Checked in on Friday afternoon, went to dinner and came back to discover that there was no cold water in our room. Went to bed thinking it would be better in am. It wasn't, the water was so hot that taking a shower was miserable. Had early baseball game, so when we return I went to front desk to inform them and they sent the maintenance person to our room. He informed us of the new upgrade to tank water system and there were issues with 3 other rooms and he couldn't fix it and had no solution. Hours later we tried the cold water again and it started to work. When I checked out on Sunday morning, I explained the situation again and asked for a discount. The person at the front desk didn't have the authority but would pass the message on to the manager. I asked them to call me as we had to leave. Received a call from assistant manager and she said that she would discount our room for the 2 nights, which in turned out to be $50. I said thank you but feel that we should have gotten one night free. Won't be staying there again.

Great option in Pasco! Just 15 min away from the action, very nice neighborhood, close to the park. The hotel was very clean, breakfast - tasty with different options. I was surprised to see the dishwasher and a stove and a decent-sized fridge in our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. Highly recommend!
The only thing is of you're a light sleeper, request a room further away from the big road or wear ear plugs because you can kinda hear the traffic from the major road.

One night stay because our water main broke. The hotel staff was very friendly. The lobby was nice and spacious. It had a small convenience store with snacks and drinks. The room was nice. Small kitchen area. The bathroom was on the small side and it faced into the room. We had a small child above us that ran across the room continually until midnight. The bathroom was mostly clean. Some residual matter under the toilet seat and long black hairs on the shower wall. Breakfast was fine. Usual fare eggs, sausage and waffles. Our stay was quick and we were comfortable.

Just perfect. Nice part of town, near the river and huge park, clean and like new. It is by the freeway, can't fix that!! But I stayed once, and immediately booked and stayed again, and wanted it for third trip but it was booked! I'd be happy to stay there again, which the best compliment right?

Pictures of property still show an indoor pool. One the main reasons we booked this hotel considering temps were forecasted to be above 90°. Disappointed to find out pool was converted into a conference room about a year prior.

Check in staff and the cleaning crew were all excellent. Very good at what they do.

I booked this stay over a month in advance. I don't know if Expedia or Marriott Bonvoy did this, but my card was charged for the stay IMMEDIATELY, a month in advance of my stay. This will never happen again because I will never use Expedia or Marriott again. Now I have to watch my card bill to make sure I am not double charged for my stay. I rate the stay 5 out of 10. We were there for 2 nights. It was supposed to be a king bed. It was a queen. Housekeeping did not make the room up after the first night. We reused our towels but the trash was not emptied and we could have run out of toilet paper, etc. Breakfast was better than average. The place seemed understaffed.

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was convenient. The room layout was great for a family of 5. I just wish the pull-out couch had appropriate sheets/bedding available. I also found the linens on the other beds to be minimal. It almost seemed like they ran out of bedding.

Loved Julia that checked us in! She was so friendly and super understanding of us having little kids. She went out of her way to give us crayons and other little goodies to make us feel welcome, and was very kind even when our neighbors werent appreciative of our kiddos being loud. The area was super close to a great park right along the river with great views and a walking path. Also great dining (Anthony's & Lu Lu's) within walking distance and a grocery store and Starbucks just down the street. We were really pleased witn this spot overall.

I was pleased with my stay for the most part it was quite and clean but when asked about the handicap chairs to get in the pool the girl didn't know how to use it so I didn't get to play in pool or sit in hot tub which was one main reason was staying there and we went down to have breakfast the next morning and it was over they told me the weekend hrs so that was irritating to say the least and I asked for a handicap room and the room was not a handicap room and it was on the 4th floor thank God that they had just got the elevator working again!!!!!

The staff wasn't professional. Me and my family traveled 3.5 hours from Seattle to this hotel just to be put on a non over looking the lake view which we reserved and paid in 3 to 4 weeks in advanced. Should have printed in the website that the lake view was non guranteed so people will be aware. Talk to Asst Manager, still no progress. Will never coming back nor will recommend to my friend, families, and co worker here in Seattle. No thanks..

I liked the suite... retro 70's. Comfort was ok. Our room had the freeway on 2 sides so a bit noisy and the bed was firm... I prefer softer. But the AC worked and there was no smoke in the room which was very impotant in 107 degree days and poor air conditions outside. We were close to LuLu our favorite restaurant and the dinner cruise we came to Richland to go out on and that was what was important to us.

Thinking a big hotel should not advertise that they serve breakfast then not be prepared when a trip to Costco goes bad and have nothing to feed the people who spent almost 200$ to stay there hoping for breakfast…. Should be more prepared but lovely other than that very clean not far from the river swimming area quiet area and nice for family’s with small children.

While the room itself was very nice we had several other issues that made us unlikely to stay here again. Our room was missing hand towels, which we requested along with extra coffee and shampoo. After telling us they would bring it shortly, we waited about 2 hours before asking again. Another hour later they finally brought large towels and shampoo but we never received coffee or hand towels despite asking two times. We also found the breakfast selection was severely lacking, especially considering the price point of the hotel. Nothing besides green bananas, boiled eggs, yogurt, and granola bars. As someone who doesn't eat dairy, I had basically no selection. Finally, we did enjoy the pool and hot tub. However the bottom of the hot tub was incredibly rough- more so than the usual texture of a pool or hot tub, which actually ruined my brand new swim suite bottoms. All and all, not a great experience.

We checked in without actually going up to our room. Then when we went up with all our luggage and food stuff, since they don't feed you anymore. Got in the room, the bed wasnt made up, the bathroom had dirty towels. Couldve been really bad since it was Christmas day and there wasn't any cleaners in that day. I went down and got a new room way on the other end of the hotel on another floor. At least this room was clean and they brought us more towels when needed since we were there 2 nights and they didn't clean our room or restock towels. That's a real pain and ridiculous. Hotels that used to feed people a real breakfast and now don't, need to give their guests a better price on their room. They offered instant oatmeal, breakfast bars and water. We brought our own and made it in our room. They did take a small amount off for a dirty room. This was actually the second time we were put in a dirty room at this hotel this year. They need to keep more cleaners on staff and clean the rooms right away like they have always done in the past, then they wont get overlooked and put in the computer as clean when they aren't.

We had an issue checking in when they couldn't find our reservations. After 20 minutes and a few phone calls they were about to get our rooms. They were very clean and enough space for the kids to play. One suggestion is they upgrade to a kuerig instead of a coffee pot! Great location if you are planning water activities.

Property is tired. Carpeting is shredded. Mattresses were super uncomfortable. I paid for a room that had 2 beds and a sleeper sofa but was given a room with 2 beds only. Room had a nice size table to work at which was great but no nearby power outlet, no desk lamp.

Half a roll of toilet paper for 3 people. One little tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner for 3 people. Only decaf coffee with my coffee maker. Housekeeping must be cutting corners. Super dissapointed in our stay. Not impressed with this chain.

Original room had a tv that was not working but staff did switch rooms in a timely manner.
Strong smell in room that was, hopefully, cleaning agents but didn’t smell as such.
Obvious stains on couch.
Fan in living area is loud with a rattling sound.
Highway noise is loud.
Bathroom had obvious flood damage.
Dirty cupboards.
Foldout bed is awful - broken and mattress is all coils.
Pool/spa area had dirty towels lying around, a dirty sock lying by the spa.
Windows are dirty and both of ours had bird poop.

Pros
Pool is small but no one was there so it was fine for my family of 4.
Rooms are large with plenty of space for families.
More cost effective than other comparable options.
Breakfast was nice with warm options such as eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall it was an excellent stay. Staff was pleasant and helpful when needed. The ability to borrow kitchen ware as well as the pre existing kitchen furnishings made for a home away from home feel. The gym was nice, as was the pool area, and the breakfast offered. Would definitely stay at again and quite possibly will.

We really liked the location to the marina for easy access for our jet skis.
