Was a perfect location to stay and cook a thanksgiving meal for our Quebec family. We had our furry family as well and they had lots of space to roam the family suite and outside. Usually with a pet friendly motel its not very clean and spacious but this place was lovely! We will definitely be back again. Thank you for your service!

Pas de serviettes, pas de savon dans la douche, pas d'eau chaude, le lit était inconfortable et les draps étaient de piètre qualité, les rideaux étaient très minces et transparents et la porte ne se barrait pas. Le seul point positif est que la réception a pris l'initiative d'appeler pour préparer notre arrivée tardive.

Le motel est au bord de l'eau , les chambres ont vu sur la mer, mais au dela de ca des table a picnic, adirondak, et foyer sont dispersés un peu partout pour profiter se l'extérieur. La chambre et le mobilier n'est pas de premiere jeunesse, l'ensemble est propre mais il ne faut pas s'attarder aux details ( toile d'araigné dans les coins, join de douche). Le Monsieur a l'accueil est super .

What they show as rooms on their website is the largest suite. We didn’t have a room adjacent to the office. We were in the smallest room across the road (round tower like building. When arriving, the woman serving us couldn’t find our reservation but the gentleman was quick to give us our key. No glasses and coffe cups in room.

This motel was clean, kid-friendly, and quiet, exactly as described. The view is lovely. The only drawback was the noise from the highway, but that is not the fault of the motel, and can’t be helped. We arrived late, and the responsive staff accommodated a late check-in with ease. We wished we could stay longer!

Ok place. Nothing fancy. Definitely can use an upgrade. Left 2 days early. Not impressed with service. They dont clean rooms or make beds. Ask them to make are beds and the never did. I was there 7 days. Plumbing failed one day so no water for most of day. Asked them to clean my shower as when water shut off it backed up shower. Nope! They didnt come clean shower. Where difficult to get good service. Nobody in office after 5pm. Its a very beautiful location but needs to new management to bring back to its former glory. Cheers!

As it was off season the property was dark on arrival. I had trouble getting the lockbox open in the bitter cold. The place was really comfortable and spacious with all things supplied. However the sink in the bathroom was barely draining so we had to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth. I called the number on the billboard outside to get the matter fixed but the response was in French only and spoken too quickly to copy down the email provided for contact. I know some French but not enough to copy down the email spoken that fast. I did report this to hotels.com and they said that the owner would be advised and contact me directly by email. 2 days later on checkout there had been no contact.

Bien qu’ils se vantent d’avoir des installations modernes, je les qualifierais de « bric-à-brac ». Porte patio qui ne se barre pas de l’intérieur, moustiquaire temporaire qui se décolle du murs à tout bout de champs, mobilier daté, rideaux qui ne se ferment pas pour cacher la lumière, etc… Mauvaise expérience au départ. La femme de ménage qui essaie de rentrer avant l’heure du départ convenu de 10:00. Et de plus, ils nous demandent de sortir les poubelles! Bon, j’en ai assez dit… vous voyez le genre d’installation…

Amazing location near a great seafood restaurant and beautiful beach across the street as well as wonderful walking on a small road along the beach. It is peaceful and relaxing. The hotel is overpriced for a road side motel but we didn’t have many options travelling with a pet. When our toilet got plugged we had to wait for the next day for service to find a plunger ourselves we were left frustrated. We also were not allowed any more cups when asked.

We stayed in the family room (it is basically the part of the house over the checkin). The size was great. Full kitchen, stove, fridge and dishes. Two rooms and good beds. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of the floors and especially the couch. If you have pet or dust allergies, it may not be the place for you. Also, privacy was not great. Missing some curtains/shades on the doors and some windows. (With camper parking at the back and regular parking at the front we generally felt \"on display\" when we were in the living room/kitchen). As for location, it was very convenient off the highway however nothing walkable from there.

We were going to arrive much later than the regular check-in hours. So when I called to advise them, they offered to simply leave the key (actual key 🗝️) in the room for us, which gave us more time on the road instead of having to rush to check-in.
Rooms were separated in different buildings, and ours was a little difficult to find but it was great for a quick night sleep before heading back on the road the next day.

Beautiful location but cheap construction of motel units allows for every sound your neighbour makes to be heard through the walls. Also, tv and wi-fi didn’t work, tiny fridge made a huge buzzing sound and motel sent an email before check out saying you’d better clean up, otherwise you’d be charged $50 for not washing a cup or leaving a chair a few feet away from where you found it, or not emptying the garbage!

Ce motel est très usé, l'état général de notre chambre était plus que moyenne. Mobilié usé, plancher croche et inégal, pas de téléphone pour rejoindre la réception. À notre arrivé il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Je ne recommande pas.
