We had a really nice stay in Adams during the Christmas holiday in the end of 2025. Friendly staff and great location just next to the beach and we would love to come back in the future. The only recommendation I would like to give is the number of coffee machine available during the breakfast period as it has always been a long queue and it might ruin the relax atmosphere. Other than that, everything was really nice.

A large very lovely hotel. Staff great. Spa even better. Room was good, clean with complimentary bath robes, fridge and coffee pod maker.
Breakfast was more than adequate. Piano bar had no pianist and a basic food menu consisting of pizza and burgers but well cooked.
Large supermarket on site which sold hats, swimwear snacks and drinks.
Several pools, one with a flume and one large indoor heated pool (seasonal)
The hotel is located beside a sandy beach.
We can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Review Adam beach Cyprus

The hotel has a stunning modern design. The reception is air-conditioned, though the corridors to the rooms are not. Our room came with sparkling wine and complimentary water, which was a nice touch, but I had to request cleaning as there was mould, toothpaste stains under the sofa, and dust beneath the bed.

The hotel kindly arranged a birthday cake for my daughter, which was lovely. Entertainment was very good, and the on-site store was reasonably priced. The gym is excellent, and the pools are great fun—especially the lazy river when it is running.

However, there were some issues. There was faeces in the pool one day, and removal took a while. The private beach has rocks that hurt your feet, though stairs offer a pain-free entrance. The two water slides operate for limited hours but did not follow the timetable.

We stayed half board; the air-conditioned food hall is good, though it’s a long walk to the buffet. Check-out was smooth, and the hotel stored our luggage so we could enjoy the pool before our late flight. Unfortunately, the shower facilities had no gel or towels, so I had to dry off with a hairdryer before leaving.

Great service and large rooms, comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with many options. The beach area and the pools were amazing.
Vala restaurant too expensive compared to other restaurants we have been in the city centre.
There is an issue with the elevator availability. Long waiting each time.

This is a great hotel
We reserved a premium room (2adults with 2 children) very beautiful and updated. For the food, we reserved full board, but for next time we will reserve half board or breakfast as the restaurants in the hotel (not included in the stay) are much more delicious.
Very good activities for the kids and shows.
Very generous staff and accommodating.
A Very special thanks to Georgia (she is the best) , she saved our vacation, she gave us a late check out for free, booked us the taxi from and to the airport, recommended places to go in the city center. Staff are very welcoming but lucky the one who gets welcomed by Georgia, she is an asset to ADAMS hotel.
The kids had so much fun and we had a wonderful stay. They also welcomed us with chocolate and white wine as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you for everything!
The only thing we hated is the cleanless , the hotel should work big time on having clean rooms ( they should vaccum properly) and wipe properly the floor. This is the only negative.
Please make sure to work on this. Thank you all for this great stay!

Went for a family wedding. Would highly recommend for special occasion. The hotels wedding planner is excellent. The hotel has everything for a family holiday too. This is not a traditional five star hotel but guess it gets that status as it has everything for a family. We all had a great time. Not suitable we thought for adult only in summer time

The hotel was huge and very close to beach and shops.
Staff were very polite , friendly and helpful especially Georgio (if I spell his name correctly) at reception, he was very kind. Breakfast was good.
Overall it was ok but I wouldn’t count it as a 5star hotel.
You could find dirts especially in bathroom. They don’t change the towels and toiletries like shampoo on a daily room cleaning.
It wasn’t any space for our luggage, we had to put the luggages on the bed.

I recently stayed at the Adams Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, with my husband for four nights. Overall, our experience was decent, but there were some aspects that could use improvement.

Pros:
- Room Upgrade: We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite with a pool view, which was a lovely touch.
- Location: The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Nissi Beach, perfect for beach lovers.
- Entertainment: The hotel offered various entertainment options throughout the day, which were great, especially if you're traveling with kids. There were also evening activities for adults.

Cons:
- Check-In Experience: The check-in process was lengthy, and we had to wait quite a while to get our room. However, the staff were friendly and offered us drinks while we waited.
- Food Quality: The food at the pool restaurant was disappointing. We found it to be of poor quality. On the other hand, the restaurant near the beach was pricier but much tastier.
- Bathroom Issues: Unfortunately, the smell from the bathrooms in our room was quite unpleasant.
- Breakfast Variety: While breakfast did offer a variety of options, the taste was lackluster, and the selections were repetitive each day.
- Housekeeping: Housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning our room, as it didn't feel as fresh as it should have.

If you're looking for a good spot near the beach and are willing to overlook some shortcomings, it might still be worth considering.

Nice facility. Comfortable and spacious rooms, good water amusement facilities. Unacceptable dining conditions due to insufficient cooling/air-conditioning in the dining hall, and unacceptable charge for basic liquids( drinking water , for example) during Lunch and Dinner. No coolers near and around the pools ( in spite of extremely hot weather). Slippery floor due to wet areas in the corridors leading from the pool area to the lobby.

The outdoor pools are very nice and the proximity to Nissi beach is ann advantage but it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel as presented.
The dining area was unbearable because there is no AC and on the corridors as well.
They charge extra and even a glass of water.
The food is average at best. Definitely not worth the pricing they charge

Around good experience.

We stayed in the superior room, clean, spacious and kids loved the bunk beds. Balcony was great with partial sea view. Was quite for sleeping. Fridge and hair dryer in room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast had good variety and all food was fresh. Pools were very clean (usual resort issues with people reserving sunbeds with towel and then not using then for hours) however we were always able to find at least 1 or 2 beds on the beach side to put our stuff..
Water slide good fun 1hour session twice a day. Fantastic on site beach. Plenty of showers to rinse off. Pool bar reasonably priced.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. 3.5 star I would say.

The food and location are good, but due to the shear size of the place, and volume of people, breakfast feels very cramped and manic.

The WiFi and mobile data around the place it terrible, food and drinks is overpriced.

The gym is OK, staff are nice and friendly.

The location is nice and has lovely beaches nearby.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel and its not worth the money.

The negatives of Adams Beach Hotel

I had an enjoyable stay, except that the person cleaning my room could not speak a word of english or understand a word of english. That made communication very difficult. The noisy beach bar across the road also was a challenge during the day because of how loud they played their music. There is no escape even with closed doors and windows in your room! Lastly, don;t try to get a refund if you have to leave early because of changes your carrier made to your iternary, cause that won't happen.

First Adam’s beach experience

Hotel pool areas and beach was amazing but the rooms were very dated and definitely not 5 star rated. I’ve stayed in other 5 star hotels in Cyprus and to me this is not 5 star. Staff were lovely but rooms let it down majorly- bed was solid and we even found an old pair of boxer shorts under the bed in one room and old paperwork from a past guest in the other room. Staff were apologetic. We had 2x classic double rooms booked. Other room types looked great and wanted to book a junior suite but wouldn’t allow teenagers (only under 12s)

That is not a 5* hotel. First of all, amenities was not working (and that was not mentioned in their website or at Expedia information). Secondlly, employee responsible for relations with guests claimed that this is not her responsibility to solve customer claims. Besides that, ordered shuttle from airport did not arrive. But if not taking into account all mismanagment issuea - hotel has really nice location, friendly staff.

Overall staff are rude and unfriendly. Doing full-board was a mistake because the buffet restaurants feel like high school dining halls, noisy from cleaning plates right next to your table. The food was actually good for such a huge buffet. Gardens look neglected, sun loungers by the pool are old and worn, people smoking everywhere around the pool made it difficult with our baby, we had to move all the time. There should be smoking areas and non smoking areas. Hotel has good potential but they need to upgrade a bit and just ask their staff to be a bit more customer focussed. Managers are extremely rude and unprofessional towards their staff, even in front of customers. Saw several times how they shout at girls in front of customers in the restaurants. Next time we will try a different hotel.

Absolutely fantastic, from the food, staff, location, pool this hotel has it all!
Well worth your saved money. Hotel is very multi purpose fabulous for families and romantic for couples. You have everything on site from private beach to a dream pool, fresh towels for room and pool every morning, shampoo, conditioner, water, tea and coffee all restocked everyday.

Location is right beside Nissi beach which is great, there are loads of restaurants outside the hotel if like us you just booked bnb to experience the area but the food served in the hotel is really very good!

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are small, mattresses uncomfortable, towels and sheets poor quality. Hotel management is not very considerate with guests: there was a wedding at the hotel and parking was full, we were advised to look for parking elsewhere. I used the room fridge to keep some small items I had bought and they were removed and left outside, I was advised I could not possibly use the mini fridge for my personal items which never ever happened to me before in other hotels.
As for the rest, both the pool area and nearby beach were very crowded and noisy. Definitely would not return or recommend.

the standard room has many issues, which are solved by an upgrade or complaining to the front desk:

- no kettle! unless you insist for it! otherwise hot water to the room charged 5 euros
- the mattress is old school where you feel the springs in your back, again solved if you complain by offering to place another layer, same for the pillows!
- the partial sea view is a joke, the room overlooks an empty roof and you need to stand on your toes to get a view of the sea
- iron board upon request

for an hotel rated 5 stars, standard rooms shouldn't be so bare-bone and they should do an extra effort, kettle, pampering mattress and pillows should be basics in a five stars hotel

otherwise the facility is very practical with pools for the kids, bigger pools for adults and swimming, private semi sand beach and instant access to the amazing nicci beach, the supermarket inside the hotel is super useful and they nearly have everything, its a bliss, the bus stop is right outside the supermarket and if you have kids checkout the Dione restaurant next door

the staff is amazing, smiley and helpful

the management should simply consider how any room in the hotel is a reflection of the property image and therefore should not be careless in this way, it almost feels like they are pushing you to upgrade (but then again in high seasons rooms are fully booked)

anyway i love this hotel and will certainly come back, but i will make sure to ask for a better room before arrival

Tooooooo much humidity in the room. We couldn’t breathe! We checked out one day bedore expected although it was paid because we couldn’t breathe humidity anymore . It’s unhealthy at all!

Some of the rooms are badly renovated and yet offers no comfort at all.The bathroom smells fishy after cleaning. They don’t remove dirty plates from the room for 2 days. They don’t change bed sheets even though you ask for it after 3 days, no complimentary water.
Breakfast is the worst I ever had and couldn’t eat anything at all. The pool restaurant food is incredibly bad. They wouldn’t give us a late check out to make it up for all their mistakes even though they had availabilities. NISSIBLU hotel staff which are next door went out of their way to help us when we went for lunch and spa, while it was extremely hard to find anyone answering your phone call at Adams and responds rudely when they do. I m very sorry to leave such a feedback but I believe that this hotel should not be rated for more than 3 stars at its best. Don’t go there if you are planning not to ruin your vacation.
