We came over for a wedding and was a great location for Nissi Beach. taxi into Ayia Napa is 10 euros which are easily flagged down from the hotel. Staff were all really friendly, hotel was lovely and clean and had a gorgeous pool side area which was never too busy and always managed to get a sun loungee

Hi... we booked and paid to stay at Nissi Park hotel as we had researched it on the internet. When we arrived to check in we were informed the hotel was fully booked and we had been moved to Nissa Ana down the road.... The one bad thing is, our room had a locked connecting door to the room next door, which meant you could hear every noise they made and word they said.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff were lovely and there was plenty of choice with the food. Limited options on the All Inclusive drinks but the Gin Fizz was good! The walk to the Nissi Beach Resort isn’t that far and we did it a couple of times a day. My only real criticism is that the bed was too hard and the bathroom needs a refurb!

I have just returned from Nissi Park after staying for 1 week. Overall the hotel is okay - it's a pretty hotel with beautiful flowers growing over the outside veranda and the rooms clean. Air con is also included and there is a big mirror to sit at with good lighting plus a full size mirror. The breakfast is decent and the staff were lovely. Parking was also free on the road and right next to the main doors which was handy. Main down points were the size of the rooms and balcony. You could barely get past the table on the balcony to get to the other chair! The beds were awful, me nor any of my friends slept very well and unfortunately there was a lot of noise that you could hear from the road and corridors which also woke me up. The hotel is very close to the beach and although this hotels pool is relatively small and ends up on the shade, the pool across the road is much better and can be used also.

Horrible! Absolutely hated every moment of it. The walls are thin, beds are hard and the pillows....The shower head was broken, therefore couldn't take a proper shower and the room smelt musty. Waste of money. I wouldn't stay there again, ever. And the night manager was totally unhelpful when I asked for a quieter room and if the shower head could be fixed. Vassos Nissi is your best bet if you are looking for a pleasant stay in ayia napa. They offer better service, friendlier staff and their rooms are absolutely superb (get the sea view room)

Hotel in God location close to beach, had a nice energy and immaculately maintained. Only negatives were no free wi fi, and also the swimming pool was a bit small. The food whilst good became a bit repetitive after a while.

we were 4 people, 2 couples, we stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Its a very nice facility with a garden and a pool , the entrance is very relaxing and its close to Nissi beach just a 5 min walk. it is also near a bus station that can take you to the Ayia Napa center. so we found the location to be very good. The only downside is the bathrooms are a bit small with no toiletries.

I have actually booked this hotel because the photos found on the net were quite impressive. BUT the only part of the hotel that is renovated is the lobby-reception. The rooms are quite old, with boring 80's furniture, uncomfortable beds and a mini tiny balcony.

The is THE top boutique hotel in Ayia Napa to rival a 5 star hotel. As a local, I often stay in Ayia Napa and it is almost impossible to find somewhere with excellent staff, food and comfort. The hotel has it all. Impeccable cleanliness, cocktails better than a 5 star hotel, beautiful food and above all the best staff I have encountered in years. From the moment we arrived Koulla and Gallina made us feel like family. They checked on us constantly to make sure we had everything we needed. In fact, they made our short holiday the highlight of our summer. The rooms are basic but renovated and very comfortable. When in Ayia Napa again, I will prioritise Nissi Park for my stay if they will have me as they seem very popular. If you are looking for a comfortable, well priced and quiet stay with the most professional staff I urge you to stay here. Thank you again Nissi Park!
