Overall the stay was good. The pool area was conjested at times and some other residents would reserve their sunbeds from the night before. This caused some issues and complaints but management applied their policy a few days after our stay started which made it fair for all.

The hotel is in a quieter area of aiya Napa and is 2 bus stops from the amazing Makronissos beach and a 15 min bus Ride from the more bustling area and harbour. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Breakfast had basically the same food everyday for the 5 days we stayed but dinner had a different theme every night. Would be great if pool hours could be extended. pool opens at 9am and closes at 6pm but the weather is so amazing during June that it was a shame not being able to enjoy the pool for longer and earlier in the morning. The room was comfy and very spacious. Overall was an amazing and relaxing stay.

Everything was as expected , v good staff , nice hotel , perfect location . The only minus were the sunbeds on the pool , we stayed 1 week there and not even once we could profit from these sunbeds, always reserved and busy .

The room we had was with a view of the nissi beach. The view was great, hotel is just infront of the beach. Very nice view. The hotel, pool and the room was clean and spacious for two. Breakfast and food was great, lots of options to choose. Transportation airport-hotel was organized by the hotel. Overall the stay was great! Staff were helpful. We recommend this hotel.

This resort is slightly over rated. My opinion it’s 3 star not 4. Pool and location is amazing. Beds are horrible. Only has mattress topper (they claimed to have posturpedic in rooms) no duvet just sheet and cover. We had deluxe suite with bedroom and bunk bed. No bunk beds offered. Bath tub jacuzzi did not work. My husband had back surgery and needs proper bed and bath helps with neuropathy. Thanks to the Chinese massage therapies outside by garden helped . They are probably best he’s ever had according to him. 👌 Only 40 Eu for 60 min.
Great breakfast buffet assortment! Only one Tiny elevator … can fit 4 adult max. Front desk not friendly . Need $10 per towel deposit cash only.

Came with my family to have a good rest, with my pregnant wife, and a 8 years old boy. At the check in we had to wait for a half an hour to receive our keys, because only 1 receptionist was working.
When we came back to our room at 9.30 pm, we had ants all over the room, so we decided to ask for another room. The receptionist gave us another room, but it was a shower instead of bath, and there was nobody in the hotel to bring us extra bed for a boy, so we had to sleep in 2 small beds with 3 people.

Great hotel and location

The rooms were fabulous and location could not get any better. We had lunch on the first day and there was a problem with the food but the staff resolved the issue quickly and to our satisfaction. We were offered half board as a result and ate in the restaurant 2 evenings. The evening food was very good. We would recommend the hotel.

What a wonderful hotel. This is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from Nissi beach.
We booked Full Board and we were delighted with the food quality and choice. There were an excellent selection. The waiting staff in the restaurant and out side bar area were so friendly and inviting. We were made to feel extremely welcomed.
We certainly will be booking in the future!

Hotel has an excellent location just a few steps from the spectacular Nissi beach however that's all you are paying for ..location ! Hotel was disappointing , the lighting in the room wasn't great and the fridge was broken ! There is no tea/coffee provided in the room and the bathroom did not have an enclosed shower which makes for a messy bathroom with water everywhere ! We were told the hotel was fully booked (And this was off peak mid October) so there wasn't any option to switch rooms. Very disappointing for the price not up to par for a 'luxury' hotel !

No facilities available in hotel room ( iron kettle). Safe fee - safe can only be use after extra charge 2euro/day.
Shower damaged, double bed is actually 2 singles which split at nighttime
Horrible food, every day the same menu
Low quality of food
Staff not being trained for 4 stars hotel
In my opinion hotel deserves 3 stars not 4.
If you used to 4 stars hotels, you can be really disappointed

It was great overall! Nice clean, big rooms and in a great location if you want the beautiful Nissi Beach nearby. Would have liked the shower to be separate so water doesn’t get everywhere when you have a shower, and somewhere to put all my toiletries. Breakfast is okay. Bad massage experience. Gym is terrible. Other than that it’s good.

The hotel is brand new and is exactly next to Nissi Beach.
The location is great with all amenities near by.

Room has a good size and is comfortable. Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular but descent.
Some staff members need training to the standards and service of a 4 stars hotel.
Overall we had a good stay and is recommended.

I traveled with my two girls 9 and 16 years old in July 2018 and it was a perfect vacation for all of us. We got an upgrade of the room to a very nice room with a perfect view out over the sea.
All staff were very nice and friendly. The room was clean and fresh. With an deposit of 10€ we always had a fresh and clean towel when visit the pool or the beach. I can definitely recommend this hotel

Our 3-night stay was very enjoyable, in a spacious 5th floor room with sea view balcony. The pool was beautiful, and we had lovely lunches and frappe coffees at the poolside bar/restaurant. Wish it had been open past 6pm so we could have had evening food and drink there too!

Relax and recover on the beach and by the pool

I had a wonderful stay here for my spring break holiday. I was recovering from knee surgery and wanted to relax in the sun in a comfortable environment. The hotel staff took good care of me, bringing me ice for my knee and ordering taxis as needed. The hotel really is right on the beach. I had a beautiful sea view even though the room is listed as “partial sea view.” I appreciated that level of honesty in the listing as technically it was a 75% sea view. But I could hear the waves from my room and took lots of great pics of Nissi Beach.
The hotel pools are nicely maintained and you really never have to leave the hotel to have a good time. Everything is very new and clean. The staff all knew who I was and answered lots of questions. It was really one of the nicest hotel experiences I’ve had.
My only criticism is that given I had just had knee surgery they showed me to an elevator to get to my room that was all the way at the back of the hotel. I figured out on the last day of my stay that the elevator by the front desk was much closer to my room. I can’t figure out why every day they talked to me about ice and got me help for other things and then watched me struggle to walk to the back elevator across long hard floors.
Regardless, I left the biggest tips I ever have for the cleaning staff and desk staff.

great stay on Nissi beach

this hotel has a great location and within easy walking distance of beach, restaurants and activities. The food here wasn't great and the restaurant/bar staff need some training. We arrived for breakfast one morning and were told that it was finished even though we were there 9.45. Go early to avoid disappointment!
The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. big thank you to Tatiana, Vladimer and Bettina for making our stay enjoyable.
We stayed here 1 week and the housekeeping wasn't consistent, sometimes the toiletries/water/towels weren't replenished. small balcony with handy little washing line which was useful. This is the first hotel we've stayed in that we had to pay extra to use the safety deposit box. This should be included in the room fee.

Hotel was truly fabulous! Easy quick and very professional checkin . Front of house staff , mangers , breakfast staff, pool people and housekeeping were all helpful well trained prompt and courteous . The hotel is well designed , very new and clean modern designs throughout . Room was immaculate ! Coloured lights in the evenings made this hotel shine ! The hotel advertised as 4 stars is actually not more than 3 stars (facilities) or 2 stars (service).

The room was clean, bathroom OK (toilet cistern takes 35 minutes to refill and the shower spills water everywhere). However, the sea views are outstanding, the swimming pool is excellent and the beach right in front is fantastic.

We expected the hotel to be staffed by local Cypriots but all staff were Russians and the hotel caters mostly for the Russian market (95% of guests when we were there). Service was terse, minimalist. The satellite TV was not working for the whole hotel and the front desk staff just said \"there's nothing we can do\".

The breakfast was very poor, unless one likes boiled cabbage with oven-baked solid \"fried eggs\" covered in dill first thing in the morning. Coffee comes from a machine, which can be OK but this one was poor-quality coffee.

Just perfect!

This hotel is fantastic, the location on nissi beach is just perfect. We had a corner room which had a large balcony with the most amazing view of the beach. The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean everyday. There was a little supermarket just outside the hotel that was so convenient for getting drinks and snacks. Lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance and the old town/harbour was a short taxi ride away. Breakfast in the hotel was an excellent selection and lovely to sit outside looking at the pool and beach. You do have to pay for sun loungers on beach each day but wasn't a massive issue. Lots of reviews referenced that the majority of guests are Russian, yes they are but it didn't bother us. The man on reception was so lovely and gave great customer service. Will definitely return to this hotel in the future. Book you won't be disappointed!

A hotel with a direct access to the beach

This hotel is very hamble comparing to other four stars hotels as the city where it is located is a seasonal city. The hotel looks fine in terms of cleanliness and comfort, however, it does not provide the basic hotel services such as mini bar, good food, etc.

It is important to mention that the hotel staff is extremely friendly and always ready for assistance.

Beim Checkin warteten wir über eine Stunde, bis wir unser Zimmer erhielten. Es liefen immer mehr neue Gäste ins Hotel, welche noch einchecken wollten, die Schlange zog sich weit. Die zwei Damen an der Rezeption schien das jedoch nicht zu interessieren. Wir erhielten auch keinen Grund für das lange Warten. Entweder waren sie unfähig oder die Zimmer noch nicht bereit.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer das selbe. Überhaut keine Abwechslung. Ausserdem war kaum etwas angeschrieben von den Gerichten. Es gab leider auch keine frischen Säfte, sondern Fertigmischung/Wasser-Pulvermix.
Beim Pool können sich auch Nicht-Hotelgäste aufhalten, da keine Aufsicht vorhanden ist welche das kontrolliert. Da fühlt man sich als Gast ziemlich verarscht, wenn andere Leute noch Poolliegen mit Tüchern reservieren und dann den halben Tag am Strand verbringen.
Der Zimmerservice war wirklich schlecht. Der Boden wurde in der ganzen Woche nur 1x gewischt. Shampoons im Bad nie ausgewechselt und das Bett wurde nur schnell schnell „neu“ bezogen. Die Decke wurde einfach auf einen Stuhl geworfen. Zwei Mal öffnete die Putzfrau um 08:00 Uhr, als wir noch schliefen, die Tür und wollte rein kommen um zu putzen...

Siamo stati 10 giorni in questo hotel con la formula mezza pensione.

Aspetti negativi:
Il bagno della camera non aveva mobili di appoggio quindi un po' scomodo
La doccia aveva la tenda con conseguente acqua sul pavimento del bagno e uso di asciugamani per arginare l'acqua. Personalmente lo trovo poco igienico, infatti la parte sotto era gialla.
Questo ci ha visti costretti a chiedere la pulizia della camera e cambio asciugamani giornalmente, che comunque non veniva fatta nel migliore dei modi. Più di una volta abbiamo dovuto chiedere in reception perché non andava la corrente in camera.
Non era chiaro se la piscina e lettini fossero aperti anche a persone esterne, più di una volta entravano persone mai più viste essendo l'accesso praticamente aperto sulla strada.

Aspetti positivi:
La posizione, praticamente sulla spiaggia di nissi, tanti locali e market nelle vicinanze. Poca vita notturna, bisogna spostarsi ad Ayia Napa che dista 10 minuti di auto oppure in autobus che passano frequentemente, la fermata è praticamente sotto l'hotel.
Il personale è gentile e hanno sempre soddisfatto le nostre richieste.
Buona la colazione, la cena un po' ripetitiva ma accettabile.
Dall'Hotel si raggiungono anche a piedi altre spiagge, c'è un percorso sulla costa.

In generale esperienza comunque positiva, da migliorare solo alcuni aspetti.

Der Geschäftsführende schreit auf die Gäste wenn sie nach 18 Uhr im Pool schwimmen. Das Badezimmer wurde in 12 Tagen nur 1x gereinigt. Mehrmals auch der Balkon nicht. Klodeckel wackelt, Duschtüre verrostet, nur 1 Lift beim Haupteingang, lange Wartezeiten, die Damen bei der Rezeption unfreundlich, keine Begrüssung, der einzig hilfsbereite war Ilias, zu jeder Zeit. Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Badetuch wechsel: Di. Do. und Sa. von 9:00 bis 17:00 dann ist mann ja am Strand. Gänge in den Stockwerken voll verschmutzt und voll mit Sand, ich glaube da war nie einer mit dem Staubsauger. Die Dusche beim Pool voll verstopft mit sand und von 3 Stück funktioniert nur eine dusche. Keine richtige Aufsicht beim Pool, die Leute springen voll mit Sand vom Strand in den Pool, keiner ist da wo schaut. Es gibt leider noch viel andere Sachen, aber da wird die Liste einfach zu lang.

Très bel hotel de plage. Belle chambre. Vue magnifique sur la plage de Nissi Beach. Eau limpide.
Par contre surtout évitez tous les repas c’est ‘´Infect’’. Le petit déjeuner peut passer mais c’est vraiment tout au niveau restauration.
Ça reste un petit 3/4 étoiles.
Aucune animation enfants. Juste une piscine avec un toboggan.
Gros problème b pour avoir un transat à la piscine il faut se lever à 5h du matin et pour la plage je vous conseille de vous lever tôt aussi.

Grande chambre avec une très belle vue sur la plus belle plage de Ayia napa mais pas un seul transat disponible à la piscine et surtout la nourriture est extrêmement mauvaise nous avons donc perdus notre demi pension car nous avons mangé midi et soir à l extérieur au restaurant.

Die Lage war traumhaft, direkt am Nissi Beach - der Pool ist groß und perfekt - der weiße Sandstrand war sehr sauber mit atemberaubendem klaren Wasser. Wir konnten mit dem Bus direkt vor dem Hotel weg in die Stadt Aya Napa fahren, absolut sehenswert. Es gab einige, gute Restaurants in der Nähe und sehr viele verschiedene in Ayia Napa Stadt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Das \"Doppelbett\" bestand aus zwei Einzelbetten und ist für Pärchen eher suboptimal. TIP: Mietauto nehmen (Ahoy rent a car - perfekte Abwicklung, auch für 1 Tag möglich) und die Insel abfahren(Lovebridge, Kap Greco, Sea Caves, Strände an der Ostseite usw.) ABSOLUT NEGATIV: Leider wurden die Liegen am Pool schon um 5h in der Früh mit Badetüchern reserviert. Und das Abendessen war immer nur lauwarm!!! Sehr schade, da qualitativ in Ordnung.

Bedste hotel og tættest på flotte Nissi Beach

Som altid et fremragende ophold, nu med nye solsenge og ny tagterrasse med Beach bar og restaurant.
Eneste minus er at alle solsenge er optaget kl. 7 om morgenen, trods forbud mod det.
Gjorde nu ikke så meget - det var alligevel for varmt at ligge der :-)

God beliggenhed men problemer med solsenge

Værelserne er dejlige, beliggenheden ned til Nissi Beach er fantastisk.
Dog er er alt for få solsenge på hotellet. Og kl 7.00 om morgenen er de alle optaget.
Det der irriterer mig mest er, at de fleste solsenge står tomme det meste af dagen. De blir kun brugt et par timer. Der burde være nogle regler omkring netop dette, da det jo er det primære for sådant et feriehotel.
Vi endte med at bruge alle dage på stranden, hvor vi selv betalte for solsenge og parasol.

Ottima struttura, gestita in maniera ottima, al momento del check in la nostra camera aveva un problema quindi siamo stati dirottati per una notte in un altro hotel ,ma per farsi perdonare del problema subito ci hanno offerto per tutta la settimana la cena non inclusa nella nostra prenotazione…un buon gesto apprezzato
