Spacious room, breakfast was great (good options and fresh), clean room, perfect location, staff we interacted with were all nice and helpful. Quality housekeeping.

Despite the cons below I would still stay here again and it was worth it overall.

-gym had decent equipment but where it is located is randomly in the hallway in front of lifts...open space area

Property is great , also location wise patong beach at walkable distance .
Only downside I found is front desk staff behaviour is not that good . They follow strict rules . I came at 1.30 PM and they told me to wait till 2 PM for check-in.
2000 TBH deposite is first time I saw in any hotel requesting.
100 TBH just to use Microwave owen .
Fixed number of water bottles . 1 500ml bottle per person per day is less.

We've been holidaying in Phuket for many years now and the common problem for the hotels is that the hotel rooms are extremely small no matter the level of the hotel. Considering this time we planned our stay in Patong for almost two weeks, I was dedicated to research bigger accommodations and this was when Andakira Hotel caught my attention. There was an option to book a Double Deluxe roon which was almost 50 square meters and looked more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. There was plenty of shelving space with a dedicated spot for the suitcase, huge bathroom with \"his\" and \"hers\" vanities, shower where you can easily stand 6 persons, a bathtub, make up area, massive TV and even two (!!!) balconies. The room was spotless clean with king-size bed with crispy white linen. If you are not a fan of hard mattresses, then you won't be happy with it, but I loved it (hard mattress, by the way, is very common for Thailand). The mattress was of a good quality, and did not shake if my husband turned on the other end. I suspect, other rooms were more or less standard, but ours was huge. Bathrobes, slippers, shampoo and tea and coffee amenities were included. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The hotel had two swimming pools, one on the ground level (plenty of room to sunbathe) and one on level three with massive undercover area (if you are trying to avoid the sun). I could continue, but I'm running out of symbols. Five stars from me 😁

Great Hotel, very comfortable stay!

Great, friendly staff who were so helpful, we had a pool access room with balcony and our own sun beds which was great, very clean room which was serviced daily and always smelt so fresh! Loved the brekkie buffet, contained something for everyone, great variety of foods, including both noodle and egg stations, and coffee machines, yum! Back off the street, very little noise, numerous eating, massage and entertainment options in the area. Would definitely stay at Andikara again!

Free parking on property. Walking distance to nearby markets, dining, Thai boxing stadium, and a convenience store right around the corner. Pool is nice and next to a bar. Gym had all your basics for any workout. Streets can be heard in the room at night as this is near the busy part of town and walls are thin.

Short 3 night stay. Room include breakfast, they had a selection of hot and cold dishes available. Didn’t use the pool located on 3rd floor, the water was cold though. Hotel is a good location, only a 5 min walk from Bangla rd, so close enough to the action. Beach is a 10-15 min walk. I would stay again, all staff were welcoming

We stayed here a few times no problems usually until this last past stay the shower would flood the whole bathroom due to a show hose leak . We requested it to be fixed or replaced but never was . Other then that we love the pool access rooms and easy check in and check out process

Had the worst experience at this hotel literally staff is so rude and unprofessional. We requested a cot for our baby and on arrival at midnight we was told will check in the morning. Upon staying up all night contacting the company I booked via the issue was resolved after 6/7 hours. I was extremely tired from all the traveling and we was treated very poorly.

This property has limited food variety for vegetarians.
No consideration for diabetics, asked for sugar free and were blindly refused as they don’t know nothing.
Upon check out, they checked the room for any damages, but found one tea spoon missing 😤
They tried to charge but after haggling with the staff at reception he eventually agreed. You are only allowed two tea bags or coffee a day, strange. Better take your own with you if you book this hotel.

If you’re looking for a clean basic hotel, this is a great option. The pool bar guys were lovely. The reception was polite. I wasn’t wow-ed by the experience, nor was I upset by it. It’s a place to stay with decent drinks and a pool.

The breakfast was average - no egg station. We ended up eating outside of the hotel.

Andakira is in a Great position for cheap food options. Short walk to nightlife of Bangla Rd. In case survey doesn’t ask I did not get room option offered on Wotif : deluxe triple with double and two twin bed option. Such option does not exist. 3 men put in 1 double and 1 single bed room although I had emailed hotel twice about this After booking many months before trip and they said they would try and accommodate request

I had a very bad experience while staying at Andakira hotel. The hotel charged me for a whiskey bottle kept in the room which was already opened and kept in the room. I informed the hotel but they didn't change the bottle and in the end charged me for a bottle which was seal broken before my check in. Please do check the mini bar facilities and make sure the hotel change it. Otherwise they will charge you.

I stayed 5 days at Andakira hotel. The buffet spread is all the same. You will get bored of the same menu.

House keeping facilities are very bad. You may need to call them 3 or 4 times for your room to get cleaned.

Swimming pool is also not good as expected. Beach is not near to the hotel - almost 1.5km far.

Google map shows the distance to hotel is 26km but the real distance is more than 40km.

Truly did not like this hotel, honestly constant loud noises of HUGE bangs from staff moving things around and people in the foyer drunk and laughing and yelling at 2am, made me so mad and so unsafe! As anyone from the public can literally walk into the hotel and onto any level of floor! They don’t have any security for the stairs or elevators!

The bathroom has the worst dark orange light bulb and No windows, it became so hot and humid in the bathroom.

The patios/balcony for the rooms are very grimy and unclean... the tables are a cheap plastic and have stains on them.. just made our stay very uncomfortable!

The pool, do not be fooled.. it’s SO small!! the photos on the website make it look a decent size but it’s tiny! And looks onto a wall of another hotel building that’s really sad looking...

Overall I would never stay here again, not worth the money at all.. the staff NEVER smiled or looked like they wanted to help us, just not worth the money! And just so unsafe... no sense of security and the noise was insanely ridiculous! Just never experienced that before and I have been to Phuket 3 times before at different hotels, which were so lovely!!!!

The area wasn’t for us which isn’t the hotels fault.
Breakfast was great.

The Andakira hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and all Patong has to offer. They were doing a bit of construction, but it didn’t really effect my stay. Breakfast every morning was a delight, and the staff was very helpful and nice.

The aircon in the room was faulty. Had to call the front desk multiple times for them to come and check the room. Took them more than an hour for a guy to come and check. No reimbursement given.

Great location, friendly staff, nice amenities. My only issue was that the bedding. the mattress was so firm that I woke up stuff. Also blankets we're too small for the bed. For the most part the room was clean, but there's some corners of the shower that could have used a scrubbing and the headboard had some stains on it.

For the price of this hotel I expected moreThe room was small The didn’t have two bedside tables just one The bed was okay nothing special it was two single beds put together
Prices in Thailand are way overpriced for tourists they charged us 800b to get a taxi to go to the airport I used to real cab it only cost me 655b
I manage to find some restaurants wich were properly priced for Thailand but the majority of the restaurants were way overpriced equivalent to Australian food prices so what was the point of us going to Thailand

The rooms were nice and location was prime. Walking distance to Pa Tong beach and Bangla road. Close to food joints, spa and local market. Buffet breakfast was Ok, could have been better. Pool was clean. Beach and Pool towel were provided on request which is great. Could improve on room service . Asked for bottled water twice from room service and never got delivered. Had to go to Family Mart to buy bottled water. Even asked for water during check out and was told by front desk that bottled water can't be given as we had checked out. Unsure what issue they had giving bottled water. Since Phuket has night life, room service for limited menu should be available throughout night. NO FOOD AFTER 11PM. Overall good experience.

Excellent Hotel in the center of Patong Area

The staff are excellent and very accommodating. Our flight arrived early and let us check in before 2pm. The breakfast is superb, lots of variety of Thai and Western foods. The rooms are clean. The location is accessible to the beach, variety of restaurants and night market. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
