The elevator suddenly shutdown while going up to our room. No bidet inside the toilet and the shower is sprinkling small amount of water. So, I had to ask for a pail and basin but only the former was provided. Overall, my stay there was worth the price I paid for. The staff were very accommodating.

I wish you will fix your shower as it didn't sprinkle well. Also, it would be nice if you have an installed bidet in your toilet. It could save a lot of tissue paper as well as for convenience purposes.

I stayed in a Superior Double room and for the price I paid, it was worth it; the room size was good and the room was very clean. The staff were very responsive and helpful and I even got to chat with the owner who is very pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no restaurant on-site, although there were a lot within walking distance. I also did not see separate containers or signs for recycling materials like plastic water bottles. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

If you value your sleep dont stay here. You will here loud karokee singing throughout the night. The breakfast is ok but limited in choice. If you smoke you have to go out the front in the street to smoke where you will be hassled by beggars and homeless people. On the first night we had to change rooms because our aircon stopped working. The next day our tv stopped working also. Tv channels are limited. The staff are very poilte though. But I will not be staying here again regardless of the low price.

i didnt like that your room had no coffee pot or toothpaste and tooth brushes offered as other hotels do ! Out side the streets are dirty a hotel that wants customers to come back should have the area around their hotel clean , the garbage laying around it needs to go . The food was very good and the service was excellent ! on a 1-10 10 being the best i would rate it a 6 . I hope in the future to come back and would hope they make a few changes so ill continue coming
here ! Thank you

It is a very centrally located hotel, and the service people will go out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast is simple but hot and fresh, 7-10am. Reception has nice relaxing couches and a lot of tables for a group up to 20.

Good location and friendly staff; but not as I expected. Just room and bed to sleep - ordinary view. Room smelled like somebody just used a liniments. Troubled using tv; had to go down and talk to reception as phone has no dial tone. Saw some ants in bed and in bathroom. Bathroom molds and dark spots between tiles, giving dirty feels. Ordinary and thin blankets. Just ok breakfast but not handicap accessible - elevator up to 5th floor - dining in 6th floor so has to do stairs. Would not stay again - I think there are better place at same price.

walking distance to a robinson mall and restaurants, laundry
neighboroud is safer than it looks, at least until late at night
staff was very helpfull

no safety box and mini fridge is an extra
need a second key card to keep electricity ON (when charging batteries for exemple)
window doesnt open for child safety so room stay stuffy and humid (i learned last day that you can request the key)

Overall Good Value hotel

Stayed overnight en route to Bantayan island. Room was clean and staff were courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was also good value for money. I just wish they had installed a bidet at the toilet, and provided the remote control for the A/C since it was difficult to control the air direction (it was pointing directly at the bed).

Helpful staff, let me leave my luggage while going away for 2 days. Clean and comfy beds.
WiFi was poor and breakfast only a few hours- acceptable quality...

Comfort at the Heart of Cebu City

Loved my stay at the Fuente de Oro hotel. The girl at the counter greeted me with a smile and made sure that the check-in and then later on the check-out process was smooth.

The room had comfortable beds, soap and shampoo (no toothbrush), good A/C, and the sumptious breakfast included made the deal even more sweeter.

I'll definitely stay there again.

It is still a nice Hotel tho :)

The hotel room was clean and cozy, the free breakfast was delicious and the presentation was such a surreal because they wrapped the bacon with omelet. Nevertheless, the front desk staff were intimidating, I did not see them smiling everytime we got in and out of the hotel. Moreover, we experienced delays when we called for any assistance, they were not answering the telephone instantly, like we had to wait for a minute for them to answer the call. Furthermore, the security guard was sometimes out on post. There was a time when we went out of the hotel and I did not see the guard on post. Lastly, we were not able to avail the free wifi. I hope they could fix that. I would suggest that they will put wifi routers to all the floors of the hotel so everyone can avail because it is very tiresome to go down just to connect for wifi.

My stay was almost perfect and I enjoyed it,
except that
(1) there was some problems in reservation and I had to wait a little upon check in, but a lady in the front desk solved the problems and it was a minor issue,
(2) the hotel mistakenly refund my hotel fee in full, and I have not been able to pay for my stay, which I enjoyed very much and which I want to pay.

６泊、立地が良く、生活する分では不自由を感じませんでした。床屋、洗濯屋、マッサージが徒歩１分。フエンテ　サークルのロビンソン　スーパも徒歩１０分。　ＷＩＦＩは風の強い日は速度が出ますが、途切れることが多いです。　
ロビンソン、スーパーか周辺コーヒー店で対応。　
タワマン3棟ほど建設中です。　夜間も工事するので．．．
　タクシー運転手には　ＣＥＢＵ　ＤＯＣＴＯＲＳ　hospitalの　Emergency　SIDEで対応。
海側にも同じような　hospitalがあるので注意。　乗り込む前にGoogle　MAP　　周辺外出時どんな服装をしていても日本人とわかるらしく注意。

利便性の高いホテル

フエンテサークルには数分で行け近くて便利です。館内設備はスタンダードルームには冷蔵庫は無し、ケーブルTVでNHＫプレミアムはCH806、無料朝食は数種類のセットから選べます。
宿泊者の９割程はフィリピン人、Wi-Fiは部屋では弱いがロビー、食堂はOK。ホテルの前に洗濯屋が有り便利な所です。デラックスルームはキングサイズベッドがある様です。

Fungerar för en natts övernattning i cebu.

Wifi fungerade bara i receptionen trots hotspots på planen, frukosten kändes lite liten, man fick t.ex välja på kaffe eller juice. Rummen var rena och bekväma. Acn av äldre modell och ganska ojämn i temperatur.
