Asked for a tax invoices due to tech issues could not printed out, asked to email didn’t send any email. Emailed them again no one answered. Then had to call to get an invoice. 4th attempt had to take just to get an invoice. In that sense it is poor and need to work on it. Otherwise it a good place to stay.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was very spacious. Had everything you needed with a decent sized kitchen, table & chairs and lounge area with sofa, coffee table and large tv. Bathroom was big with a corner spa bath and shower over it - the extractor fan didn't seem to work very well though. Bed was comfy with electric blanket and a tv in the room. Parking in front of unit made it easy to unpack & pack up. We have stayed here before in a different room type and would absolutely stay here again.

I would happily recommend staying at The Fairley Motor Lodge, as it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect for where we needed to work for the week. The room was quiet away from office and other rooms with parking out front. We only needed a bed & spent no time in the room which was good because couch very uncomfortable. Cleaners serviced daily but missed that we needed replacement toilet roll and lino floors need deep clean. TV in room does not have own remote, only one in lounge. Front door needs adjusting because sticks & very loud to close. Close proximity to beach walkway a bonus.

It was very disappointing to find that the room we booked didn't have a spa bath as advertised in the wording and photo's. The glasses were very dirty in the cupboard and the shower had an extremely mouldy surround around the door. The bedding was nice and the beds were comfortable.
