We were 4 collegagues at a conference in walking distance from the Hotel. I can deeply recommend a stay at One 11. The Area is quiet. It is near the Central part of NOLA. All in all a super nice stay.

Our room was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was so comfortable and our pillows were perfect. Very quiet and loved how safe and secure we felt. We even got snacks and hung out on the rooftop lounge area and it was beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel and it’s in the middle of everything. Guest pass to the gym in the mall was nice. Later me and the wife went to the Cinema across the street in the mall so that was really cool and then we walked to dinner which was not far away. Would stay there again.

The stay was ok. Amenities were only available one day due to a private party. There is no parking on the property. Expect to pay about $60 a night for parking behind the hotel. The aesthetics of the hotel are nice however, I expected more from the room, such as a fridge and a microwave. Continental breakfast was included. The room was clean. Overall a 6/10.

No gym on site. Gym across the street at Canal place has very restricted hours to be useful. Location is close to waterfront and easy to go for a run from the hotel. It is also so close to bourbon street and Frenchman for daytime walks.
Breakfast was average and monotonous. Same boring stuff everyday. No real on site restaurant for dinner. Only a small bar and small plate meals available.
Pool is small and depressing.
Staff is helpful.
Hotel did not own any parking. Outside lot is $67/day. A bit overpriced I thought.

The pool is small but a good spot to just hang out and cool off. The hotel is walking distance to all the cool spots like Bourbon, Decatur, Canal. Super close to Cafe du Monde in Jackson Square. Simple fruit, pancakes or waffles, yogurt, cereal and coffee breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here.

The air conditioner seemed to be on a timer app it’s important to set before you turn in for the night.
Breakfast was decent but the coffee was quite weak. There’s a coffee shop PJ’s right across the street if you like a stronger brew. They open at 7am.
Rooms are good But on the smaller side. Wasn’t an issue considering we were only in there to sleep and shower. Ask for a corner room if you want/need more space!
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would rebook ONE11 on another stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property has a very unique and modern style that really stands out from other places in the area. The bar and restaurant space was beautiful and created a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. What impressed us most was the staff — everyone was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic place for anyone looking to stay in the heart of New Orleans and easily explore Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again.

Property ok but staff made experience poor. Had very expensive FedEx package sent to me there on weekend and staff received and put in their storage without contacting me or delivering to room even though room # was on it. That caused me real problems having to return back to hotel to get it. There was no apology, no sense of care about the situation, basically blaming me for the problem saying I should have been checking in with them to see if a package arrived. It would have been very easy for them to let me know it arrived, think it was the only package and they weren’t busy. They had it for about a day, I was lucky I hadn’t left town or it would have been a really significant problem for me and cost much more than just the trip back to the hotel. It was a medical device I needed for treatment. The worst part was how badly I was treated even though I didn’t really express the extreme frustration I felt. I wouldn’t want to stay at a place with that level of service for the price I paid. It made me realize the other deficiencies too.

Location: the hotel is very modern and situated off the beaten path, which makes it more secluded and quiet. It was still within the French Quarter and accessible to all of the popular tourist areas.

Staff: they were very nice and courteous. However, the only issue I had was when I was trying to check in earlier and they told me they would try to accommodate but could not. I then expected to check in during the actual check in time (3pm) but was told my room was not ready by then. I did not have anywhere to go and was frustrated that I had to wait an extra 45 minutes to get into my room.

Cleanliness: the room was clean when we entered. However, the staff failed to clean the rooms on subsequent days. I tried leaving for most of the morning and came back at 4pm to find that the room had not been cleaned. I had to track down the housekeeping staff just to get fresh towels and toiletries.

My overall impression is that this is a nicer hotel and was quite pricey. However, for the cost, I felt that my stay was subpar and lacking in many areas. Having to check in later than the stated check in time and then not having the room cleaned during my 3 day stay there was disappointing.

Le bâtiment ainsi que la chambre sont bien mais nous avons été déçus des installations en comparaison des photos sur le site (piscine, resto, chambre). Notre arrivée s’est bien déroulée, mais les employés, par la suite, semblaient peu intéressés et pas nécessairement à l’écoute des besoins des clients. Finalement à la lumière de tout cela, nous avons trouvé l’hôtel cher par rapport à la qualité de la prestation.

We had a lovely stay. Beds were comfortable and our room with 2 Queens was very spacious. There can be some loud outside noises due to close proximity to the train tracks and river. Love the French Quarter location, very walkable and historical building with charm and character. Continental breakfast was just okay but was included in the stay.

Generally a good place to stay, with a few caveats.

Very reasonably priced and in a good location: walkable to French Quarter and in a quiet area on the waterfront. Rooms were clean and well decorated, but a bit on the narrow side.

The free breakfast was a nice touch, but generally functional, not exceptional. The rooftop patio was really non-existent.

Unfortunately, most of the staff was not very friendly or service oriented. Most came across as rather indifferent, and some were downright grumpy!

We stayed here as a family — from Monday to Friday. There were two adults and an 11 year old boy. The location was near the Mississippi River and about 4-5 blocks from Bourbon Street. Lots of activity nearby — but the hotel, itself, was nice and quiet. It is a historic building that has been beautifully renovated with a modern feel — but with some of the historic elements still intact. It was very clean too. We didn’t use the pool or gym (was there a gym?) But we had breakfast each morning before beginning our days. I would highly recommend One11 to anyone!

Our room had a great view of the Mississippi and was very comfortable. However, we had to call maintenance as the shower did not drain...the water pressure in the sink was practically non- existent. Upon arrival, there was hardly a greeting at the front desk and we had to ask about the complimentary bkfst. No greeting in the morning either as the gentleman at the desk was staring at his tablet. On saturday bkfst was not available at 845...so we had to go out for bkfst. Melissa the bartender was terrific and very friendly and always greeted us. We will definitely visit again but at a different hotel.

Hotel was very clean. Hallway temperature on our floor was cold...66 degrees. The batteries in our remote control were dead and the maintenance guy was very helpful replacing them. Continental breakfast could have had a few more choices. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to riverwalk, casino.

The facilities are nice enough and the architecture is cool but it is loud. Like, bladder-shaking train whistles blasting through your room 5 times in the middle of the night loud. And bone-shaking steamboat whistles during the day. They actually provide earplugs it’s so loud.
Maybe it’s my fault for trying to sleep rather than partying all night.

The hotel is very nice and well positioned (close to any tour start point we had arranged). Rooms comfortable and clean. The front desk staff has been outstanding with any query but particularly in helping me with a package delivery i had arranged while i was there.
The breakfast , altough continental, was a bit scarce and the breakfast attendant seemed quite stressed and annoyed at questions/requests.
Overall I would surely recommend the hotel.

We’ve stayed in a wide range of places during our 15 years of annual trips to New Orleans, and I think this one will be right in the middle. It was fine. Not bad, not great, not memorable, probably wouldn’t go back.

They DID let us check in a few hours early with no charge since our room was ready, so that’s nice. The welcome at check-in was lukewarm — and no perks or benefits or anything. That’s fine.

My biggest qualm is that the photos posted here are misleading. The rooms don’t all have these big, bright windows. Our room — while spacious and clean — had one tiny, dirty window facing the parking lot. At night, the big parking lights shine right through it — so you have to close the blackout curtains (which I hate, because I always wake up in complete darkness, not knowing what time it is, even if it’s 9am).

Mattress and pillows are very comfortable though, I’ll give them that. And the AC worked pretty well to keep the room cool.

Coffee in the rooms was barely drinkable. Don’t even ask about tea. Not much better at breakfast. Breakfast is disappointing in general. A few pastries, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. If you can’t have gluten or dairy, you just have fruit.

Very nice common area on the first floor for working or hanging out, but bar opens at 4pm — very strange for a city like New Orleans. Most hotel bars are open the majority of the day/night here.

The “rooftop” patio on the 8th floor is 2 little lounge areas facing the river — but any wind or bad weather make

Everything about this hotel was great. Location. Staff. Cleanliness. Beds. Amazing place to stay. One note. The shower is frosted on the side facing the beds, so you see the silhouette of the person showering. But more importantly, the glass is clear on the shower door. So if someone wants to use the toilet or sink while you are showering, you will see them naked in the shower. But we would absolutely stay here again as it really is a fantastically run hotel.

Very nice facility. My only complaints are the parking which is $67 a 24 hour period and the wall that separates the bathroom from the sleeping area is frosted glass so if someone is taking a shower you can practically get a perfect silhouette of that person. Not a big deal if it’s your partner but if you’re traveling with another couple or your parents or anyone else it’s no bueno. Also when the bathroom light is on it completely illuminates the sleeping area so no sleeping in when the first person gets up to start getting ready.

Hotel was ok. Bathroom was a bit grimy - soap in shower from previous guests! Bathroom fan not working. Tv didnt work when we arrived but was sorted. The alarm clock time was wrong - simple things should have been checked prior to check in. Breakfast was good, but often had to wait for things to be replenished.
Walking distance to canal street etc. Didnt feel the safest of areas walking back.
Being next to the train track you can hear their horns/sounds - so not the most peaceful.
For a small personal hotel in a walking distance to things, its ok but needs more attention to detail

I stayed at the One11 Hotel for 4 days during my trip to Nola. I landed in Nola a few hours before check in. I went over there expecting to leave my luggage until check in but was pleasantly surprised when I was advised my room was ready for me. Upon entering the room, it definitely gave me lofty vibes. The room had exposed brick, high ceilings, very chill and most importantly super CLEAN! The bed was very comfortable, I was actually looked forward to coming back just to sleep. The shower was spacious and no issues with hot water.
The location was perfect, Riverwalk is literally right behind the hotel and you're a short walk to Canal, Bourbon and Frenchmen.

The only part that felt off was that they had me sign something saying they could enter for service, but I never saw anyone my whole stay. No refresh, no check in. Then checkout day housekeeping was knocking like it was urgent on my door to remind me to check out. With that said, I wasn't really in the room like that anyway and needed nothing. I was outside enjoying the city, so it didn't ruin my stay... just something to note.

And I also appreciated them holding my bags due my late flight out. I got to enjoy Nola a little longer w/o dragging luggage around.
As a solo traveler I felt safe the entire time and I will definitely return.

Impossible to keep light out of room at night (huge window in shower, and shower is separated from rest of room by a frosted glass wall, so it was a glowing wall all night) and poor sound insulation (on 5th floor we could hear the street.) Cute little hotel. The reivews you've read about the bathrooms are true - there is no privacy so don't bring anybody you're not QUITE intimate with. Bathrooms also have no fans as a fun extra. There are housekeeping services available but they have to be requested at the beginning of your stay or by calling the front desk directly when you need something. Also no refridgeratoes so bringing home leftovers from restaurants is not an option. Not sure what the hype with their breakfasts is because the only hot food was either waffles or pancakes (depending on the day) and if you don't get there right at 8 when they open, it'll be a while before you get any. The bar is lovely and it's within great walking distance to everything you could want to see in the French quarter at an okay price.
