It was fine for what it was. The rooms are narrow and there isn’t a great hangout area. The neighborhood is a bit loud. But the beds were comfortable and the ac worked. The staff was nice and helped when we repeatedly locked ourselves out of our room.

Staff is great and hospitable. The location is close to the beach and restaurants/shops are all around. The roof pool and bar are amazing. The breakfast included was delicious and with variety of choices. The price was good. We liked our stay here and would recommend this hotel.

Most of the hotel workers smiled a lot and were friendly. The pictures of how the rooms look are pretty straightforward. I rated 3 for cleanliness only because my bathroom had a lot of black ants & flying insects (which I didn’t have the hotel maintenance check anymore— since said insects didn’t bite me). Still, they may be a nuisance for some. Within the property are also a coffee shop (in which complimentary breakfast is served), a beauty salon, & a laundry shop. The hotel workers were overall attentive and good at managing expectations.

The staff was very nice and helpful. If you opt for breakfast you get vouchers for the cafe next door. Good cafe breakfasts, mostly silog options but they do offer American options. They also serve good coffee. The area is tucked away down a side street from the main road Osmeña and everything you might need is in walking distance. Good value and good stay overall. My only drawback is there were carpenter ants when we checked in but the staff took care of that right away. Also, we had to ask for toilet paper a couple times and at night the noise travels to the room, we stayed during Sinulog festival so it did get noisy in the evenings.

Was a very Nice and clean Hotel however my Stay wasn't enjoyable and booked out early

A blue Exercise Mat is not my idea of a comfortable sleep and woke up stiff and unrested .. YOU need to rectify this

Towels are big enough to dry a Baby but as a Adult maybe a leg

And lack of room safe makes things a little awrkward to keep belonging safe

honestly nothing special in this hostel, it looks like a buildings transformed into a hotel as if they made in each flour partitions but separated by wall, mostly looks like school buildings classes but in a very small size version, unfortunately the house keeping here are very filthy, lazy and nobody supervise their work, that is why the rooms are very filthy full of hairs, dust & other dirty stuff, the supervision is corrupted, not to mention the location is in a small rough alley.. I don’t recommend it especially to families..

The hotel was good, I would recommend it. Some minor problems, the bathroom sink was dirty, a corner of the bathroom cabinet door was missing the veneer, and no TV. The best thing was that there was 2 rooms and two bathrooms. This was perfect for my wife an I traveling with her mother. Staff was excellent, security went out of their way to be helpful. Area was conveniently located.

This was our first hotel ever in the Philippines, and the surrounding area was a bit rough. The place itself was great, the staff were friendly and we were so great-full for the Cafe that is attached to the hotel. The back yard to the hotel was a pleasent surprise. This place is a gem.

I am happy that I choose this place. The staff were all kind. Security personnels were helpful. The kids were happy with their bunk beds. All my family were happy to stay here. We were 4 families and everything went well.
The down part were the towels and trash. But when I requested it to be changed, they did right away.
Overall, I like our stay here. Thank you so much!

Nice modern hotel but service is lacking

This hotel is very modern for the area and was a lovely place to stay. I don’t think there was a restaurant though, but may have been a cafe next door. The reception desk took a 2,000 piso cash deposit on check in which I didn’t know was going to happen so I ran out of cash during my stay. They then made me wait in the hot lobby for it whilst they checked my room for damage upon check out. This is not expected in a nice hotel as usually the insurance is built into the price of a room. I also asked for a taxi to be booked and they told me to just go up the road with all my bags and waive one down in 30 degree heat. This was unacceptable in my opinion as hotels should look after their guests

Chambre pas propre tache de sang sur la housse de couette. Serviettes tachées,restant de poils sur les wc
Chambre minuscule et vétuste joints faïence jaunes. Mais le plus derangeant c’est la climatisation qui fait un bruit d’enfer qui vous reveille même avec des boules quiés.
Festival Sinulog le prix très élevé pour la qualité.
Seul avantage l’emplacement et le service laverie.

Das Zimmer ist ok.
Leider war eine Kaffeetasse stark beschmutzt bei unserer Ankunft, wurde dann ausgetauscht.
Die Klimaanlage ist ziemlich laut und die Zimmer sind hellhörig was den Strassenlärm betrifft.
Leider sind die Matratzen mit Plastik überzogen, weshalb man beim schlafen am Rücken schwitzt.
Das habe ich so noch gar nie in einem Hotel gesehen.
Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.
Reis und Ei immer dabei, das Fleisch dazu kann ausgesucht werden.
Alles in allem nur ein Budget durchnittshotel.

Das Familien Zimmer hatte zwei getrennte Zimmer (eines mit Doppelbett, anderes mit zwei Stockbetten), was positiv zu werten ist. Auch überraschend, dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hatte - sehr gut!
Leider entsprachen die Hygiene Standards nicht den südländischen, geschweige denn den europäischen, Standards - lieber nicht genau hinsehen.
Ameisen am Zimmer. Lage war okay, alles schnell mit Auto erreichbar.

This hotel surprised us. It was much nicer and cleaner than expected. Mattress was a bit thing though and it's not nice to have an airco blowing directly onto the bed (got us both a cold).
