Rooms were nice and clean. There was remodeling going on so there were rolls of carpet by the elevator. It would be nice if the pool opened earlier in the mornings. Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of options. Beds were comfy. Shower was nice. A little bit of mold in the shower towards the bottom. Overall we were pleased with accommodations.

You can tell this hotel was once the “it” spot. It is now very “tried”. Carpets are very dirty, the grounds are not kept, we had bed bugs (17 bites) and we were charged someone else’s bar bill, but has since been reversed. Staff was nice. For the amount you pay, we will not return.

The beds are very firm. Not so nice if you you like a softer mattress. The room was adequate and stocked. The most surprising thing for a hotel with rooms at $200+ was the disrepair and lack of maintenance. There were large cracks in the walls, patches of different carpet on the floor, bleached/faded spots in the carpet by the elevator. Right outside that area, the carpet was loose with large wrinkles. Be careful where you walk! 😥 I didn't read any of those in reviews prior to my stay.

There was no parking near the room, the ice machine close to us was not turned on, and the breakfast could use some improvements. I wish breakfast stayed open a little longer and had better bacon and some potatoes. The staff all around was very friendly and kind. And the room is OK just a little overpriced and outdated.

The Red Lion Pasco Hotel, conveniently located right off the freeway and just a 2-3 minute drive from the Tricities Airport, offers a pleasant stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the friendly staff made our experience enjoyable. The main entrance lobby was clean and inviting, setting a positive tone for our stay.

Our room was situated in the back end of the building, and we had no issues with parking. The area felt safe and secure, providing a sense of comfort during our weekend getaway. While the hotel may be undergoing an upgrade or remodeling, which could explain its slightly outdated appearance, it didn’t detract from our overall experience.
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our room and the spacious bathroom. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, perhaps with a comfort top, but it was still adequate for our short stay. Overall, we had a great time at the Red Lion Pasco Hotel.

Room was not as described. Paid extra for "premium" room to get bathtub/shower combo. Room only had shower. I asked front desk to switch to room with tub, was told that there are no bathtubs in the hotel aside from in the presidential suite. Not sure if that is accurate or not, but I did not get what I paid for.

Hotel was overall pretty beat up. Definitely not worth the price.

We like staying in this hotel but recently they have let workers also stay in the hotel. They stay in the back of the hotel and there is no parking due to this. There is also conex containers where there could be parking for hotel customers. These are likely for the workers things to store there items in so it’s frustrating when you get put in the back of the hotel. It also smells like a constant smoke cloud of weed passing through the rooms.

The rooms are spacious and have a little deck The hallways are quieter because there's only one row of rooms (at least where we were), while the other side is windows overlooking the pool. The breakfast is hot and has a decent variety. The price is a great value. They have shuttles to the airport (although honestly you could walk it's so close). The big entrance area is also nice just to sit in and work or play games. It's a beautiful space.

The entire hotel smelled like piss no inflation from sounds the only positive of us to shower with strong and hot and that they still have the individual toiletry items.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. In fact, during my check-in process, another customer was very upset about a lamp and was throwing a fit and they handled it very well.
The room itself was very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The set up and layout of the hotel was nice. Love being able to access the pool from the siding glass door.
However, the hotel itself needs an entire renovation. The carpets throughout the building were very dirty and in poor condition with lots of rips and tears, which I found to be a trip hazard.
I try to highlight the positives when doing reviews but the condition of the hotel was very off putting. I would’ve given a five star review had the hotel been in mid condition, but it was far from that. I hope that they reinvest in the building because location was great. The parking lot was great easy accessible from the highways… some great takeaways for sure but it made me feel like I was in a rundown motel.

Be prepared for a loud night life environment. I let security know about 3 times to ask people to keep it down bc I had an early drive. While they told them, I personally had to tell the people myself bc they were not listening. The pool looks great from afar but up close it is not well maintained, very neglected. I think Covid hit this place hard. It just seemed a bit.. tired. You can tell it once was a bustling place with conferences and breakout workshops. Now so much is online and property kind of shows it. The lines in the side parking lot are virtually non-existent. Our room, while clean, had no wall decorations, no hooks in the bathroom a sliding door that was like pushing a railroad box car to get it to open and a lingering smell of cigarette smoke.

There's the gripes, now the pluses: The included breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an onsite restaurant/bar and while we did not use it, it looked like it would be just fine. The location served our needs well.

Since it was our jumping off point for other adventures (Palouse Falls!) it worked ok.

I typically stay here twice a year and the hot tub never seems to be working. The property has been under renovation for years and it doesn't seem to be making any progress. There was a hallway that had 3x10 floor mats taped down to replace carpet. We had our room half cleaned on Saturday. Garbage and towels were removed but beds were left unmade.

I actually attempted to contact the hotel about a week prior to our stay and had to return their call and then never received a call back, which honestly should’ve been the first red flag.
When we arrived, the front desk employee directed us to use a “closer entrance” near our room — except the door didn’t even work. After calling the front desk, we spoke to the same employee who casually said she had already heard the door wasn’t working. So… why are guests still being directed to use it?
The room itself was dirty the second we walked in. There was trash/debris left behind, visible damage, and the overall condition felt neglected and poorly maintained. There was dead bugs on the shelf. The bed wasn’t even attached to the headboard, which made the whole setup feel cheap and unstable.
On top of that, the walls were apparently paper thin because the “neighbors” sounded like they were literally inside our room all night. Between the noise and the condition of the room, it was almost impossible to relax or sleep.
Definitely not worth the money, and honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We should’ve saved the money and driven over the morning of our flight.

I honestly wish I had read more reviews before staying at this hotel because this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had traveling. From the moment we walked in, the entire place felt dirty and poorly maintained. The lobby had a strange odor that only got worse as we got closer to our room. The hallways smelled musty, like old mildew mixed with garbage, and it immediately made the place feel uncomfortable and unhygienic.

When we opened the room door, the smell hit us instantly. The room smelled like dirty carpets, stale smoke, and something sour. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned. The floors felt sticky, there was dust everywhere, and we even noticed stains on the bedding and furniture. The bathroom was disgusting — hair in the shower, grime around the sink, and what looked like mold near the corners of the tub. Towels looked worn out and didn’t even smell fresh. We were shocked that management thought this room was acceptable for guests.

The restaurant experience made everything even worse. We decided to eat there because we were tired from traveling and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Big mistake. The food looked questionable when it came out, but we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Within hours of eating, both of us became extremely sick with stomach pain, nausea, and other symptoms consistent with food poisoning. It completely ruined our trip. We spent the rest of the night miserable and unable to enjoy anything.

Hot tub is closed, pool was closed when we first arrived. (Frustrating for us as we called 2 days prior and were told they were both working) Then the pool opened the next day not the hot tub. It’s apparently been closed for a while. The Beds move, they are not attached to the wall. We had to sign a waiver stating we wouldn’t smoke on the property and the staff was all smoking in the court yard. The carpet is patched with rugs and duct taped to the carpet. I was told because we stayed with Expedia there wasn’t much they could do. I was offered $15 in snacks or a complementary upgrade, for the next time we stayed. We decided we will not stay there till things become updated.

This place is so run down and needs a complete redo in the rooms. There was no Kleenex in room, furniture was sparse and beaten up. The grout in the shower was missing in places and marks on the walls.

We arrived late Friday afternoon and went to sleep early to get up at 3:30 for a 5AM flight Saturday morning We were not around for breakfast. We did not use the hot tub or pool. However we did enjoy a hotel staff that picked us up at Pasco Airport after dropping our rental car off Friday afternoon and also drove us at 4AM Saturday morning back to the airport for our 5 AM flight. The people we met at the Red Lion Inn were thoughtful and helpful.

Reservation made through Expedia months ago. I arrived and they said we are pretty full and your room is way around back. Non upgraded room.
Shower diverted valve didn’t work properly. 10 minutes and a pair of players needed for my shower.
Coffey pot didn’t work and there was no adequate lighted parking available.
Where I did park was unacceptable to them so they raped a 8x11” parking violation sign on my truck threatening to have my truck towed away.
Other than that, a staff member got in my face as I was preparing to drive out to my meeting in the morning as I was seated in my vehicle.
I’m thinking motel 6 does a little better than this Red Lyon.
