The hotel rooms are not as shown in the pictures. The beds are much smaller than they appear in the photos and as described. There is no real balcony. What they call a balcony is just a tiny gap where the air-conditioning units are placed.

They also do not provide the room key as they should. The key they are asking a 1,000 baht deposit for is not an extra or spare key — it is the only room key that should normally be given to guests.

In addition, we stayed on the fifth floor, which is one floor below the pool level. The entire corridor and the rooms smelled strongly of dampness and mold. We had to stay with that smell all night. They refused to change our room. Their response was basically that they already know about the smell and that we should just manage with it.

This level of dampness and mold is also harmful to health, which makes the situation even more unacceptable.

We had to complete the night there out of necessity. The staff were also extremely unfriendly. None of them were welcoming, and they did not respond politely or helpfully.

The room was small; especially the bathroom, The place could use some TLC but everything worked. Also, it was quiet there. I never used or even saw the pool so I couldn't comment on that. Gym seemed pretty useless. I liked the location. I would definitely consider staying again depending on the price.

Firstly, the pictures are NOT representative of the actual living conditions.
This place lacks love!!!! It’s a hole. I would classify it as an luxurious hostel…
Showers? Maybe you get some water pouring down.
AC…. Does that even work.
Btw- if you plan to pay by credit card…. NOPE!!! Cash only!
Also, they were kind to hold our luggage in a separate “unlocked” closet accessible to the public.
The only positive is the staff was kind and tried to accommodate.
Ever again!

Hotel is centrally located to beach, shopping mall, night markets. I had an issue with the booking, when I was arrived at the hotel, the staffs can’t find my reservation. Although I gave them my reservation confirmation number, they still can’t find it. One of the staff mentioned to me, hotel’ve upgrade the systems, that why my reservation didn’t cross over to new systems. Thankfully staffs was very helpful, they’re able to give me my reservation. I would recommend to everyone to stay there.room little small, but can’t beat the price.

The area was in a Good spot it was walkable, the only thing was the bathroom was a bit dirty. But what do you expect for the price. The breakfast was good, the gym is very small but it had everything you need. The treadmill is small tho so fyi. The staff is super friendly and nice

Property is very tired. Staff rude. Don’t get your laundry done, my favourite cool shorts went missing, then the front staff insinuated I was making it up? Wow. Breakfast is a joke and if you try and take a piece of toast to your room on a napkin, they’ll coming running after you. There’s better places to stay!

Staff really good but hotel is not great for 3*

If it wasn't for the nice friendly staff my rating would be lower. The photos uploaded by the hotel does a lot of justice. It's a very old hotel where they still use metal keys but the condition has been maintained. My room's air conditioning unit was programmed to switch off after 10 mins which meant I wasn't able to get a consistent flow of cool air. The beds were fine and comfortable, bathroom is very basic, breakfast is not the best but you can find something easy to eat such as eggs and bread. My room had a balcony, however, beware there may be some pigeons who like to hang around. It's in a good location if you want the nightlife of Patong. You don't get the noise of the traffic so it's relatively quiet. In my personal opinion I think it should be a 2.5* as I have stayed in better 3* properties around the world.

Not ideal spot but cheap

Was not a fan of this hotel and I’ve stayed in many places before. When I checked into my room after taking a shower, the entire ac leaked water on the bed. I called the front desk and they said they’d send someone over, the guy eventually came and undid the entire ac and a bunch of water sprayed out everywhere. At first I thought maybe I could change sheets and stay in the room, but the amount of water on the mattress was too much, I knew it was fair to switch rooms.
I spoke to the front desk person who was not so friendly, and told him it’s only fair to switch room which luckily there was another available, though i had to argue that to be done. Finally switched rooms and overall the room was very small with no window or balcony, this is the economy room. No night stand or lamp; and a super rock hard bed.

It is a budget hotel and during high season, its doable but the bed was so uncomfortable. It overall was a busy street and you can hear people in other rooms but the positive is that its a close walk to bangla and restaurants and cafes etc.

Some staff was nicer than others as well.
I later asked for a mattress topper because of how hard the bed was and by the next day I was able to get one from the cleaning staff. They clean room only if you put the tag on your door.

Very dirty and not as advertised. The room smelt like mold and the hallways smelt like garbage. The staff at the front desk, specifically the young thai boy, is extremely rude and doesn't know how to properly provide customer satisfaction. Staff were also very rude to me when replying on expedia over a deposit I forgot to receive before I left. I was told they will give it back to me \"next time I'm back in Phuket\". The breakfast was not worth the money, I felt sick after the second day eating there. I do not recommend this hotel to someone. Better to pay an extra $5 a night and treat yourself to a better hotel.

Pleasant stay. Room with 2 beds and balcony, aircon, fridge, safe box, tv.
Pros: inexpensive, breakfast included, shower hot water and good pressure, beds large, fridge cold, lots of inexpensive restaurants, shops, convenience stores nearby.
Cons: location far from beachfront and Bangla Road, breakfast buffet has eggs, meat, beans, rice, but otherwise limited (no fruit or yogurt), shower is small and water will go over bathroom floor if not careful, rooms are worn and older, fridge is small, lockbox didn’t work well (had to call desk and have it opened twice), pool was closed “for cleaning,” mattresses firm but not much cushion, tv is web based (bring your own hookup).
Conclusion: good hotel value for money, not a luxury, hotel, would stay again👍

I had a great stay. I found the staff very friendly. The room was cleaned daily. Gym was well equiped, just needed a good free weight bench. Value for money unbeatable. Breakfast was great a very short walk away. Will come hear again as close to all the shops,Bangalore road etc.

Great place!

Great hotel in Patong near everything. I stay at this place each time that I am there and it is always lovely. Clean little room with a comfortable bed and good wiki. You can walk to everything that you need to do and see in Patong. Staff is very friendly and helpful and there is even a small fitness room/gym on site. They have breakfast available if you want. Highly recommend.

great stay

This place is simple and bare bones but loved the location- breakfast was great too. Close enough to the main road its about a 5 min walk but truly you dont want to stay right there, it is unbelievably loud, so it was great to sleep here. Staff was helpful in getting taxi and getting our safe repaired quickly. They only had motorbikes for 5+ days which is common in the are after we tried a couple places

The location is good for walking to the centre of downtown and the hotel is not far from Patong Beach. Staff providing breakfast were great. Our stay improved after we were moved to a better room on the quieter side of the hotel. The rooms seem to be in the process of gradual renovation.

Hotel needs some upgrades. The balcony had mould on it, the Ac in my room was loud, the shower was good but water went everywhere as the glass was not big enough. The pool was green and I didn’t want to swim in it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very good value for money overall. A short walk to town and a longer but easy 15 minute walk to Patong Beach contributrd to my pleasant stay which exceeded my expectations given the cost. All staff went out of their way to help and no issues with language. Certainly a lot better than \"cheap and cheerful\" which was all i was seeking

First thing dont confuse with Hotel Name, its not Resort its low budget hotel which has great location.

1. If you are vegetarian this hotel does not have any food for you.
2.Property is old so may be because of that, Lift was broken during my stay.(you have to use fire exit to up down), luggage carrying is nightmare.
3.Bathroom is usually clean but shower was not working fine.
4.Portable Freeze door was not working properly, we asked them look at this issue one person came but he could not able to fix that.
5. Wi-fi was working intermittent.

over all out 5 only 2 points from my end.

Awful experience mainly down to Hotel.com booking system and the rude staff!! We booked a room for 3 people and ended up having to share a double bed. When we asked for extra pillow and towel the staff tried to charge us for another room!! However location was great and we didn't stay long, it's cheap for a reason!!

A great place to stay, was only going to spend 3 night then move on to see different areas though ended up just rebooking about four times and kept staying on for the whole time. Pool area isn't quite as pictured, though mainly because it's just been weathered a bit since it was done I imagine.
Rooms are well kept, bottled water and coffee replaced each day and just overall a really nice well presented hotel. Bit less then a 10min walk from the beach and Bangla walking street. Close enough that you can walk back in the morning after a big night, but can't hear the party if your coming as a family.

Just FYI don't take the kids out to Bangla Rd at night, it becomes a walking street past 6pm so the drunks don't get run over. Between the bar girls trying to get you in and all the ping pong show advertising they shouldn't be there.

You get what you pay for very true in this case. On hotels.com it said it was discounted from ~$100 to ~$30 so it made me think I was getting a deal on a nice place. Definitely not the case. It's hot everywhere in the hotel except the main reception and we had the ac on in the room non stop. The shower switches from cold to burning hot without moving the lever. I actually got burned one morning. The people were friendly and it was close to \"hooker\" street so I guess that's a plus. I would not come back and stay here.

what a con..used car salesmen would be proud

Having lived in Asia for a long time I am used to some interesting tricks. .bit this hotel has come up with a few new ones. ..they do not tell you the whole truth on the web..just a few examples.
1/ The rooms are only cleaned TWICE A WEEK.
2/ The pool although nice is surrounded on 3 sides by the \"hotel\" so never gets any sun...result its like trying to swim in the Antarctic.
3/ it's not really a hotel. .was originally built as condo apartments but because they could not sell the apartments they decided to call them hotel rooms.
4/ Although they briefly mention on the web about limited reception hours. ..in reality it means if you arrive in the evening you are out of luck.
5/ would not call the reception a reception. .more a table that you sometimes find someone at.

All in all. ...there are many other hotels in Phuket. ..I suggest you choose somewhere else...next time I go I will for sure.

We were sceptical because of some reviews, but we were wrong.

First of all. If you are polite and nice, you
will get smiles back. The bad reviews of service are probably from “karens” we got smiles, and greetings. (One of the Night-staff was somewhat awkward, but 5/6 we met were just great)

The location was perfect. Near everything. Walking distance to beach and partystreet. And shopping mall.

Great restaurant just across the main
Street (50m away) with 60-70 baht meals.

Rooftops Pool was AMAZING sun shining whole day. And if you are quiet, you probably can have a quick swim under the stars at night ;)

Breakfast had good options. Just dont go
5 minutes before it ends.

We had the junior sweet with pool access. It was amazing. With bathtub. And you just open the door and the pool is there.

Everything was clean.

Das Frühstück Angebot eine reine Katastrophe. Das Geld sollte man sich sparen.
Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen absolut abgewohnt.
