Checked in because i am here for work for a month . my first day i met Shawna the manager she gave me a tour . she is amazing . I also locked my key in room after goods . The night staff i can’t think of her name but she came and helped me within a few minutes . very sweet great attitudes . The place is in a great location ,clean ,safe and exactly what you need traveling on business . ThNk God i found this place . Thanks to Shawna and the rest of the staff !

Barely any amenities, which is what you get at an extended stay hotel. I understand no breakfast, but theres not even an iron, hair dryer, or even a box of Kleenex. Mattress has minimal support. I would stay here again if it is significantly less expensive that surrounding hotels like it was this time, but I’d rather pay more to stay somewhere like a Hampton Inn or a Holiday Inn Express. No paid me to write this, this is just a matter-of-fact, honest review.

Woodspring suites have a high security features which will appeal to someone traveling solo. The rooms also have a kitchen in each which is nice for long term stay. I saw lots of pets so pets are aok. The only complaint I had was that the night stand was dirty from something someone had on it but I cleaned that up myself. However it was a very pleasant 1 night stay and the prices there are excellent!!

I understand this is an extended stay property but I’m not sure why there was not standard items like some I listed below for those travelers just staying one or two nights.
No paper towels in kitchen
No coffee/coffee pot (unless you wanted to purchase one)
No place to hang hand towels or kitchen towel, had to leave them on the counter
No Kleenex
No hand towels were in the bathroom when we arrived. Had to ask the front desk for them
Front desk would not give us an extra bath towels on the second night unless we requested it between 5-8pm. It was 9pm when we requested just one towel and they refused to give us one. We only had 2 towels for 2 days.

Dog hair all over the floor. We had to wear shoes the whole time. Could not go barefoot even in the bathroom

We could only have two devices on the internet and most of the time it didn’t work anyway

Both bed side tables were dirty on top. Looked like dog slobber.

Evening desk clerk was rude.

it was s last minute stay . All other hotels were booked up . So we weren't prepared to stay here . It's a long term hotel . So not your standard hotel with coffee pot and coffee in the room . However they had free coffee downstairs . It's a bare bones hotel . But very clean , quite and comfortable .

The room was very clean & quiet. We couldn't hear any noises in our room.

The bathroom only had two bath towels & two wash cloths, but no hand towels.

Especially accommodating with regards to my older, deaf dog. There outside \"pet area\" was extremely clean & included bags & a garbage can for waste.

The kitchen had two plates, one bowl, two coffee cups, one fork, one butter knife, no spoons, one small pot, one small frying pan, one large slotted spoon, one spatula, one handheld canopener, one dish towel & dish cloth.

The staff were very hospitable & friendly.

We didn't use the laundry, but the machines appear to operate off a cellphone app.

The staff are super friendly and the property and rooms are exceptionally clean and modern. However, this will be the last time I'll be staying here. Part of the irony of why it's so clean is that the entire property uses vinyl plank flooring. Super easy to clean, but also SUPER NOISY. Both nights I was there, I was kept up late due to the gymnastics competition on the floor above mine. Later, at 2:08am, the bowling matches started, complete with people talking just loud enough to keep me awake but not so loud as to be able to tell which floor let alone what room this was coming from. Finally, at 3am I got up to walk outside just to see if any of the rooms above mine had lights on but I couldn't figure it out. Then, right at 6:30, the award-winning Broadway musical \"STOMP\" began followed by tap-dancing dogs barking in the hallway.

I'm not going to argue that I am the deepest sleeper on the planet, but this is the only hotel experience I can remember having been so uncomfortable and unable to sleep through the night. All I am saying is carpet would have solved 90% of the noise issues.

We were just there as an overnight. It was a comfortable, clean and enjoyable property. The only thing I have to say is while it has most everything you would need in the kitchen, there is no coffee maker.

There is a machine in the lobby so I went down about 8 am and it would not work for me. SInce the front desk isn't open until 9 am I was out of luck for help. I went back after 9 am and told the nice young woman at the front desk that the machined didn't work. She said coffee is only available from 6-9AM. I told her I was down at 8 am and it didn't work. She then told me the person who does the coffee 'called out.' So there I was with no coffee because the person who does the coffee didn't come in. Weird. Anyway, other than that, we had a great stay and would truly recommend it....but if you need coffee, maybe not so much.

Staff was good place was priced right, unfortunately when you stay at a less expensive place you get often less then ideal residents. Dogs barking bit picking up their dog poop boost in hallway at night. Laundry room detergent machine out of service so couldn’t use. I would stay there again just know the amount of discourtesy goes up when you are paying a lower price for a room.

It was a lot more modern and cleaner than I thought. The difference is that there are options for long term stays at this hotel so they cater to slightly different clientele. It isn’t manned 24/7 like other regular hotels. It is in what seems to be a safe area as far as riff raff that are so prominent in every city recently

They will not refund your money and book the room again and get paid twice for the same room. Extremely rude. Just spend the extra money to go to a trustworthy place that’s not looking to get over on guest

The rooms are very clean and modern. They do feel a bit like a dorm room and the beds only have a super thin blanket and sheet, so I usually travel with a quilt. (my personal preference is to sleep with the room a bit cooler at night but with more blankets). Still, it's easily fixed by brining some comforts from home. If you like to sleep in, I recommend the street side of the property (the front) as the freeway side gets blasted with morning sun. However, the freeway noise is not noticeable. Overall, it's very comfortable and super convenient with the kitchenette.

This place is horrible if you book thru Expedia they will take your room away and give it to someone else. It’s a joke came in at 10.00 pm after a long day at the race track and they cancelled our reservation without leaving a voice message on my phone. Cowardly way of doing business.

Surprisingly clean and updated rooms. Mattress was better than some places. Entering the facility was awkward. It felt like you were entering a prison (not that I have been in one). You had to use your key card at EVERY SINGLE DOOR (two to enter the front desk area and one more just to get to the hallways where the rooms are). The parking lot was large, but full, this place stays pretty full all of the time. The staff were friendly, but they were not your “typical” hotel staff, they looked a little rough. Nothing ever happened, or was observed, but I have been to places where I felt safer. I would not recommend this place to a solo female traveler, or expensive vehicles.

Big things were it is cheap (word correctly chosen), clean and fairly comfortable. Just remember that this is an extended stay, so you get a motley crew of fellow inhabitants.

One other thing of note. Not all rooms have blackout curtains, so if you work overnight, makes sure you get one that does. Some only have mini blinds and even at night it is still quite bright in the room.

The kitchenette lacks (no toaster, very small warped pan, no cooking utensils, no cutting knife, butter knife, spoon, and fork are not in good shape/fork had broken tine). $5 per night pet fee was on the Hotels App but not the additional $50 cleaning fee. Super bad: dog hair in the utensil drawer which is a floor drawer not just under the counter. Shower would not drain, I had to pull off the large grate to get to the drain catcher which was filled with so much hair - NOT mine, there were actual layers of different colored hair as it appeared not to have been cleaned in some time, and a used bar of soap in the shower.
The price given to me by Hotels.com was not honored even if I deduct the pet fees and deposit it still came to nearly $20 per night MORE than I was quoted when reserving.
I didn't even realize until after I paid. Seriously disappointed.

The flooring in the rooms were all hard floors so you could hear anyone walking above you (every step was loud). Walls were so thin. Basically, it was impossible to have a decent sleep when you could hear everything including conversations. Not only could you hear ongoing footsteps, but you could feel the strong vibrations from movement or noise. The hotel is also right by the highway which you could hear all night because of the thin walls.

Gave you a sheet for a blanket. Staff were gone in the evening and there was someone smoking weed in the hallway, when no smoking was allowed. If you wanted to use the kitchen you needed to bring your own cookware or buy it from staff.

Property was great but the guy at the front desk was a dick bad addiction and not very friendly was very short with us and. It accommodating especially when we had to come down for hot water for making tea. He just said yeah you can’t get hot water out of the coffee machine you gonna have to use the microwave. Wen to the microwave and it was missing the round turn table so did not heat the water properly

My room was filthy. The halls and room smelled deeply of marijuana. They ought to rename this place the hotbox hotel. There is no way that I could stay here. Management refused any kind of refund and was rude and condescending as I left. The pictures in no way represent what this place looks smells or feels like. The next day in discussing it with people that live locally it was called the place where all the drug addicts hang out. I’m certain that they’re nice people that stay here, but I would certainly not send anyone in a vulnerable population here, I am working with Hotels.com to get the refund. Management has refused three times. There’s a fair chance that I will need to get a Pickett sign and stand outside for a while to make sure it cost them more than what they made on my stay there.

The person who checked me in was very condescending and made me feel like I never went to a hotel. Water was never hot and the pressure of it was not up to par. The only thing that was worth it was the laundry basket in the room and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again if there wasn’t any other places to stay. If your looking for extra safety the way you get in to the hotel is good but felt like I was in a jail.

The first room we were given, was gross. I took photos. There was boogers on the wall, grease and food crumbs on the counters next to the sink/fridge, stuff all over the floor like pretzels and it was clearly not swept or vaccumed. I think the first room the bedding was just changed and made nothing else in the primary part of the room. Thankfully, the front desk staff immediately gave us a a new room that was actually clean. My only complaint would be that the walls/floors are pretty thin. We could hear people coming down the hall and loud voices in the room next to us and below us. My husband asked the front desk as well if they have do not disturb signs and the male employee working rudely responded “Nope. We don’t go in your rooms this is part of an extended stay”. Anyways, not the best experience and wouldn’t return back. The environment was sketchy as well the type of people come in and out, staying there, hanging outside. Would not recommend for a family stay or longer than a quick night. The daytime female staff was very helpful and nice tho

Noisy and no amineties.

Room was especially noisy. Person above must gave been doing weights or someting very abnormal. Carpet and insulation would be a help. Also no management after 10pm so guests would jusr run wild. Shouting in the hall way and banging around. No coffee maker in the rooms. No breskfast offered.
No curtains on the windows. All the parking lot lights shined through the blinds. If I wanted to sleep in the parking lot light. I should have slept in the car. It would have been quieter. Don't stay here. Scrape up a few more $$$ and get a good nights sleep.

NO hair dryer, NO iron, NO ironing board, NO carpet so family above us transfer very loud thru the ceiling. THREE pages of initials needed when checking in~! BUT, nice well lite room. Toilet seat broken but that seems to be the norm for hotels~!
