Valet and bar staff are the heart of the property. Food is always good and easy at the hotel bar which feels like the hub of the property. This hotel was in its hey day in 1996 and shows it. Remnants of the ritz Carlton still shine thru but property is in dire need of a facelift. Hot water in the shower is hit or miss. The staff remain positive, friendly, and professional. I would go back for the service but don’t expect much from rooms.

This was a lovely stay. The rooms I feel needed updating but looked classy.
The resort is in a beautiful setting. The price of drinks and food were very reasonable compared to the prices on the strip.
The village area also has some good eateries around. Highly recommend if you want to have a change of pace from the heart of Las Vegas.

I stayed one night for business, and was delighted by this beautiful property. Everyone on staff that I encountered were warm and welcoming. My room was clean and I LOVE a separate soaker tub in a hotel bath room. This was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, and the pillows were heavenly after an incredibly long day. I reserved a lake view king room, and thoroughly enjoyed the view I woke up to. The Village property adjacent was a cool place to walk and had some great food/bar options and salon services if you have a day to spend out there.

The room had two sets of French Doors. One set in the main room the other set in the bedroom. Both sets of doors were warped at the top and bottom of the doors. When the wind started blowing hard around midnight against the doors the openings allowed air to come into the room along with a loud whistle noise. I tried to secure the doors but the noise lasted for hours.( I have a recording of the noise and pictures of the openings on the doors)
I called the front desk in the morning and asked to be moved.
I was moved to a similar room in the same area. When I arrived at that room the counter top and floor in front of the TV was full of food crumbs. The room was not checked before the Hotel staff gave me the key and told me it was ready for me. Over all not a good experience.

None of the restaurant or stores were prepared for the mass amounts of people.
The smell was horrible. There was some kind of plumbing problem. The sewer smell was unbearable.
Definitely not a resort or spa by any standards!

I arrived around 5:00 for a dance competition and needed to get ready and my room was not ready till I was at dinner. The hotel smelled terrible and was concerned for my health. We had a 30 person dinner reservation at the Italian restaurant and they were so rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. I believe the whole resort was under staffed. Coffee took forever, there was one person working the gift shop and Starbucks. Seasons grocery was the same way (although they were very kind) totally under staffed and both places ran out of ingredients. Just seems like the whole property was not prepared for the amount of people that were there.

Hotel has bad smell. We visit because kids dance competition 2/2026 and booked two queen bed room, room is fair clean but hair dry is sticky and dirty. Room door run out battery at second night so need technician change battery. Towel is very firm. Might because it’s a big events they are not prepared good for a lot visitors in same day, pre-order next morning room breakfast delivery but never delivered and phone no one answers. The restaurant offer buffet during weekend but on the day food in tray always gone soon and refill late. So we have to quick step out eat and back for competition. Never consider back again.

My first room smelled like sewage. I was transferred to another room and it smelled like sewage as well. I guess the staff got tired of accommodating me because they tried to downgrade me to another room without a view. They also stated that they couldn’t guarantee that it wouldn’t smell like sewage because they needed to flush their septic system. Walking the hotel you would get random hits of the smell as well. For the price I paid per night I’d definitely avoid ever booking here again. They wouldn’t provide me with a refund the second day of my seven day stay, even though I was unhappy with the smell so I could go to another hotel because I booked on hotels.com. One female even tried to act like she had never heard anyone complain, yet everyone was talking about it.

We loved how spacious the suite at this hotel. Will stay definately do a saycarton again. The only thing we had issue was that as soon as you walk into the property, it smelled like sewage even at the hotel hotel lobby. The smell was not in the room, thank goodness. The staff at the facility was very accommodating. They were very unhelpful. They gave me bad information getting to my room. There was no staff to bring up extra towels, so I had to go to the front desk and when I asked for extra towels, I was questioned why I needed them. No ice in the machine machines The shower was not hot water. There was also dried up caulking on the tile in the shower that no one cleaned up and had just dried. When checking in I could not get anyone to help me with luggage or a luggage cart. The kids menu an adult menu food at the lobby. Bar was horrible food that was cold and too crunchy. And since we were here for a convention for dance had asked if we could have at least a 30 minute extra checkout and they said no because they needed the room for other people to check in when the day before we weren’t allowed to even check in until after 4 o’clock due to a room, not being available because of late checkouts. The overall experience was horrible and if I didn’t have a dance competition here I would not have stayed here.

I wouldn't spend the money for the breakfast on weekends it's a buffet that is the same both days... in my opinion go walk to the village for that.... but everything else was exceptional!!! The staff was amazing as well.... the front desk day of check out was a little challenging over the breakfast tickets again wouldn't recommend that and if you pay for valet up front let front desk know that was another challenge at check out... but other than minor things this place is 5 stars!!!

Absolutely loved this hotel! I did not know what to expect when I booked, but I was looking for something a little different than your typical strip/las Vegas resort. This place delivers.. it sits right in the middle of a little community with restaurants and things to do. Easy to walk out to get a bite or a drink. Pool was closed, even when other Hotels in the area have their pools still open for the season, that was a major turn off, (this was not disclosed anywhere at my time of booking) when I talk about this to front desk his reply was \"Hilarious\"; he said, \"but we have a nice view to the lake\" LOL...and then proceeds to assign me a room with very limited \"LAKE VIEW\". The mattress was very uncomfortable, I had to deal with back pain all of those days, you can tell it has seen too many miles down the road (excuse my analogy), tile in the bathtub area wasn't properly cleaned, I paid the valet parking cash upfront and I was still charged for one day on my final ticket. I asked Valet guys to keep my car close by because I was leaving for dinner in 1 hr and when I came back they completely forgot and made an expression knowing their mistake but didn't say anything or a little apology at least.

Someone In the Hotel Called to check how my staying was going, when I mentioned all of this she said she will see what she can do to help but bever heard from her again.

So, overall my stay with Hilton wasn't as nice as I expected to be.

Kudos to the restaurant staff, they do know about customer service, they were great.

I need a refund or a partial refund otherwise I'm canceling charges on the credit card.

The staff “upgraded” our room, which means they gave our 4 person family a room with only 1 bed, instead of the 2 beds we originally booked. The room was also located very far from the lobby, about a 10-15 minute walk which was very inconvenient when traveling with our children. We also found dead ants squished under the glass tops on the bedside tables, and a very concerningly large amount of mouse or rat feces on our balcony. There was no attempt to remove or clean the feces after we mentioned it to the staff. They gave no effort towards any compensation or apology to us. We also found a cockroach in the hallway. When we asked for extra blankets for our kids on the first night, they did not bring them up. It was very late already, and my husband had to go down to the lobby to get the blankets after almost an hour of waiting. We were very displeased with our stay, especially after we got locked out of our room while our children were sleeping inside and the staff did not send anyone to help us into the room until we waited over 45 minutes and had to storm down to the lobby to demand they take action. Will not be staying here again or recommending this hotel to any of my family or friends.

Parking lot is attached to lobby but a 5 minute walk. Free parking only on the 4th floor.

Most of the free spa experiences was a sauna. The pool didn't work and only one lane as warm. There was no one there to make sure anyone was okay only the Front Desk person when you enter.

If you check in at night, the front desk staff might be hard to reach as most staff go home early.

The interior had a horrible sewage/wet carpet smell. It was nauseating to walk through the hallways on 6th floor and 3rd floor because of the smell. The room was ok. Very outdated. The electrical plugs were limited and not easy to access in the room. One of the sinks in the bathroom was not working properly.

The exterior was very nice, pretty and clean. Unfortunately, the shopping/eating area looked like a ghost town because most of the storefronts were vacant so the shopping and food selections were very limited. The fire pit burning at night was beautiful to see. The lake was a great view from our room.

I wouldn’t stay here again because of what I mentioned above with the smell and mostly vacant shops.
