Stay 5 days at Rm 5001. Room was very spacious and clean. Drinking water was replenished very day. The stay comes with breakfast which is more than adequate. The only downside was the bathroom. They should have installed a shower curtain. Will come back to stay at this hotel.

The stuff was very kind and understanding. I also love the amenities and little café. I would recommend this to anyone. It's close by to Taipei 101. It's a good walking distance to the street. Very good experience.

The Tango Hotel Xinyi is \"just right.\" The people working in the hotel are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great and not too expensive. The location was great (a short walk away from where I needed to be. It is not a fancy hotel but it is a very good one. I recommend it!

First of all, the staff here are polite.

The room and bath room are big and comfortable. Water and ice machines provided and mini-bar snacks and drinks are for free.

The famous Japanese restaurant is super close to you.

And also have Supermarket, Convenient store and coffee shop not to 2 minutes walk.

You can see Taipei 101 every day by walking to the right to the bus stop.

Location here quite calm but close to city center and not too close too the crowded area which is very nice.

It is located around some shops and lots of restaurants nearby. We choose because this hotel has room with washer & dryers and stores around. It is short walking distance to public transportation and not far away from the city attractions. This hotel offers hot breakfast buffet. The staff are so friendly and I would recommend people who either travel for business or leisure with family.

Great place convenient to Bannan Blue metro line as well as many busses. Couch in our executive king room looked a bit dated with some stains but overall very clean place. Rooms facing road have some noise as the hotel is on a main road but we brought earplugs. Good value for money

It was recommended by a business counterpart who travelled frequently to Taipei as a choice of no choice considering it was a last-minute trip, Realised it is now a Motel... perhaps catering to the nigh cats!

I was given a good referral but upon arrival, was taken aback by the cleanliness of the room and musky smell, albeit it is a non-smoking room.

But most detrimental is the very late check-in time (4 pm) that is not \"friendly\" for business travellers...

Not sure if I will consider it for my next trip to Taipei...

Great hotel with amenities

Check in was slow but that’s the only thing I didn’t love at this hotel. The customer service was excellent! breakfast was very good And Lulu who works in the morning was very friendly.
The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing! Jacuzzi, steam shower and sauna. Water bottles everyday. Close to the MRT you can walk.

Leaving, We dropped a passport in the room when we left and figured it out once we got to the airport 😟 I called and not only did they find it but they put it in a taxi and sent it to us so we could make our flight on time.
10/10 recommend.

I was told the place is known for people to come do the dirty deed. The room has stains on the couch and chair, the coffee table is full of cup stains that they say it’s imprinted on the table and can’t be removed. Also right when door opens noticed a puke stains on carpet nasty AF. The shower floor look so worn out as well. And ripped carpet. Overall this place needs a major renovation, I would never stay at this location again. Oh they also charge to use the phone as well, I’ve made a call to be fair was kinda long on the phone but costing $210 NT not cheap for maybe 20 minutes.

Satisfied repeat customer. Old school rooms greatly suited to business travelers. Not much natural light, but very 'manly' rooms. Carpet may be a little faded, but linens are immaculate. Airconditioning is deceptively cold, which is very appreciated. 1 minor wish is that the toilet does not have a bidet hose or system, when even public toilets feature them in Taiwan. Due an upgrade soon. Stanley and Joyce at the front deck deserving of special mention. Friendly and helpful, kudos to the whole team

Overall the property is nice, clean, convenient to dining and transportation. The only short coming is reliability of Internet (WiFi). It's either off-line or very slow for smart phone or laptop. This is one important area that the hotel needs to invest and upgrade.

Property is in an excellent, newer area of the City. Easy access to all forms of public transit, great shopping and fine restaurants. I stayed in two seperate rooms and both were comfortable. Like may rooms in this city, you do need to pay a higher fee to have a window in the room. Those new to the city should also be aware that like most buildings in the city, the hotel does not have heating, so during a cold spell, the room can be quite chilly.
I did notice some room minor issues, like a poor fitting shower door. Hotel entry and general appearance is a bit drab with almost no greenary incorporated.
Interaction with the staff was limited to check-in and out, put both were done promptly with additional help as needed.
I did not partake of the hotel food service as the surrounding area and options met my needs better.

The room that I had, Majesty Suite, came with a jacuzzi and living area. Breakfast buffet was adequate comprising mostly local Taiwanese dishes.

Be careful that not all items in the room are free of charge - the specialty coffee is not free.

The stay was alright. Location not bad, near 101 (walkable). Room is spacious. However , they are very sticky about late check out. They do not allow late check out even for an hour. They will charge NT600/hr. Would think they can provide free late checkout for up to an hour as part of customer service.

Hotel was 2min walk to Yongchun station (blue line). 10min walk to shopping stretch of Mitsukoshi, Breeze Center, Bellavita.
Check in was a breeze. My luggage was in my room even before check in.
Room was clean, my suite came with a jacuzzi deep tub with tv and a panel to control the lighting and music. Amenities were great! They provided Evian water, soft drinks and high mountain tea in the room.
Only complain is there's not much good food around the area, esp. late night.

Disappointed with Service Level but Overall Ok

We had been staying at Tango Xinyi frequently over the past few years till Yr2017. We were always greeted when we walked past the reception area previously. But this stay made us feel disappointed that the warm greetings we used to get ... are no longer there. Employees were always engaged I their own conversations instead of greeting the guests. But overall the stay was still comfortable and location was easy accessible to a lot of places.
