I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was advertised properly. The room was quite big, comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast was good, lots of varieties and I love the congee with the accompaniments! The gym was very small with minimal equipment but was expected and enough for a quick workout. I will come back again!

Life safety issue: you are propping open the fire doors to the stairwells! This is very dangerous. If a fire starts anywhere in the building the smoke will get into the stairwells and then onto every floor in the hotel. The smoke kills people. Keep the doors closed. You can replace the hinges on the fire doors with hinges that will not allow the doors to be propped open.

Terrible sound proofing

The sound proofing in the room was terrible, could here the other room coughing and tv sound, not because the other rooms tv volun was turned really loud it was purely because sound proofing was horrible. Could hear the coughing and clearing the throat clearly. Do not recommend staying at the hotel if you need a good night sleep.

Cosy hotel amidst a rustic locality

Love the location: technology park is within walking distance; a large shopping mall with lots of eateries and restaurants is located opposite of the hotel; a 7-Eleven convenience store is next door. Service level of hotel staff is impeccable and empathetic. Food variety and quality of the hotel's restaurant is solidly above average. If fresh air and long walks are your thing, then this hotel should be your top choice. Hailing a taxi is breeze, and the trip to Xinyi shopping area will take at most 20 minutes of taxi ride.

Located near Nangang station, which is along the Bannan (blue) mrt line, and TRA/HSR, making it convenient to get to Raohe Night Market and Shi Fen if they are on your itinerary list.
Pros:
Convenience; 7-11 right beside hotel entrance
Location; brown and blue mrt lines nearby, HSR/TRA lines nearby, direct bus 1843 available to taoyuan airport (vice versa)

Cons:
Price range; its located in a business district - you can expect prices to be slightly higher here.

It was a blast! ❤️

we booked a reservation on a different branch that’s why it’s kinda hard, but all the staff were accommodating and always ready to give help. they even gave us free van transfer on our desired branch. they were all patient on assisting us and very kind as well. overall, it was a cery nice stay in this hotel.! i loveeee it and will definitely booked here again on my next visit in Taiwan! kudos team!!

Perfect for convention center event

I stayed in the smallest room without windows, which was good for me because I wanted no distractions that window would provide. The hotel and my room had a trendy modern decor. The bathroom iattached to my little room was very clean and modern.

The free breakfast on the 5th floor was very nice, the assortment of food was great, and very nicely laid out for selection. There were several small and medium size tables to sit at. There was a person who records your room number when you first get off the elevator, and then your free to choose your dishes. The free breakfast experience is so good that I'm afraid by mentioning something will change in the future.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a two or three day convention center event which also very close to the terminal end of the Bannen (blue) line MRT

I can only relate to the room that I booked through a hotel agency. Can't complain as I only paid for the basic room. It has no window. Room was a little bit cramped but way more spaces than some business hotels in Japan. The walkway from the lift to my room was rather dim/dark. Wished it was brighter. The lighting in my room was also not bright enough. Service wise: found staff very friendly, courteous and helpful and dedicated overall which made my stay all the more pleasant. Breakfast was always good. Thanks to the chef and kitchen hands for their diligence and dedication in providing variety of top quality breakfast dishes. Connection to wifi which required password was sometime a bit unstable. It would drop connection when I was in my room. The handy portable router that the hotel provides as a backup in case of such incidence is reliable and connection is good. Distance to the Nangang Software Park Train Station is only about 2-4 mins. It is also near the exhibition centre and nearby shopping mall which has a great variety of eateries and restaurants. 7-11 which is just next door also provides convenience as it is 24/7. Overall would recommend for business travellers on short stay to the exhibition. Travel to Taipei main station and other stations are easy.

Great, affordable hotel that is so close to everything. Rooms vary greatly in size. I had the smallest at only $99 (even though it was during Computex week), but even then the bed was a queen size. Breakfast every morning was adequate. Service was fantastic. Always fast and friendly.

Great hotel

The bed was enormous, the shower was palatial and accessible, there was a generous breakfast and a lovely free toiletry gift. Plenty of snacks, juice, water, tea and coffee were given in the room, and at the front desk there is a huge candy bowl. Room was conveniently on the ground floor and separated from reception and outside noise by a glass door. Staff was kind and helpful. There is a 711 next door and a food court in the CTBC building across the street. The hotel is within walking distance of the subway. All in all a lovely hotel that provided a great first impression for my visit to Taiwan.

Not a pleasant stay. The room is humid and the bed sheet and blanket had the wet humidity smell.
The shower drain clogged up and the water doesn't flow down. Carpet wasn't vacuumed properly.
You can see many white flakes on the carpet.
Breakfast is bad as well, not many selections.

So So Hotel, needs lots improvement.

The room is very humid when I checked in, the comforter had those odor smell when the humidity level is high. The room seems not been thoroughly vacuumed. The drain in the shower area is clogged up. They need to do a good check checking the details.

No center room temperature control in the winter

To my surprise, this hotel does not have central temperature control as far as heater goes. They ended up to send me a portable heater which was not able to heat up the entire room as expected. Also, the WiFi signal at room 207 where I staied was so weak that I ended up to connect my laptop via an ethernet cable after complaining. Other than that, room condition is acceptable.

The room was new, clean and very comfortable. We stayed at a few hotels in taipei and this one was by far the best. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little far from the city centre but taxis are cheap and the train station is close. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a bargain in terms of value. Room is clean and new. Only complaint I have is that the ceiling is a little low.
Breakfast is nice and varying buffet menu.
It's about 35 minutes away from Taipei main station by train MRT. Nangang Software Park station is about 7 minutes by walk. You can go to the MRT station via the Financial Center / Department store right across the street. The department store has many restaurants on 2nd and 3rd floor ranging from Berger King to Italian to Cuban sandwich if you like American/western food. Of course there are many Chinese and Japanese and 1 Korean restaurant.

It takes 35-40min to downtown so I felt it's a little far, but still I will probably stay here again in the near future.

Excellent place for business & pleasure

Forward Hotel in the Nangang District is an excellent choice to stay for business or pleasure. Located in the growing Nangang Software Park, the hotel is conveniently located near the metro system by which you can get all around the city. The hotel is very well appointed with clean, comfortable rooms at very reasonable rates. The staff ,all of whom speak english very well, are excellent and works very hard at ensuring guests have comfortable stays. The breakfast included in the room rate is excellent with many choices of well prepared western and eastern food. The Internet connectivity is first rate too. When I visit Taipei again, I'll be sure to stay at this hotel again.

excellent cosy chic hotel

it is a real surprise to step in the hotel and the room. the design is chic and well-cut. i like the details around the lobby and corridor. the room is not that spatial, but the bed is extremely large and comfortable. big than king-size. its layout is different from normal hotel. the writing table and service corner were arranged along the window. the fridge could be turned off. when it is on, it is a bit noisy. the bathroom has a bathtub! although the hotel is quite far away from any sightseeing, it is very close to MRT. the transportation is quite convenient. the breakfast at the rooftop is good. they also have a laundry room for free use. i found it valuable to stay in this hotel.

My stay at Forward Hotel on May 11th & May 16th 2012 are excellent. As a frequent traveler with medium budget, I booked my hotel via internet for 10 years with some good and bad experience. This hotel rated well as the surrounding transportation is very good. Room are relatively small but very well designed, utilised & maintained. Breakfast is good too with free flow coffee even a waiting area is a plus for me. Staff are friendly, helpful & very courteous. I love my stay there, highly recommended.

感覺房內設備是有些歲月但盡力維持的住宿.此次住宿210，沒有明顯打掃不乾淨的地方覺得感恩。床跟枕頭都舒適。
冷氣按鍵跟螢幕都模糊不清，位置也很低，要自己用手機手電筒照射才看得清楚。
第一次遇到冰箱有一個專屬的按鈕要按下去才有功能，所以第一天不知道的情況下請櫃檯提供冰塊。也因此發現房門沒有設計外窺，無法確認外面按鈴人是誰，也沒有門內鎖鏈。
兩晚都自己把椅子跟行李架堆放門後才能安心入睡。
最不喜歡的是浴室設計是不完整的乾濕分離.
兩天早餐都算滿意。

재방문 의사 100% 청결하고 맛있고 안전한 호텔

난강전시센터에 매일 가야하는 출장이었어요. 5호선 난강전시센터 1번 출구로 나와서 구글맵을 보고 부지런히 걸으면 10분 내에 호텔에 도착할 수 있어요. 6층 단독건물이고 1층에 세븐일레븐이 있어서 너무 편했어요. 호텔 건너편이 대형 쇼핑몰이라 푸드코트에 식당이 많고 스타벅스, 맥도널드도 그 안에 있어요. 호텔 주변에 공원과 깔끔한 마천루들이 많은데요. 저녁에도 대형몰 외관에 장식적인 알록달록 불빛이 들어와서 여자 혼자 다니기도 겁나지 않았어요. 호텔 가까이 버스정류장 \"난강소프트파크역\"이 있어요. 구글맵 보면서 8분 정도 걸어가면 사거리가 나오고 타이페이 메인역에 가는 버스가 있어요. 대만도 우리나라처럼 버스 도착시간을 알려주는 시스템이 정류장마다 있더라구요. 난강전시센터나 난강소프트파크에 출장가시는 분들에게는 아주 좋은 선택이 될 것 같아요. 3성급 호텔이라 거창한 조식은 아니지만 매일 조금씩 메뉴를 바꿔주고 4박 중에 2박은 김치를 먹을 수 있어 좋았어요. 첨부한 사진처럼 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 침구상태도 좋았어요. 대만에 모기랑 바퀴가 많으니 조심하라고 해서 초긴장하고 왔는데 구경도 못 해봤네요. 둘이 지냈기 때문에 엘리트 트윈룸을 이용했는데요. 넉넉한 공간은 아니지만 지낼 만 했습니다. 특히 욕실이 넘 깨끗해서 욕조에 물받아 놓고 거품목욕도 하고 왔네요. 스텝들도 친절하시구요. 1층 로비에 정수기와 컴퓨터, 소파, 커피와 티가 준비되어 있어서 자주 이용했어요. 6층 조식당 옆에 아담한 헬스장도 있고 휴게공간도 있어요. 참, 시내나갈 때 택시를 주로 이용했는데요. 20분 정도 걸려요. 타이페이 시내가 서울시처럼 거대하지 않아서 전철역까지 10분 걸어가는게 소모적이라 생각된다면 택시를 이용하는 것도 좋아요. 택시비는 우리보다 더 저렴한 것 같아요. 타이페이 호텔 가격이 미쳤는데 이 가격이면 매우 합리적이라 생각합니다. 재방문 의사 100% 있어요.

早餐很棒很豐盛吃的很開心，唯二缺點1~隔音很差半夜快2點還可以聽到隔壁聊天大笑的聲音。

各部屋に温泉が出るのが最高でした。水着で入る浴場はジャグジーが多く、広いので子供はプール感覚で遊ぶことができました。

餐廳工作人員服務真的很好，尤其是現場的兩位男服務員，環境、餐桌整理很快，態度和善，真的很棒！
1F咖啡機不太好用，建議將使用方式或順序寫清楚，開機後一直有吵雜聲，停一會沒聲音，再按一次流出的是髒水，就又停了，後來選擇放棄，櫃台雖有服務人員看我們〈當時無顧客〉，未主動給予協助，我們也就不便求助

静かな滞在にオススメな良いホテルです。

静かな環境を求める方におすすめのホテルと思います。周辺は道幅が広く穏やかで落ち着きます。部屋は清潔でとても過ごしやすいです。廊下の音が響くことは唯一のネガティブなポイントです。一階にセブンイレブンがありとても便利です。飲食店やマッサージ店がたくさんある都心を希望される方にはあまり向いてません。但しMRTで30分くらい移動すれば都心部に行けます。私にとってはベストなホテルです。南港展覧会場には歩いて5分くらいで行けます。21時までですが、周辺の飲食店が豊富です。

台北中心から少し離れているが、個人的には満足、 4人部屋（4台ベット）に3泊しました。特に朝食が良かった。機会が有れば又宿泊したい。

ちょっと古い建物ですが、きれいに掃除されていて快適なホテルです。価格の割に朝食がとても充実しています。南港の展示会場から徒歩5～6分なので、展示会に行くにはとても便利なホテルです。ただし周りに飲食店は少なくバーやマッサージなどのお店はないです。ホテルの横にコンビニがあるのは便利でした。ハイウェイの入口が近いため祝日の昼間に桃園空港までタクシーで40分でした。

南港展覧館でのイベント参加のために利用しました。この時期（10月中旬）会場まで歩くのにちょうどよい距離です。設備、アメニティは日本のビジネスホテルに近いです。些細な点ですが－洗浄機付き便座の洗浄水の方向がヘンでした。宿泊した部屋だけの問題と思いますが調整が必要です。
