I really liked the central area the hotel was located in. They provide a rate for the parking garage so it’s easy to have a car nearby. The breakfast selection was delicious and probably the best options I’ve seen in a while. The rooms were clean and the hotel room TV offered a large selection of channels.

Hotel and room were nice. What was frustrating was that they did not notify me before our stay that their restaurant was closed on Sunday. I had my elderly father with me who struggles to walk so I had purposefully booked a hotel with a restaurant for the evening meal. Fortunately there are quite a few restaurants nearby, but we still had to get him there. Ironically I had cancelled another hotel that I had previously booked because they did notify me that their restaurant was closed. I booked this one instead, but in vain. Poor communication and basically false advertising because on hotels it clear says they have a restaurant and brasserie. They need to notify guests that those amenities are not available on Sundays.

Hotel very central with underground parking just opposite for €10 p day. However. We were not charged as blue badge holder.
Rooms are small but comfy bed and adequate.
Very good breakfast we travel with two n mini dachshunds and no problem taking them in.

Aside from air-conditioning (very welcome), this was not a particularly comfortable room to stay in. There was no place to put anything! There was a sort of coat rack with just a few hangers and a small shelf on top. No other shelves, no drawers, no closet; even the bedside tables were tiny.

A couple of things mitigated this: a convenient location and a very nice (free) breakfast.

But it's frustrating to have no place to put your belongings. We were glad we were only there for 2 nights.

Well, we wanted to stay in central Dijon and the property is perfect for that. However, we did not know there was a HUGE music festival in town. getting to the hotel was blocked at many streets and we finally found a garage a few blocks away. Fought the crowds to get to the hotel and then there was a group just in front of the hotel lobby so had to elbow our way in. Hot the fault of the hotel, we had bad timing. The restaurant Le Central was an oasis and quiet.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The staff are rude and discourteous. We had intentionally booked a hotel with air conditioning for our personal health needs. The website lists the hotel has heating and air conditioning. However, the building did not have the cooling function on, this was not listed anywhere when booking and had never been an issue in other French hotels. We did not realize until late in the evening. At 11 pm the room was 25 degrees Celsius and very uncomfortable. We could only open the window an inch and it was incredibly loud with the street below. The front desk person was unsympathetic and quite rude, saying the ‘air was conditioned to be hot’. He refused to provide a job title when asked or his full name. Eventually, nearing midnight we were switched to a smaller room although cooler at 22 degrees and told we could be compensated in the morning.Forced to keep the window open, we had a terrible sleep due to the mechanical equipment. The morning supervisor denied the promised compensation for the room downgrade saying the room was initially upgraded which we were not told and refused to address the issues. I could go on but frankly just book the hotel across the street or an Airbnb rather than deal with such poor service and discomfort.

4 trip for business. Hotel is in excellent location for business and pleasure. Underground city parking across the street only 10 Euros per night if you arrange through the hotel. Clean, comfortable, updated, great breakfast. Needs a coffee/tea setup in room. Friendly staff. Goid stay. Have fun in Beautiful Dijon!

I am shocked the people rated this property as wonderful because it’s far from it. It’s old and needs updating. There’s a nightclub across the street that was extremely loud on the weekends and I could hear everything my neighbors were doing even when they flush the toilet. Basic amenities were not there: face cloths, facial tissue, easy temperature control, and ability to purchase a beverage during the day.

This hotel has a parking garage right across the street. Very convenient, about 10 Euros a
day . It is in a great location to explore the old city on foot. Loved the Brita water cooler in the lobby to fill our water bottles and take refreshing water to our room. Breakfast had many options. Very pleased with our stay.

The building is all scaffolded up so you couldn’t see anything outside the window. The rooms are so small that you can barely walk around. The bathroom was also very uncomfortable. No closet in the room to hang up clothes. And there was no sale in the room. The location of the property is good as it is close to city center.

I thought the staff and the building it's self was excellent. They were very polite and helpful even though I did not speak much French and they spoke only a little English. I can't give them a 5 star though as the restaurant had very little to no vegetarian options which was disappointing but fortunately they were lots of options nearby in other places.

The property was difficult to access by car. The SatNav takes you via a restricted route. Though advertised as having a Bath/Shower Combination it only had a shower. It also advertises a safe, Bottled water and a turndown service, non of which were available. The safe was at reception not in the room. You could fill your own bottles with water from reception not in the room. And we did not receive, nor were we offered a turndown service.

A very nice hotel. I liked Dijon so much that I added 2 nights to me trip. I am very grateful Ibis allowed me to stay in the same room. Unfortunately, my room didn’t get serviced those 2 days. So I had to call for tp and fresh towels. Not sure why this happened. Breakfast was great.

Clean, modern hotel with welcoming staff

Friendly welcome on arrival, which got the visit off to a great start. The rooms were quite small, with limited storage space that was perhaps designed more for short-stays rather than—as in our case—a week-long visit. The decoration was smart and modern.

Special applause for the showers, which were excellent, with a strong, reliable flow of water, and consistent temperature—not to be taken for granted! And the rooms were kept spotlessly clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this ibis Styles, and would certainly stay there on a return to Dijon

The Ibis Styles Dijon Central is a very nice business hotel. Great condition. Super comfortable room. Great Continental breakfast included. My room had a great view over the plaza in front of the hotel. If you like small cities, this is a grat place to stay. Parking is off site and kind of pricey, but easier to get into and out of than many others in my trip.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The property is clean and well maintained. Ibis apparently focuses on modern, midrange hotels — not luxury properties. A perfect location in the city center of Dijon. Tons of walkable restaurants and shops. Good breakfast. Rooms were straightened up by staff each day. We were told on our visit in October, 2022, that we couldn’t turn on the air conditioning at night because off a “government power restriction.” This may have been outside the control of the hotel, but should have been communicated to us before we checked in. Fortunately we could open a window. The property location felt safe. Would recommend this property to anyone who wants better than basic, solid accommodations with helpful staff.

Unfortunately there was a strange smell of petrol outside my room, and it was so hot in the room itself that it was impossible to sleep. Opening the window was not appropriate as it was a rainy windy night in February. There was an air conditioning thermostat but it did not work. The room itself was clean and basic

This hotel is in a good position. It made for easy walking around the old town. It was about a 10 minute walk from the main station, easy walking. The room was rather small but clean, the bathroom could use a little scrubbing, particularly the toilet. The breakfast was reasonable with variety. There was a coffee machine available in the foyer for guests use during the day.

Basic , being renovated but in a good location

Small basic room not well prepared to receive guess. Even the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. Breakfast was nothing especial and we were almost kick out for arriving 5 minutes before the time to close. Construction works going on at the lobby did not help the overall impression.

We stayed only one night, location is great, everything walking distance.
Room was clean, well furnished and bed really comfy.

Reception and brasserie are under work, but we knew it before going.
That's why not 5* on facilities because everything wasn't available for us and we couldn't judge.

Hotel is centrally located in the city of Dijon. Gallery Lafayette is just behind the hotel, train station 5 mins away. Room is compact but comfortable and clean. Our room comes with a hearty breakfast. Few minutes walk to the Market where lots of exciting foods awaits everyone.

Great location in a wonderful city

The hotel was in a perfect location in central Dijon- close to cafes, the train station, shops, the market, cathedrals, etc. The breakfast at the hotel was also quite nice and ample. My room only had one outlet, which was a bit of a challenge since I was trying to charge my phone, tablet, camera battery, etc., but that was the only drawback. It was quiet and clean.
