A wonderful warm and friendly greeting on arrival was a great start.
The room was very spacious and SPOTLESS. The bathroom was also large, and although a little dated, was also super clean (and I am very fussy).
Lovely, sparking pool and plentiful parking, neat and tidy gardens. It was quiet and secure and I cannot fault the property at all.

Room was dirty, stains on the floor, no AC, decayed food in the fridge, Bathroom not clean, Towels not washed, No internet. Receptionist with poor communication, you ring they don't pick up and they don't provide their official email unless you make a request. If you email them, it takes days and days to get back to you. I claimed refund but they refused, I am considering lodging a formal complaint because my kids became sick because of the terrible conditions. The government should take relevant regulatory action against them.

This budget motel is located centrally in Albury. Easy walking distance to central business district and shops. Quick and easy check in. Although older, this budget accomodation was safe, clean with comfortable bed.

The only good thing about the place was the pool. The room had a bad odour, no tv remote when we asked reception we were basic told looks like the previous people must have taken it and that they’d see what he could do but probably wouldn’t have anything. Would have complained but didn’t think we’d get anywhere the person who checked us in didn’t seem to wanna be there themselves.

We stayed overnight on our way to Sydney. My kids refuse to share a bed so it was nice to find accommodation with bunk beds in the family room. The beds were comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep.

However, the tiles on the shower floor were cracked and water was obviously getting into the sub floor as the tiles just outside the shower were spongy and squelched water up onto the floor when trod on. (We reported to reception but the person on duty didn't seem to care)
Was a bit dissappointed that there were no toiletries supplied, only wall-mounted liquid soap over the sink. A wall-mounted body wash in the shower would have been very handy.

On arrival at 4pm the reception was no occupied, we later found ot never is, guests having to ring for service each time they needed assistance. Immediately on entry to the room we were disgusted by the condition of the room, the floors obviously not vacuumed, and couch still had crumbs from last guest. The quilt was covered with unidentified stains and on asking for replacement bedding were told to bring the quilt to the laundry where an unfolded blanket was left at the laundry door for us to collect, this was also not the cleanest. The curtins were also soiled. The advertised wifi was non existent and we were told on check in that the motel no longer provided breakfast as advertised. Although close to the venue we were attending the atea was extremely noisey causing a restless night. If there had have been another motel colse that had a vacancy we would have asked for a refund and relocated, unfortunately there was not. Will definitely never return and won't be recommending to anyone.!

We found the motel clean with (almost) everything we needed (there was no milk, bathroom mat or wifi). It IS dated, and families should note that the top bunk did not have a guard rail, so isn’t suited for many users. There were towels, although they were a little old and thin. The walls are fairly thin, but other users were pretty quiet and it’s clear that the motel are trying to limit noise from others.

Hotel reception friendly enough but sadly that's about it. Other guests who we travelled with reported to us that their smoke alarm battery was beeping during the night. This was a return stay for children’s sporting event. Welcoming staff were helpful and friendly. Price was reasonable. It was what we needed a bed and shower, which were okay. However the bunk beds in our family room could use a bit of WD40 to stop the squeak and the bath towels need to be upgraded as they had a few holes in them.

It smelt like wee, the shower had hair in the drain and on the walls. The beds were horrible. The neighbors were out of control, foul language all day and night screaming at the kids. The tv remote was. Isn’t and had no batteries. We were told he didn’t have any spare remotes or batteries. The bunk beds had no safety rail and the ladder wasn’t fitted so the kids wobbled going up and down. Horrible place.

The Fountain Court property is conveniently situated in Albury city within easy walking distance to dining and shops on Dean Street, Brady's Hotel bar and Sodens bistro. The rooms are clean, comfortable and not too poky. Service is good including notable helpful attitude. Security to main office is sound including intercom sysyem requirement, would be good to see similar arrangement fir units or possibly screen door fitting for unit. Spent 220 bucks on ANOTHER nights accommodation elsewhere. Never seen a more dirty, noisy, scary motel ANYWHERE. Check in was 1pm.We arrived at 4 & room still being 'cleaned' (I use the word loosely) arrived back 90 minutes later and cleaners sitting out the front of the room having a smoke... Room looked half cleaned. People next door had like 7 kids running around carpark... Naked and Screaming obscenities. And then to top it off another dude arrives next door to us after doing a burnout IN the carpark. Feral kids and parent thought it was Xmas. Decided chance of car being there in the morning Zero. Time to go... 😢

Should have called the police. Guests in the room next door were drunk, swearing and banging things at 1-3.30am. Rang reception, no answer, no response from staff on site and too scared to deal with it myself. Have requested a refund for that night and staff response was that he would email owner. Surely he has the offsite owners phone number! No response even with phone call since about refund. Do not support this hotel as they do not care!

This place was extremely dirty.. blood up with bathroom wall and when I told the reception he informed me he would clean it only to come home from dinner to blood still on the wall.. there was no soap or other condiments.. the beds were rock hard you were sleeping on springs would not recommend at all

$270 a night in geelong was way high priced for the quality. The area looks scary/dodgy with scary looking people around (sorry for the description but this is how we felt). The door did not even have a chain unlike our friend's room. We didn't end up staying there so wasted the $270. The lady who was at the front desk was also very abrupt and unprofessional.
