had been changed to a double Queen bed room without any notification from either Hotels.com or the hotel itself. On top of that we did not find out about the room change until we got up to our room, the desk clerk did not bother to inform us of the change.

Both the hotel and Hotels.com are pointing the finger at each other, neither are taking responsibility and neither are willing to compensate us for the difference in the rooms.

Good amount of parking. Breakfast hours ended early so that could be improved on. Room was clean but a little outdated. The beds were not as comfortable as expected for it being a comfort inn. They need new mattresses. If in a bind for a place to stay, it’s not terrible… but we won’t be staying again.

The breakfast was mostly nice. The parking was good. When a large group of very noisy people came into the room next to us at 11 PM. The staff responded well when we asked for them to do something about the noise. Our only problems were that the hot tub was closed, there was not extra toilet paper in the bathroom and the shampoo in the shower was completely empty. Other than that, the room was nice and our stay was good.

I want to give a shout out to Victoria! She was beyond amazing such a wonderful welcome. Victoria is such a hard worker during our visit she did amazing at multitasking, during morning breakfast she would manage the front desk well helping make sure tables are clean and breakfast items stay stocked as well as doing towels. She goes above and beyond her customer service she gives 110% she greats you with a smile and a warm welcome I loved that during all her multitasking she kept such a positive attitude and was beyond kind. In chaos she was calm, kind and collected. Victoria is AMAZING!! Our family will definitely be booking here again the room was so spacious with our large family of 6 it’s very hard finding a decent room without having to book 2. My children and I agreed out of all the hotels we’ve stayed this one has been hands down the best! Our room was clean and fresh that’s very important. Our kids were very comfortable and happy. The beds so cozy and loved having king size beds and couch. We were beyond happy and hope to book the same room 201 next time we visit. Victoria thank you for being amazing and such a hard worker.

It was a bit of a bad experience for me. The toilet and bathroom countertop felt like they were designed for toddler height, they were low. The first time I flushed the toilet, it overflowed and flooded the bathroom. The front desk only offered towels and a plunger (no solid matter btw). Needless to say my first impression was not too high. The mattress was firm and there was a mysterious red stain seen through the dark brown carpet next to the bed. The room was out dated, with several worn in damage spots. (Which concerned me when they wanted a card for incidentals)

Now for a little good. The parking lot was LARGE. Plenty of front of building parking. I don’t remember any foul odors. It felt cleanish, for how old it felt. I did feel safe, as a male who can handle himself.

All in all, it was a 2 1/2 to 3 star place. It didn’t feel like a seedy motel with prostitutes and druggies. It felt like a cheap blue collar hotel, where one can get a little rest for the night. It was slightly overpriced for the state it is in. After staying here, it will not be my first option. There are less outdated and cheaper places that I would choose.

I have gone here before and it was not a bad hotel. This time around it seemed to have really worsened. Microwave and fridge was broken. Food was bad. Either really close to expiration or sour tasting. Jacuzzi was broken too.

Our recent stay at the hotel was unfortunately a mixed experience. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process set the tone for the visit. The front desk clerk came across as very unwelcoming and seemed bothered by even basic questions, which made us feel more like an inconvenience than guests. A warmer greeting and a bit of friendliness would have gone a long way in creating a better first impression.

The room itself left quite a bit to be desired. It felt dingy and worn, with an overall lack of freshness and attention to detail. The lighting was dull, the furnishings looked tired, and the space just didn’t have the clean, comfortable feel you hope for when staying away from home. While everything technically functioned, the condition of the room made it hard to fully relax.

On a positive note, the breakfast was easily the highlight of the stay. The selection was better than expected, the food was fresh, and the dining area felt much more inviting than the rest of the property. It ended up being the one part of the day we actually looked forward to, and it helped make the stay a little more enjoyable despite the other issues.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of hospitality at the front desk and the condition of the room made the experience fall short. With some improvements to customer service and room upkeep, this could be a much better place to stay, but in its current state it was just average at best.

Everything was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in a few hours early. The man at the front desk, said \"the room is ready, so why not!\" Breakfast was fresh, tidy, and appliances (toaster, waffle iron etc.) were clean. When we visit our daughter and grandkids again we will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was less than desirable. We had one issue after the next. Wifi didnt work so we went to the front desk and they gave us a password that didn't work and we had to call a number and was on the phone troubleshooting way longer than we should have been. No toilet paper in the room, toilet had flushing issues, shower squeaked a lot and there was no hot water for my shower! Also, they had a dish of cat food sitting outside at the entrance for stray cats? Pool and hot tub looked nothing like photos online. We did not even want to attempt the free breakfast after everything else we encountered. We understand it was a cheaper place to stay but we've stayed in cheap places before with a way better experience.

We were really excited for the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was not working and the pool was really dirty. It was super cloudy. We checked in about 4:15pm and by 4:45 or 5ish we were out of there. My husband did not want our 3 year old swimming in that pool. After talking to the reception we were told that we could not cancel and she would have the manager contact me on monday.

The room was very clean and there were no hidden odors discovered when a hot shower was to be had. Linens smelled nice, though my bed was missing the flat sheet. It was also nice to stay at a hotel where the sounds from the other rooms were very muted through the walls. And while I appreciate a good complimentary breakfast, I will note that the bagels and muffins were very dry, almost stale, oranges were soft, the juice was watered down, and the hot water at the coffee station was tepid at best. The hot cocoa packets were delicious, the eggs were great, and the availability of yogurt was much appreciated. There was a young man who Im assuming was a relation of some sort to the morning hostess who treated the lobby like his living room with obnoxious music and helping himself to the tv and breakfast bar (its more the lack of consideration for others in the space than him actually being there). My son told me this particular person was rude to him when he was looking for someone to help with the hot tub (which was cold).
The lady who checked us in was VERY helpful, I wish I had gotten her name. I asked for a few recommendations on easy places to get to for dinner that wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg and she was so helpful and chipper. Genuinley chipper. It was surprising and pleasant.

There was a new girl full of smiles that was super nice. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and the room was clean. I experienced 2 mornings of the alarm going off in the room next to mine that was empty. When I called the office the lady that answered the phone was not the new girl but a rude girl that had no manners at all, never said Im sorry or your welcome and didnt say goodbye just hung up the phone. I am very disappointed that this girl works at the front counter with the public. Maybe she would be a better fit in the laundry room. Besides the rude girl my stay was awesome. Thank you.

The front desk attendant was cleaning the dinning area and I struck up a conversation. I worked hospitality in Florida, i understand the job. But as i was talking to your attendant, the manager came out and nonverbally interrupted our conversation to tell her to get back to work. The fact that i was having an honest good hearted moment, eati g a delicious meal for breakfast with sausage and eggs.... ooo i loved the biscuits and gravy., granted you could tell they were packaged and not fresh. And the waffle maker made my morning! What really bothers me is how your manager interrupted a guests conversation to make her submit.to him and put boxes away, and by the way, when you have men telling woman to loft boxes that the delivery people struggled to push with a cart makes you think your management is not fit to be in management and how you as a company do not check your managements behaviors towards hotel staff tells me that i do not want to do business with your company until you have resolved the lack of management.

Wife and I stayed for a concert. Checked in about 4 pm after driving 5+ hours. Woman and male bearded manager were there when I checked in.

Put us in room on top floor. We had to get dinner before concert so we dropped our bags and left.

Didn't realize until we got back from concert there was masking tape on main door frame inside and out. Same with bathroom door frame. Paint was still tacky.

The carpet was dirty with stains and vent in bathroom was not sitting properly.

In morning after coming back from breakfast a man was painting the outside door even though DO NOT DISTURB sign on handle. He said he didnt realize the room was occupied. I said the sign on the handle should have been a clue.

We showered and.room became hot and humid due to no ventilation even w fan on.

When checking out I asked mgr if hotel was fully booked. He.said no. I asked why then did they put us in room w wet paint. Said he \"blocked\" the room from.being occupied. Clearly not as he was right there when it was assigned.

MGR said because I booked through 3rd party Hotels.com there was nothing he could do, but realized guests behind me offered small amount of Choice Privileges points whuch was a insult. He bumped it up and saod he make s note to add. Still no points

On way home.bith wife and I developed headaches coughing amd sore throat...signs of paint VOC
Missed day of work.

When we arrived we were told the room I picked had been assigned to somebody else due to a las minute emergency and we were transferred to another room. We went to that room and the door was opened but it was okay. We would had preferred to be told before we arrived about those changes because we arrived late at night and very tired and it took some time to get to the room. Also, we didn’t have big towels only hand towels. Breakfast was good, friendly staff and clean room.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room was so big and had a nice comfortable chair and a big desk. The check in was easy. The bed was comfortable and there was a big vanity in the bathroom so there was plenty of room for all my things. The included breakfast was a full breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bread and muffins - plenty and all very good. The refrigerator in the room wasn't working and I told the clerk on my way to breakfast. When I got back to my room there was a knock on the door and it was maintenance. He had already replaced my refrigerator with a new one and just wanted to be sure it was cold. Such service! And I enjoyed their nice and warm pool and hot tub. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there if a I visit again.

Comfort Inn wasn't much comfort

We had booked the suite for our family for our weekend getaway. As soon as we walked in the door our room was very warm. Their air conditioner had stopped working. Shortly after that the toilet broke as well.
They were really good about sending someone to fix the toilet and AC, however the AC was still not working after he was done.
That night I discovered that there was old trash behind the TV. I did let the front desk know.
All in all, save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere.

Stayed here three nights. Staff were super friendly and check in was nice. The beds are super uncomfortable and outdated. I asked for room service after our second day. I just needed towels and toilet paper. I came back after a long day and it hadn’t been done. My kids didn’t want to get in the pool because of how dirty it looked. The breakfast was really good. I just had to wait for it and coffee.
