No parking unless you want to pay for it in there basement I paid online for the room and then they want your credit card incase you damage something for the price it was average

The room is very big and clean. Every thing is great and comfortable. Good for binging pets. Definitely coming back.

Room was very clean and spacious. The building is modern. The bar was not open (despite being advertised) and was advised it will be closed for another few months due to low customer volume. The bathroom sink design is very impractical. The tap is on the very edge of the bowl and water just goes everywhere. They should replace the taps immediately. The shower also leaks and floods the floor. The water pressure is poor. Except for all of this I would still recommend staying here, it is very reasonably priced, very clean, modern, and comfy bed with premium furnishings.

Woman on reception, incredibly unhelpful and unreasonable. We made a simple request to store some frozen wagyu that we were gifted, overnight in their freezer, no deal, so we had to bin about $150 worth of meat. Apparently she has no access to the kitchen, never known a kitchen and staff fridge to be under such high security

We thoroughly enjoyed the room look, location and staff were great however the main amenities were after are a comfortable bed and strong shower and unfortunately these were lacking. The bed felt very boney and cheap as springs were evident and cover to mattress was thin.
The shower had two heads but both were cheap and weak pressure instead of hydrotherapy shower that was advertised for the one bedroom suite.
We were also surprised all crockery and cutlery including coffee cups had been removed from the kitchenette- again a big reason we booked a one bedroom suite as we were there for the marathon and needed all of what we've listed for a good nights rest, recovery shower and to eat pre run food and simply enjoy the in room coffee machine

Beautiful modern rooms in a handy location that is close to Marine Parade, as well as the supermarkets and shops. Dogs are allowed, but my only gripe is that the pet surcharge is excessive. It's $150 per stay and other places charge $50. It really ought to be a bond that you get back if there are no issues, as it adds a lot to the total cost.

A stylish art deco inspired two bedroom suite in a fabulous hotel. Two things I wanted but were not available or possible: captioned television (spoke to staff but they couldn't assist, so made a complaint to ensure all tvs are installed 'captioned enabled') and a wardrobe in the second bedroom.

Nice room. There is a separate TV area from the bedroom, which is nice, but it also means you can’t watch TV from bed. The lighting in the TV area was strange - only one switch to turn on three lightning areas, so it was either super bright, or dark.
