Customers do the check in and checkout themselves on a machine and if you arrive 10 or 15 minutes earlier from check-in time (3pm) you are told to wait until check-in time. No appreciation how far you've come from you have to wait! And this is the service in this hotel. Only water is free everything else you pay. Not for Europeans this hotel ☝️

Toiletries and tea powder were placed in the lobby for self service. Good Japanese system but must get used to it. Overall, it is an excellent hotel.

チェックイン時、スタッフの言う通り利用番号を押したが違っていたり、部屋着の事を伝えなかったり、ツインの部屋なのにダブルと案内したり、とにかく適当すぎてイライラしました。また、車椅子利用の人間を乗せていたのだが、運転手が車椅子利用でないと平面駐車場の利用は出来ないと言うなぞのルールを押し付けられたのも不快だった。
