非常喜歡他們的床。硬度是我喜歡的微硬。被子也相當舒服。馬桶是自動加溫馬桶、晚上上廁所也不怕冷。唯一一個小缺點是椅子和床之間空隙太小。有陽台是加分。位子在地鐵站旁邊、附近有很多好吃的美食、還有7-11，全家便利商店、超市也不遠。非常方便。櫃台員工親切有禮。早餐在平均水平。

The room is clean and good size for family room. We got space to open our luggages.
BF good, lots of options, but the menu will be the same, change every 2nd day. So if you stay more than 2 days, you'll see the same menu. But it taste good though 😊

It turned out to become a nightmare on 11/12/25.

After we finished our dinner and headed back to the hotel around 9:30 p.m., a female staff member at the front desk told us that a hand towel was damaged. We were charged NT$200. I requested proof of the damage to the hand towel. A staff member opened a wrapped package showing a towel with some grey spots and told us it was permanently damaged. I asked him how he could prove the damage. Then he told us the charge was reduced to NT$150, as if he were doing us a favor. Since we had stayed outdoors all day and felt tired, I tried to avoid further argument over this ridiculous claim and paid NT$150. I also requested a detailed receipt. He handed me a printout showing “Damage charge, NT$150.” I told him it was not sufficient to clearly describe the damage to the hand towel. To my surprise, he told me either to wash it out myself or pay the charge, speaking to me with a dirty look.

I was angry. It was not just the towel incident. The staff member suddenly asked me whether I had accidentally taken a clothes hanger in my luggage. I had enough patience to continue speaking with him, and I requested to speak with his manager. Unfortunately, he told me he was the manager, Ricky, and that he was in charge of the front office that night. What could I do?

I faced unreasonable and unfair treatment in this incident. Based on my experience as a victim, I will never reserve this hotel or any hotel in their chain.

I had a great stay

I had stayed in this hotel numerous times and have seen improvements like coffee bean machines and self check in kiosk. Don't forget to maintain the fittings like taps in the bath tub, basin and shower. Still my go-to hotel as I am a smoker and a coffee lover and it's near to my business places. Small hotel to walk to smoking area and many places I can get my fix. The metro station entrance is just next to the hotel. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was quite good, but I did notice that the restaurant staff, while wearing gloves, did not change them between clearing dishes, wiping tables with detergent, and then setting out clean dishes and fresh food. The hotel is conveniently located—just a few minutes’ walk from the MRT, and right across the street from a 7-Eleven, a breakfast shop, and a supermarket. Overall, the cleanliness and room space were average.

The property is conveniently located near the train station, with a 7-Eleven right across the street and local markets close by. The customer service was excellent—very friendly and helpful staff. There's a restaurant connected to the hotel, and each day there were different food options and fresh fruit stands right outside, which was a nice touch.

The room was huge and very spacious for the price—definitely a great value. While the carpet could use some freshening up and the room had a bit of dust that needed wiping down, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort. I’d stay here again for the location, size of the room, and service alone.

This hotel truly delivered on location and comfort. It was within walking distance to clubs, shopping, and lots of unique local experiences that made exploring the city exciting and easy. To top it off, the hotel was located right next to a train station, which made getting around the city super convenient.

The room was a pleasant surprise spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a bathroom that was equally roomy and well-designed. It was a great place to relax after a full day (or night!) out in the city.

If you’re looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and access to Taipei’s vibrant culture and nightlife, I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location next to subway

It was super convenient as the hotel is right next to the train station. Easy to get everywhere and close to food, restaurants, etc. We had a lot of fun on this trip. Would go back and stay there again. It also comes with free breakfast.

The location is unbeatable, 1 min walk to the MRT station and 7-11 just across the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The free breakfast is wonderful and tasty with many different options. The staff are quite polite.

However, inside the room is not very clean with lots of dust above the bed head.

There is no common computer or office for use. It was hard to change the room once we paid to Expedia directly. Traveler protection plan was hard to cancel once you paid for it. The bath tub is too hard to get in/out easily for a shorter person. There is no key chain on the door for security.

It was just an overnight stay but staff member LaLa made everything less stressful for me. I was communicating with her when I was still in USA. Her English communication was great. She understood my needs. Made my transportation easy from airport to the hotel, then from hotel to Keelung Port for my cruise. Miss LaLa is very pleasant. She is a valuable employee.

Extremely convenient being next door to one of the Blue line exits. The complimentary breakfast has great selections, and good quality. They kept our luggage for several hours after we checked out, which was super helpful. Very happy about our one-night stay here. Will return next time.

Carpet could be replaced in the rooms. We have 3 rooms staying. We request room cleaning daily but one of the room was not clean daily.

Great for the price!!

The hotel is in a fun area with many reasonable places to eat and shop. The lobby is plain and dated but the room was lovely, clean, modern, well appointed, and comfortable. There was a balcony but had no furniture out on it to enjoy sitting there which we would have utilized. It is convenient to trains and taxi service. The breakfast area was very nice and had a wide variety of choices to eat. There was a lovely park within walking distance that we walked in each morning. The staff was very nice and tried very hard to be helpful, but there was a bit of a language barrier. They spoke minimal English, howerver we did manage to communicate. . They did store our luggage for us the first day as we checked in early and had a tour to go on.

Not the worst. Small rooms. I did encounter a foreign hair in room near the coffee. The bed is comfortable. The hot water never was hot and they did some maintenance immediately outside of my room at 8am on Sunday. It was loud and woke me up several times. There was no warning. It is removed the the Taipei city hustle and bustle but still very convenient as the blue (Bannan) line is a 90 second walk from the front of the hotel. I did not experience the breakfast. Check in was fast. The price matches the value. I'd stay again if I was on a budget.

Location is excellent, lots of small shops and good small restaurants around and 7 eleven is just across the street from hotel (every day different type of foodscarts parked beside hotel ! I enjoyed eating different type of foods) MRT is so close 1 minutes walked!
Cleaning staffs need to improve the standard of Cleanness of sinks and vacuuming carpets!
Breakfast is nice with variety foods everyday! Overall I will stay at this hotel location in future visits! (for those travelers who love nighmarket and lots of walking, this hotel location is excellent)

Clean hotel but my room was very small.
I picked a room with balcony and lost several square feet of space. Great location near exit 3 of the Houshanpi MRT blue line no 20. 711 across street has ATM withdrew money from my USA debit card easily. Some good local restaurants near by, and some food trucks come too. There's a really good fried chicken place to the left of the hotel for a quick meal.
Ubers nearby also usually 1-3 min wait for pick up. Staff was nice fluent in english and breakfast was good. Could get western style eggs/toast/ or eastern style porridge. Elevators were a little slow. Laundry for 70 ntd wash 80 ntd dry was helpful. Taxi for airport pick up and drop off arranged thru hotel too price was excellent

I visited the hotel with my mother to visit family. We found the hotel clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful and it is conveniently located close to an MRT station and has a 7/11 right opposite with other local cafes/eateries along the adjoining roads. The price also reflected the hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would visit again.

Overall I liked this hotel,. The staff spoke English well. and were very helpful. The location was convenient and some decent shopping in the area with a 7/11 right across the street. We stayed for 5 days and didn't feel cramped. However, we were on the 13th floor and there was some sort of loud water pump that would run every so often. The room itself had a worn carpet, and the wall paper was peeling in places. Probably the worst breakfast at an Asian hotel I have experienced, but this is an indication that they have more Asian guests than American I suppose. Still great breakfasts in the area, if you like dumplings, which I do!

This new hotel has a very smart room design. Super clean, comfortable with great bathroom fixtures. Check in was so fast and easy. Located right next to the blue line in a great neighborhood with many trendy shops and good good choices. The view of Taipei 101 from my balcony was an extra bonus!

I have a very special experience in this hotel. A big bag of bottles for product development purpose which are brand new with price stickers which were thrown as a trash! When I realized it and told the staff how important they are to me. The manager took a very fast actions and tried their best to buy me back all items which I did have photos on hand. These bottles are from three different merchants. They are sending back to me by courier. The degree of helpfulness, I really have nothing to say.

It is just next to subway and not far from the train station, very convenience. The only thing you have to consider is the size of the room, it is not that big but acceptable. Anyway, all room sizes are shown while you make reservation. So nothing to complaint.

In an ordinary area with lots of the everyday goings on round about. Strange room with entrance way and basin with bath and shower crammed in next to it and beds crammed into another part. Midget ,useless verandah. Everything worked. Breakfast for Asian tastes with token offerings for Westerners in another bizarre dining room layout. Whole place looks like it was designed by someone who had no idea about hotel business.

Our expectations were exceeded and every that we needed was available at the hotel. The location is great too for kids! Very accessible to all the great places in Taipei.

Our family really liked our stay here. Our room was nicely designed and stood out from all the hotel rooms we've been to. It was close to the station and lots of food around. Buffet breakfast was really good. We could have eaten there everyday. We had different dishes each day with variety and fresh fruit. Coin laundry with dryer was available. Staff spoke English and very helpful. They offer maps as well. Hotel was close to a park where I can get my run in. Park had alot of people doing tai chi in the morning. Nice to see. One suggestion is the rug in room and bath room floor tile needs a bit of cleaning. Very minor. A brush can clean up the tile and a deep carpet cleaner for the rug can help. They offer slippers which is good.
