Room was big and hotel environment was good. Location was perfect as it is near to the Dijon station and within short walk to the old town. Everything is just seamless. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended really nice restaurant in Dijon and I really enjoyed it. Thank you!

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. Easy parking under the hotel but quite small spaces. Room lovely with excellent air con. Pool steam room and jacuzzi excellent, we were the only people in there each time we used them. Nice garden to enjoy a drink outside

Booked for Pool & Parking, Let Down by Policies

- We chose this hotel because it offered a swimming pool and a pleasant area to relax after a long road trip. The next morning, we asked if it was possible to use the pool after checkout but were told it wasn’t allowed under their policy. This was surprising, as I’ve never encountered such a rule at any of the many hotels I’ve stayed in before.

- We arrived late (around 11:30pm) and paid €16 for parking in the garage. At check-in, we were reassured that we could leave the car there until early evening since charges were calculated per night. However, at checkout, the front desk said the car had to be removed by 2pm, (there were plenty of spaces available when we did leave so not a capacity issue). In hindsight, we would have been better off just paying €4 to park on the street outside.

- The website stated that all rooms and suites include a Nespresso machine, yet there wasn’t one in our room. When we called reception, we were informed that the “comfort room” category doesn’t provide this.

To be clear, the front desk staff were very friendly and professional throughout, and this isn’t a reflection on them. However, I hope management might review these policies, which could make future stays more accommodating - we specifically booked the hotel for the pool and parking facilities and it let us down massively on both.

The hotel is slightly older compared to those in Canada, which I’m used to, but it was still an amazing experience. The staff were very good, and the location was excellent, with easy access to the city and the train. I took a solo trip and I highly recommend this hotel, it was really great.

Located close to the train station, this is a lovely, quiet and comfortable hotel with great access to old Dijon. Museums, shopping and dining are an easy walk away. A major asset is the hotel’s great staff! They welcomed us warmly, made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips on dining options. Our room was spacious and very comfortable!! All in all, this is a great place to stay in Dijon!

As the hotel is on the tram line, we had to park at the nearby train station, walk to the hotel with all our bags and then find out where the car park was. The spaces were very tight for a family sized car. The room was small with only 1 chair so 1 person had to sit on the bed to relax. The shower was mouldy and this was reported to reception who showed me a different room but there was mould in that shower too. It remained the same for the duration of our stay despite me mentioning it again to reception. There was no wash hand basin in the toilet which is separate to the shower. The breakfast was expensive at €22 pp for what was there. We only tried it once then ate other breakfasts offsite. We were told on the day that we did try the breakfast, that they had run out of fresh eggs. The fruit was tinned other than melon and the pastries were tiny. Not enough storage space in the bedroom for 2 people for 4 nights stay with only 5 clothes hangers and one shallow drawer.
Plus points - the staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was good (central), the curtains blocked out the light so the room was dark so aided sleep, the bed was comfortable, and the heating/air con was fully adjustable.

Very good hotel, easily 4*. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. We ate breakfast at the hotel each day and were very pleased with it. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We made daily use of the jacuzzi and steam room in the pool area.
The hotel is a 5-15 minute walk to the major attractions.

Wonderful hotel and staff!

The staff was so friendly and helpful, and our room was very comfortable, although the commode was separate from the shower/sink, which seems nice for privacy, but having to go across the room to another area to wash your hands wasn't the most convenient. A minor thing in the grand scheme. The hotel is lovely and in a perfect location near the old town and the train station so everything was walkable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our one night in Dijon before heading south. This property has a great location - close to the train station (walking) and just a few minutes to the city centre. We had a larger room with a wonderful spa bathroom. My only complaint was the hard bed and lack of drinking glasses in the room. Very hospitable staff from check-in the breakfast. We would come back.

Staff mostly pleasant & attentive, speaking some English (but best to know at least a bit of french at this hotel). Room has no desk; narrow shelf not reallly suitable for computer work. Excellent WiFi (>150-200 mips). No bar fridge. Netspresso machine (but ours did not work and was not repaired/replaced while we were there). Excellent access to train station, only steps away, and pedestrian only zone of older town. Heated pool hot tub. Smallish exercise room, no weights, 3 machines.

The property was wonderful and as a guest I appreciated the key security to get into the hotel, as it is located near the train station with a lot of street traffic. The hotel however is understaffed as we sat in the bar area for a half hour with no one running it, wanted a drink, the front desk person said they'd be right over, another 20 minutes and they were still checking people in our out. So we gave up and left the hotel and had our drinks and spent our money elsewhere. If you can't staff a bar, don't offer it to your guests?

It was only a 3-minute walk from the Gare to the hotel. There were nearby restaurants, grocery stores and a short walk to the town center. There was also a tram station located directly across from the hotel. The WiFi worked well and there were no issues with the water temperature. I thought the heated towel rack was also a great addition.

Excellent choice for us. Close to all activities in city center. Hotel has all amenities you need, great breakfast and a good bar. I had concerns about street noise, but from 4 th floor street side, we did not heard a peep and sleep until 10 am with no problem. Dark room curtains works very well and thick glass.
The only problem we notice, there is no service elevator so the morning cleaning crew compete with patrons trying to go down to breakfast.

Our stay at Hotel Oceana Le Jura Dijon was wonderful from beginning to end!
The staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful.
We were in Dijon for one week and the front desk staff helped us with great bistronomic restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us.
The breakfast room is bright, clean and has a very good selection; something to please everyone.
Our hotel room are very clean with decent space. The shower was wonderful and included both a rain shower head and hand held shower wand.
The towels and sheets are very good quality…fluffy towels! 😁
We arrived by train and it was literally a five minute walk to the hotel and it’s located a short walk from the old town centre.
If there is a visit to Dijon in your future we would highly recommend this hotel!

Turned up early and a room was available. Good covid control / sanitation. Was able to use the hammam and pool, which was welcome on a wet and breezy autumn day. Rooms refurbished recently and very comfortable. Great shower / products. Sensible flooring for our dog - easy to clean.

The neighborhood was lovely and walkable, and convenient to the train station. The room was very comfortable, and we loved the balcony doors that opened so we could enjoy fresh air. There's a small market across the street for anything you need, and a delightful park just around the corner. I would happily stay here again!

Lovely hotel in a very convenient area of town. We arrived late at night and parked at the train station's garage (recommended). The room was airy and very comfortable and the staff upgraded our room since we could not find space in the hotel garage. All in all it was a great stay and we will certainly go back on our next visit to beautiful Dijon.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful, friendly staff! In particular, this hotel was delightful for a stay with our 3 year old. He was given 3 packs of colored pencils (some in the room, some upon arrival, and another at breakfast!). Breakfast is rather expensive but very good quality. The pool and garden are lovely and our room was very quiet. It's next to a stunning park and an easy quick walk to the pedestrian center. Thank you very much!

I was in town for a week of university seminars and had my wife and 5 month old with me.
This hotel is recently renovated and in good condition. Not a lot of room amenities and not luxurious, but it’s inexpensive and the staff are excellent. Tram stop in front of hotel gives easy access to the rest of Dijon incl. university across town. Good shopping and restaurant district just a few minutes away, and a short walk from the main train station.
