Everything about the hotel was neat and clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
It has a good sized pool, with a decent number of sun loungers and umbrellas and there is a beautiful beach less than 100m away.

Excellent Location

The staff in the hotel are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them the breakfast is very goodwith a wide variety for everyone, didn't have evening meal so cannot comment.Location right on beach.

Best small hotel on Ayia Napa

We stayed here for 6 nights and the staff were wonderful good selection of food for breakfast,rooms are very clean and the service in all departments is exceptional.Special mentions go to Spyros the Manager ,Andrea Katie Jutta, Pascal, Gabi and everyone else who make this hotel so welcoming and feels like home from home.

Staff were mostly great. Food was good and generally the facilities were good. The only thing I didn’t like was that someone was smoking in the hotel but nothing was done about it.

Super friendly service, great hotel

Amazing stay at the Anonymous Beach Hotel! The staff was the friendliest we have encountered in a while, the room facilities were sufficient and clean, the breakfast was amazing (we were mainly eating the cheese, vegetables, fruit etc. but others looked good too).
The pool is nice and the pool bar has food and drinks served during the day again with very friendly service.
You can access the Sandy Bay beach with a 2 minute walk right across the hotel. The small beach is lovely, has nice weaves and a water sports kiosk (people were very friendly there too, we tried the parasailing and it was great).

Very well placed in the centre of Ayia Napa with bars and restaurants easily accessible by foot. Limited parking on premise but we found for all three nights. Sandy Bay beach is right in front but run by the municipality so parasols and beach chairs have to be paid separately. Very rocky beach, small, not that nice. Gets very windy in the afternoons.

Best about this property apart from the amazing view (sea front top floor room - 5 starts!!) was the customer service! From the manager of the hotel to the receptionist to the staff at the dining area, etc everyone was super friendly, polite and professional! Would definitely go back! We received 5 star treatment and the hotel is well located too! Right in front of the beach, 15 min walk to Nissi beach, 25 min walk (or a quick 5 min taxi ride) to the nightlife area and plenty of restaurants and little shops around :)

All the staff are very Friendly. The hotels dinner buffet food is amazing the breakfast is basic nothing amazing but there is everything to get you started for the day! The rooms are excellent and most of all the manager is the nicest, polite and most attentive person ever ! If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t re visit as he made the experience highly pleasurable. The smallest things sometimes mean the most ! Would definitely re visit! Would highly recommend. The local beach is a 10 second walk. Nissi beach is a 10 minute walk

An amazing (small) pool with comfortable deckchair

A perfect combination of a family hotel (comfort, friendliness, value) with a \"I want to be in this kind of hotel\" (the pool, the view, the location, the food). You do need to splash for a 4* if you take a few little compromises. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Highly recommended!

Stopped here for a mid week three day break. On arrival plenty of parking, friendly staff who were very covid compliant! I had a nice clean room with a partial sea view and a nice little balcony. Mornings were spent on the beach and afternoons by the very nice pool. Food and drinks were at a reasonable price. It took about 15 mins to walk to the centre of Ayia Napa on an evening although very quiet as expected at the moment.

I would most definitely stay here again and I highly recommended staying here! 😊

Great hotel close to Vathkia Gonia beach...however

Great hotel close to Vathkia Gonia beach....however, there is a new hotel being built 100m away which was incredibly noisy throughout the day (as of 13/10/2019). The location is slightly out of the main town, so we found getting decent quality food more difficult without travelling 25 mins into the main area of Ayia Napa.
The hotel was clean & the service is good overall. The beds were okay but the pillows left us both with neck pain which spoilt the overall stay.

Amazing customer service, very friendly staff. Renovated property. The dinner could be improved by adding desserts. The location of the hotel is ok, a bit far from center, 45min walk, and 25min walk to Nissi Beach. I wouldn't mind the walk if it wasn't extremely hot and humid. Public transportation is not well developed in Ayia Napa, no signs for bus stops neither schedules.

All was very good, the position next to the sea and the very friendly staff. The manager is near the costumers and the staff so he knows exactly the needs so he developed the hotel in the highest degree !!!

Anonymous Hotel is like you are home!

All the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful especially the manager and the women from reception ! For this part they deserve like 11+ from 10 ! :) ... because we felt like home !

The room was nice and clean 9 from 10
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom ok 9 from 10
The only issues regarding the room was the balcony which is a little bit small that s way i only gaved 9 from 10

The hotel is located like 20-50 meters from the beach.
They even gave us two pairs of slippers

Amazing Location & Friendly Staff..!

The hotel is located right across Vathia Gonia beach, literally a 2 minutes walk from the hotel front door. Personally, I think Vathia Gonia is even better than Nissi Beach. By the way, Nissi Beach is about 8 minutes walking distance as well i.e. walk across the beach to Nissi from Vathia. Lastly, the city centre with all the night life is about 15 minutes walking distance. In terms of rooms and amenities: the swimming pool was cool, tasty breakfast, room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and air-con was good! The hotel staff friendly and speak English =)

Anonymous hotel is a perfect hotel for couples. It should be of 4 or even 5 stars. My husband and i enjoyed the stay very much. Very clean, staff super friendly, and most of all the food was superb. The restaurant manager did everything to make us happy. I strongly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. It is 1 min walk from the beach.

Everything was great, stuff very friendly and helpful, generous hospitality, breakfast and dinner are delicious, room was clean and the view was perfect for sea view room and the pool always clean. We got a small problem regarding to our reservation but the manager Mr. Spyros solve it for us in a very professional way.

Anonymous is situated right next to the beach Vathia Gonia Beach, which is a pleasant little cove with decent sand.
Rooms are minimalist and clean, although wardrobe storage is limited.
The one morning when I went to breakfast, many choices had run out half an hour early and weren't replaced. I don't know what I missed, but what I got made me wish I'd stayed in bed.

Apart from the rooms, the hotel needs serious maintenance. They should provide free wifi in the rooms and swimming pool not only in the lobby! You cannot charge for the use of the fridge in the room! The restaurant offers good food and drinks at reasonable prices.

Das Hotel ist modern,sieht aus eher wie ein 4Sterne Hotel.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.Das Hotel liegt bei einem wunderschönen Strand.Schönes Pool.Man bekam ein Welcome Drink,was oft in 5Sterne Hotels fehlt,ich war begeistert.Da das Hotel ja kein 5Sterne Hotel ist, man sollte nicht frischgepresste Säfte für Frühstück erwarten,sonst bietet das Hotel ein wunderbares Frühstück an,mit grosser Auswahl.Man hat jeden Abend verschiedene Life Musik zur Abendessen,oder Feuershow.Das Hotel neben an spielt bis etwa 22Uhr ziemlich laute Musik,sonst ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig.Perfekte Ort für Erholung, liegt ausserhalb der Partyszene, trotzdem nah zu allem,was man braucht: Restaurants,Nissi Beach,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Auch die bekannte Discos sind zu Fuss erreichbar, nach etwa 10-15min Spaziergang.Alles in allem, der Aufenthalt war perfekt.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.Ich würde definitiv weiterempfehlen.
