Room was great overlooking the garden and ocean. Balcony too small to sit comfortably and our clothes blew off the drying rail never to be seen again as there is a gap between the wall and balcony screen. A/C did not go under 22 degrees Celsius which meant we were hot at night. Cleaners were excellent, pool towels supplied however l could not use the pool as ladder entry/exit only. They need steps and a railing. Beach access was great however had to pay for umbrellas and sunbed. Shower supplied and foot rinser. Hotel shop very expensive, walk down the street for cheaper clothing, souvenirs and restaurants. Free parking which was great and it felt safe to leave the car and walk around at night. Excellent buffet breakfast. Overall we loved our stay but had i been able to use the pool, it would have been better.

This was a nice resort but was very expensive for what it was, and I wouldn't consider it 5* by UK standards. More 3.5*. Walls are paper thin I could hear every movement in the room above me. Room service brought me a coke with no glass or bottle opener. On arrival the concierge took my 4 wheeled suitcase which easily glides along, but left me struggling with carrying 2 heavy bags. All the small things add up to a mediocre experience. The pool are was nice and the quality of food when ordering al la carte was very good. Plenty of vegetarian options.

The hotel is in a pretty location, right on Nissi Beach. The beach was extremely busy, but with beautiful sand and crystal clear waters. The pool was basic but fine, but perhaps the coldest I have every experienced!
The room was fine. Clean, modern. The bathroom was recently refurbished to a good quality. The corridors and stairs around the rooms were a little tired.
The buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner was to a good standard and the selection excellent.
The staff were mixed. We were here for a wedding. Those staff involved in that were great, but others we found quite rude.
We took a wander into Ayia Napa one day, just to see what the fuss was about. But don’t hang around.
All in all we had a lovely time.

We travelled to nissi beach resort for our wedding. Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and gave us a free drink and took our cases. Everything was pretty good. However we found the staff at breakfast werent very talkative or friendly and shows the downside of why we dont go to large hotels. We have always went to family run hotels and the staff here are very friendly but the quality was less at nissi beach. Come wedding day we wwre disappointed with out cake and was made to a poor standard however wverything else was perfect with the wedding and the staff was lovely. The room they gave the groom was to poor standard as when taking shower it flooded the bedroom when telling staff member that dropped iron off they just shrugged their shoulders. Breakfast was good however lunch and dinner was average and found food better going out. Overall it was an okay stay but expected better for a 4 star hotel we much prefer some of the 3 star hotel we have stayed at in pernera and protaras.

It has been some time since we stayed here. This was a very late booking. Fantastic service and an upgrade. Simply the best view from a balcony as good as anywhere. Breakfast delicious. We will be back but won't wait so long next time

The staff was genuinely friendly and happy to be working there. I was told that it is a great work environment and the owners treat their staff well - that meant a lot to me.

The food was great, all areas clean, room comfortable. I wish I could stay there more often. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave. I highly recommend!!!

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for my birthday end of March, because it was just before peak season and it wasn't too busy aswell as it was my birthday, they gave me a room upgrade to Bungalow suit right on the beach. nice room with beautiful views.
the staff we're fantastic, very accommodating and the food was decent.
would definitely recommend. Thank you Nissi Beach Resort.

Excellent hotel with exceptional front desk personnel who are very helpful. We stayed in 3 different rooms over 2 weeks - all were very different but enjoyable. Included breakfast is excellent. The location is perfectly located right on the beach and the beach and water are great in this location.

Garden View room - it was not...

We stayed in a Garden View room and unfortunately the rooms are not very well sound proofed so could hear our neighbours. Additionally these rooms were on the outer part of the property so traffic could be heard throughout the night (it transpired that by Garden View they meant a bush out the back). Also the WIFI was not so great. I was disappointed that the garden maintenance was every morning at 7am which constantly woke me up - although we complained about this & the reception team could not have agreed more that 7am was too early, it still continued - just at a slightly lower level. Aside from the poor sound proofing (& spotty WIFI) the hotel is very nice, as are the entire team. Breakfast was very good standard. Easily able to reserve loungers with hotel towel.

Great vacation at Nissi Beach resort! Nice room with excellent sea view. Directly on Nissi Beach, with reserved sun chairs. White sand, crystal clear blue water. Live entertainment every evening. Good breakfast and dinner buffet. Tennis if you like. Imagine this after 1 1/2 years lockdown without travel outside Sweden.

Lovely location and beach, and good hotel beach bars. Staff very kind and friendly , lovely gardens. As far as the hotel itself -it is extremely basic with very small rooms and even smaller bathrooms. All of the hotel is very cheaply furnished and kitted out and honestly does not warrant the location or the prices per night. Fridge in the room so tiny and no mini bar. Hotel bars and restaurants as well as the lobby have no atmosphere at all. They should invest in an interior designer. It reminded me of a no frills stay much like if you are travelling on easy jet or Ryan air but without the cheap prices to accompany it! for 250 euros a night it was disappointing.

The hotel is of a very good standard, like a 4-star.
Polite and professional staff, excellent, beautiful territory, high quality and delicious food.
There are a few little things to improve that would greatly increase comfort level: hair dryer, slippers, and a bathrobe.

Amazing place! Everything was fine except for one thing, the current in the shower was very weak and in addition the current was hot / cold intermittently. A maintenance man arrived but did not arrange anything and said there was nothing to do. It's really disappointing.

Very clean, comfortable, beautiful settings, delicious quality food and great variety of food, beautiful gardens, the best beach on the free part of the island (and trust me I know them all...). The warm local professional staff with experience...was a bonus! No offence...but the smiling and gentle Cyprus people are part of the beautiful hospitable culture of this island. Loved the relaxed Cyprus stray cats strolling around the restaurant too! Part of the relaxing ambience...

A fabulous place to stay! We will be back - the beach-side bungalow was wonderful, just steps to the beach, with feet-washing stations near the doors, and beautiful views and a beautifully maintained property! We came at the end of season so not particularly crowded however many neighboring restaurants and shops were closing(ed) for the season! But this did not stop us from enjoying the beautiful town of Ayia Napa, the boardwalks and stunning beaches!

Property location is great, full service at facility.

There was one unhappy moment, at desk service clerk Tatyana was yelling at me when I asked for her help with tour reservation. She was not patient to listen to me and start yelling. She did help in the end.
Other that this case hotel is excellent.

We liked it and would go there again. The staff was friendly, location very good, clean. We had breakfast twice and dinner twice. Food variety was excellent. Plenty of choises. However all the meets, inc. chicken were tough (sheffs need to be trained), nothing was juicy, soft and tender. Another disappointment was that we had to pay for the use of sunbeds. When we challenged them, they said that only the umbrellas are free and not the beds. Many complained about this matter and some even got up and went, refusing to pay. overall, we liked it and would go again.

A great stay, but walls very thin

Walls are VERY thin in rooms along where 144 is. Can hear everything the neighbours are saying and it makes you very conscious to speak. Also, would be great to have more English channels on TV.
Service was great especially at the pool bar! Food lovely and presented really well.
All in all a good stay :)

Lovely hotel, brilliant staff

Came out for a wedding which went perfectly. The hotel and grounds are amazing and despite the hotel being full we never had an issue with sunbeds at the pool or getting breakfast. All the staff are very freindly and the entertainments team are encouraging but not pushy!. The hotel is is reach of Ayia Napa without the madness! Would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a fantastic week away in the sun 😁

The hotel is nicely kept and a very minimalist type of hotel. Food is not the greatest and actually one night I was quite ill after dinner. We were not greeted when we arrived so the first impression was not the greatest. We also had to ask for robes in our room luckily they provided but with some reservation. Upon check out we asked for our luggage to be picked up and the bellman never arrived. Overall the the hotel is nice and would rate it a 3-4 star at most

The hotel location is fantastic right on top of Nissi Beach. Our rooms were clean but small & the bathroom could have done with a hairdryer.

Food was great with a vast variety at breakfast and an amazingly cheap buffet (€20pp) which you can’t get at any restaurant in the area.

The pool area and beach located eateries were superb and the service was from some very friendly locals.

The spa was amazing and money well spent and the gym was well stocked with free weights and a good variety of machines.

All in all we had a great time at Nissi Beach Resort

A lovely basic hotel

A lovely basic hotel, only downside was the air con in the room did not work but I’m not sure if there is a certain time of year they turn it on as it was the middle of April. The sea view room did not disappoint though the building site next door was not ideal.
