Great, affordable hotel for my work at WTO. Short walk to Taipei 101 MRT, Linjiang night market, tons of restaurants. Staff is tops, aim to please. I explain tradeoffs for excellent price: building is very old and prone to mildew smells, but staff work hard to keep clean and ventilated. When this caused problem with my initial room assignment, I was given different room, even upgrade, immediately. Workers note wifi is good not great, about 4-8 mbps dld. I'm deeply indebted to kind woman clerk at night who helped me locate best signal (2d fl.). This is plenty speed for most purposes, but I did have to find alternate location for a populous Zoom meeting. Finally, old nature of building meant limited electrical outlets, none in bathroom. OK for me. Overall Guide was a great and economical choice for my work stay, and I will be back.

Very nice staff. Willing to help you. They offer customer luggage holding before checking in and after checking out for FREE! Minutes walking to 101, train stations and bus stop. 7eleven and Chinese restaurant ( breakfast style) at right corner. Room is clean, dry, quiet and good space! We will comeback for future Taipei visits for sure. Very strongly recommend this hotel to all. If they can put an electric receptacle by the head board, we would give them 6stars rating 😜Thanks you guys.

It’s a in a great location, within walking distance to a park, the subway, a convenience store, and a bunch of restaurants. This is a self service and self checkin hotel which we weren’t aware of though.

This place was dirty. Very dirty. Someone's hair was on the sheets, more hair on one of the towels, trash under the sink and behind the door, and the ledges were so dusty that I was afraid to set my drink on it. Fortunately housekeeping came and cleaned up after I complained, but they still didn't get the trash cleaned from under the sink or behind the entry door. I certainly won't be back.

The hotel smelled like old cigarettes, the room was small and the AC barely worked. The receptionist wanted to charge me NT$ 2,000 to extend checkout an hour.

We need to pay NT200 for early check in at 2 pm. Requested for the receipt and was told no receipt to be given. One of the night when we went back to the hotel and realised that 2 rooms at the same floor were opened. Due to safety reason, we informed the receptionist and were told that they are doing housekeeping and she questioned us back 怎么了in a impolite tone. There were also mosquitoes in the room. We will never stay in this hotel again with such poor customer service and uncomfortable environment.

The staff was very nice, But the when I walked in was hot and dark... poorly cleaned room hair on the floor in the bedroom and the bathroom. Not sure who the used room slipper was for but they stay in the corner of the room.

The place was very dirty. As soon as we walked in, it had a musky smell. The floor had so much hair that I was able to collect a giant hair ball in a corner. In addition, the bathroom floor had hair on the floor and the bathtub. It was like it was not clean at all. We booked for two nights and I have informed them of the condition of the room, and they said they would tell the lady to do better for the next night. Nope. It was still filthy. The bed was a queen; yet, I'm sure it was two twin size bed squeezed together as you can feel that one side is higher than the other side. Also, I stubbed my toe at the end of the bed where the two beds were misaligned. The table and the shelves were full of dust too. It was definitely not worth it to save money and book this place, highly recommend you to look for other places to live.

Booked one night for New Year‘s eve, outrageous surge in price. Small lobby, the room is tiny with street noisy. They put a big chair bench on the side of the room which block the closet door. The closet door does not open unless the bench is moved but there is no space to move the bench since the room is so tiny. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was hard to find - the main entrance was tucked away in a small alleyway. The hotel was average with basic amenities. The noise from the street and within the hotel could be heard clearly. Overall the stay was ok since I was there only for a night and wasn't there to sleep.

This is a small hotel and does not look impressive from the outside. The location is perfect as it's a 10 minutes walk to Taipei 101 & the MRT station. They outsourced their breakfast to Barista Coffee Café which is a short 3 minutes walk. It was a nice café and the breakfast was good.

The room was great for what it was and far better than most 3 star hotels in the U.S. except for the square footage. The room was small by U.S. standards - it IS a boutique hotel in Taiwan after all, so not a problem for me - but was clean, looked nice and priced well. Not sure if all rooms are the same, but mine had a large jetted tub with a shower hand wand vs. a stand-up shower. A reasonable, open person looking for a good \"room\", will be good with the HolyPro BOUTIQUE. A picky, demanding person expecting a large lobby and western style experience should look elsewhere - like back home. There's a nice little bakery (local goods) maybe 100 feet from the hotel and other food just around the corner.

We picked this hotel because it is close to exhibition center and 101 tower. The hotel is not in the main street, but location is great. Room is ok. The shower is not very user-friendly, and there is no sink inside the bathroom. Also the smell of the room is not very good. The front desk staff is very friendly.

The name of the hotel is very offputting. Holy Pro is a poor translation. I guess Holy was being like a paradise and Pro was supposed to mean for professionals. I don't believe that the owners realise that to the english speaking world it suggests it is a brothel for prostitutes.

This hotel is pretty new so perhaps the conditions were good as well. But really pleased with my stay (4 Nights). The room is very pretty and service is good as well. Very near to Taipei 101 and to the convention centre (just a stone away). If you can't afford Hyatt hotel but still want a decent place to stay, HolyPro is the choice. I had no issues with the bathroom amenities. (bath tub was huge and made of stones) The water flow was good. Only issue I had was a cockroach -like insect crawling from behind my refrigerator. No noise as the windows are pretty tightly locked. No outside view (which is good because nothing much to see anyway and taipei is pretty noisy).I will highly recommend this place.

恐らくはラブホテルを運用しているのでしょう。部屋の掃除について、シーツはきれいに変えてはいると思います。しかしそれだけで備品を補充する以外にろくに掃除機や雑巾がけなどはしてないと思います。どこもほこりが溜まってました。

前日に「自動チェックインをして下さい」とパスワードが送られてくるのですが、結局自分でできなくて、そこの従業員にやってもらいました//4/14に女子ハーフマラソン大会があって（スタート時間が5時半）市政府に近いためここに宿泊しました。建物が古いので汚い？のは仕方ないかな。部屋にセイフティーボックスがないのが不安でした。フロントに鍵付きのロッカーはあるのですが、開閉はここの従業員しかできないとのこと。で、その開閉が出来る人も限られているとかで、預けませんでした。従業員で日本語が話せる人はいませんでした。

コンベンションセンダーと101ビルに近いホテル
コンベンションセンターでの学会に出席するため利用しました。コンベンションセンターを利用する人にはかなり便利です。MRTの駅からもかなり近いですが、表通りに面していないので、場所は少しわかりずらいです。Wifi無料との表示でしたが、Wifiは繋がりませんでした。備品のカップに洗い残しがあった、バスルームがちょっと臭い、など突っ込みどころもありますが、コストパフォーマンスから言えば許容範囲かと思います。学会であればまた利用しますが、単なる観光であれば次回は中山あたりにしようかと思ってます。
