I recommend booking a suit with a cabana it's so worth is. the ocean is visible from your cabana. Staff is so polite and helpful. Food is diverse and good- make a reservation to the restaurants upstairs. Make sure to go enjoy the roof top bar and pool, it's kind of hidden.

Small boutique hotel with plenty of options to relax and read a good book. The property was beautiful and the staff was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was so friendly and eager to help with anything. I enjoyed the food at all the restaurants but I'd say, my favorite was the one with Jamaican cuisine. I enjoyed both pools and the entertainment was mild for those looking for a more calm evening. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was excellent, they go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a lot of action, stay somewhere else, this place has a very laid back vibe. Never had to wait for a lounge by the pool or on the beach. I was looking for a place to snorkel without going on an excursion, and this fit the bill. There are coral reefs right in front of the place.

Very clean throughout. The staff were attentive, friendly, and respectful. The food at all four restaurants and the café was excellent—fresh with a great variety. The only downside was the pool water, which had a bitter, unusual taste—I couldn’t quite tell what it was (it didn’t seem like salt or chlorine).

There are truly so many amazing things to say about S Hotel in Montego Bay. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and fun, every single person we encountered went out of their way to make sure we were having the best possible experience.
Our room was beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable, the perfect balance of modern design and relaxing luxury. The hotel truly delivers on its promise of boutique luxury. It’s in the thoughtful details: the beautifully designed spaces, the curated daily events, and the overall atmosphere that makes you feel both pampered and completely at ease.
The food was outstanding, and each restaurant had its own unique, stylish vibe. The DJ at the pool brought such a great energy, it made every afternoon feel like a celebration without ever being overwhelming.
Honestly, we’ve never felt so welcomed or had such a consistently wonderful experience at a hotel. It was unforgettable, and we will absolutely be coming back. Shout out to Andres. My fave to say hi to in the cafe.

This resort did not meet expectations, especially for the price. Upon arrival, we had to sign a document stating that the property was in disrepair and that some services were unavailable—none of which was disclosed during booking. Restaurant reservations were unavailable, leaving us with only the buffet, which was disappointing. On top of that, several services, including room service, required additional fees despite being advertised as all-inclusive. Overall, this was not the luxury experience we were promised.

This trip was amazing from start to finish. The hotel is clean and the amenities were plentiful. The staff were phenomenal, very personable, kind, courteous and attentive to our needs. The food was outstanding at the
Marketplace buffet and the 3 other Restaurants. The daily and nightly entertainment was perfect. The musicians were great! I would recommend this place for others to stay and even consider going back there again.

The room was amazing and thoroughly cleaned everyday! The staff were so nice and attentive. The food was great for all inclusive. The main pool could have used more thorough cleaning and testing. The upstairs pool was wonderful and th me views up there were fantastic! The beach was lovely but be prepared for the cruise ship sailers as they occupy a large portion of the beach. Be prepared to make reservations for dinner, wearing a wristband and the towel service at the pool and beach to be very strict to one towel only. Overall a wonderful stay!

This was by far the best all inclusive I’ve ever stayed at. If you like fresh food that a some Jamaica flair to it you will love this hotel. I cannot recommend this place more. We are well-seasoned travelers with two teenage children. This was the best experience we have ever had. I would recommend this resort to people who do not need a party vacation, but are looking for high quality luxurious relaxation.

Pros:
- Food food food(so much variety, always available and fresh, creative offerings, amazingly tasty)
- wonderful shower(water pressure, heat)
-daily entertainment(every day had unique activities from hotel history tour to trivia, to water aerobics, to beer pong to dominoes and so on) It was fun to lounge for a bit and then play.
- evening entertainment(mostly a variety of bands, singers... but played great music and all done by 10pm)
- not crowded(always a cabana, a pool chair or a beach chair available. buffet is not a mad dash, but calm and easy to navigate)
- staff(so helpful and accommodating)
- resort size(only 115 rooms with all spaces around the pool. We were there with a 15 year old, a 17 year old and two 80 year olds. The resort was so easily accessible for all. We met so many families with kids and the kids were able to all run around the resort. Perfect size)

Cons:
- wifi was extremely spotty. This could be due to the hurricane and could be considered a pro as my kids had to stay off.
- rooms feel a bit tired, but who stays in the rooms.
- fitness center is small, but does the job.
- evening entertainment is more geared towards adults.

Amazing views especially from my balcony. Being on the beach was a huge plus. Staff was amazing and very helpful. The lobby atmosphere and decor just pulled you right in the moment you enter. The food was good. Pool and surrounding aesthetics were very nice. This hotel had everything - pool, beach, walkable to may shops, local restaurants, casino, and night life. Definitely one of my favorites and will be returning.

I loved my stay at the S Hotel. Everything was beyond clean. Food was amazing.Very satisfied even after such a tragic incident just happening. Extra perks like full service while even on the beach they set you up a spot with chairs , unberellas, and drinks brought to you ON THE BEACH . That was awesome. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars was because we had 2 extremely rude female staff. I get it times was not the best for staff knowing that some still didn’t have power or fully functioning homes to get back to, but it was as simple as saying excuse me to gain their attention and the response was to turn around and frown their face up. Not all staff was that way thank god everyone else was beyond great and helpful from the bar,cafe,front desk, to security! Thank you S Hotel we enjoyed our stay and will be returning!
