We had a fantastic stay at the Nissiana Hotel in Ayia Napa. While it may not be the newest hotel, the level of cleanliness and service is absolutely top-notch—the highest you could ask for.

The food was also a huge highlight. It was clean and excellent, with a great selection of authentic Greek dishes that made our dining experience wonderful.

Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our overall experience truly exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel!

Great Location and Friendly Staff – Good for a Sho

The hotel matched the pictures and met expectations for a 3-star stay. Some rooms are renovated, others need updating, but it's still fine. Reception staff were great—my flight was late, and they let me store luggage and use shower facilities after checkout. I only had breakfast, which was the same every day, so check food options if booking all-inclusive. Overall, it's a nice place, very close to the beach, and ideal for a short beach vacation.

It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach, I stayed in the bungalows and while they are a bit tired and out of the way, it was clean and reasonably quiet.

I only ate breakfast once but there was a good selection of food. They have entertainment in the main hotel that seemed pretty good.

We didn’t expect too much from a three star hotel, but the Nissiana was above expectations. The buffet breakfast was very good, the evening meal (we were half board) was very good with a different theme each night. And with food allergies, the Chef was there every night to guide me through. The pool area is beautiful. The room was comfortable. The two things I could mention was the road beside the Hotel (thus near the pool and outside dining room) was noisy. And this hotel caters to families so a lot of children running around. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We spent a fantastic time at Nissiana Hotel. The rooms were tidy, the food was with great variety and we all found something for our taste. Managed to gain 2 kg :) Thank you! :)
Being there with 2 kids, we found the pool area a perfect place to relax. It was perfectly clean with a lifeguard (who took his work a bit too seriously :))
Every evening there was a program which suited every age.
A big thanks to the hotel staff as well who were helpful and friendly all the time...perhaps a bit more smile at the reception would have made it 5 ;) it just 5 this way ;)
Nissi beach was literally a 5-minute, convenient walk from the hotel. The beach, especially the little island part of it, was a perfect location for the kids and for our snorkeling needs :)
Landa beach also 15-minutes walk away (don't take the bus :)).
Imho - Highly recommended.

location is perfect just several minutes to the Nissi beach. breakfast was the same every morning and when you stay there for a week it is very boring. rooms are very small. We have paid additional 150 euro for an extra kid, but they didn’t upgrade the room and we were 4 people in very small room. Service in reception is very poor and rudely. In a few words its a budget hotel with suitable services.

Property is clean but some rooms need updating. Parking was always available. We were All inclusive but as a vegetarian, nothing was labelled at the buffet which was a problem for us.
My room wasn’t available when I arrived, so was given a different room and then the next day was asked to change back to the original room that was booked. I was only at the hotel for four days and didn’t want to waste my time going from room to room, so after a few conversations , I was allowed to stay in the room. Swimming pool is great. Besides the initial problem with our room, the hotel is very nice and relaxing for people with a budget.

This place is a delight. The staff are helpful and kind and the food is delicious. As a smaller hotel it does not have an extensive all- inclusive buffet but there is still plenty of choice and cooked well. Delicious!!! Even the bar snacks are yum! The all inclusive drinks menu is also plentiful. The pool is not rammed as it is right on Nissi Beach so some people prefer the beach to the pool. The room I had was a superior on the 4th floor with an amazing view. The room was spotless and the beds very very comfy! I loved it so much I am returning for a solo trip at the end of the month:-)

The hotel is not providing towels for the pool so we had to buy 4 towels, this was not stated anywhere so we could go prepared. Food was ok. The bungalow was spacious but full of ants everywhere biting us all night!. everybody woke up full of rushes!

I wasn't expecting much from a 3 star hotel but at least i was expecting that the beds will be comfort cause my daughter had to sleep on a rock for a week!!! Disappointed when i asked reception 2 times to change mattress and they said ok we will change but no change!!! I also agree with other reviewers that at certain times you can't rest because of doors noises!! Showers is another thing i didn't like because water change from warm to cold automatic! Rooms are very small no space to move! And the last thing i didn't like is that during sleep i was itching insects were biting me i think they don't change bed covers etc.. so these small insects live in the bed!! Choose another hotel don't do my same mistake ;-)

Close to Nissi Beach, nice pool. We were in the older section so the air conditioner was not as effective as it should have been and twin beds put together older decor and appliances. No coffee maker or kettle.

Excellent customer service - from the restaurant & bar staff to the receptionists! (Many congratulations especially to the F&B Manager for being such a professional & dealing with a minor issue we had). Everything we requested prior to our arrival was arranged
Beautiful location, 2-3 minutes walk from the awesome Nissi beach & although kinda far away from the center of the Ag.Napa square, everything you need is available close by. Very nice pool & arranged in such a way that you never feel overcrowded.
Clean and comfortable room. Never felt we missed anything. Daily cleaned.
Clean and very detailed hotel spaces and everything thought after. Looks like the management has seriously invested in the organization of the hotel and you can witness that when you look at the small details that make the difference (ie. playground, lobby, interior of central restaurant). Resembles more than a 4 star hotel, rather than 3 star.
Excellent and very nice quality and quantity breakfast - lots of options. Lunch and dinner were also quite good. Only think we didn't like was the fact that HB includes meals ONLY from the buffer. That meant unfortunately that even if we were HB, we couldn't opt to order a meal (ie. hamburger) from the pool bar for lunch (while the kids were inside the pool) and we had to go to the buffer lunch. Also, meals prices at the restaurant if you opt to take something else besides the buffet are a little on the expensive side (portion of squid with fries and salad 10 euro)

Had a lovely stay here. Pool area is fantastic. Breakfast was lovely and staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Lovely pool side bar (day and night) cocktails nice and reasonably priced. Only 5 minute walk to Nissi beach and close by supermarkets and restaurants/bars. Would stay here again!

A great resort just 5 minutes from the Nissi beach

The resort hotel is just 5 minutes walk from Nissi beach but has also a swimming pool area with a drink bar. Amenities include towels, soap and hair dryer, but is kept to a minimum. The room was overall clean but the floor felt a bit greasy/oily so I dropped a level in the graph. The room has a small balcony with a superb view.

The main flaw is that there is no wifi in the rooms- only in the lobby and breakfast area. The breakfast was good and the hotel was very close to Nissi beach. There are also bus stops nearby for buses into Ayia Napa or to Larnaca.

The hotel has a greate location for Nissi Beach, and a short busride away form Ayia Napa downtown.

Hotel in der Nähe (200m) des beliebten Nissi-Strandes. Parkplätze vorm Haus, Restaurants an der Hauptstrasse von Agia Napa gut zu Fuß oder per Bus zu erreichen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig (\"Continental\" mit lokalen Erzeugnissen als Ergänzung). Pool ist in gutem Zustand. Sonnenliegen und Schirme stehen zur Verfügung.

Das gesamte Personal, ob an der Rezeption, das Reinigungspersonal oder die Mitarbeiter, die das Buffet betreuen, war sehr freundlich!

Uns hat die Randlage von Agia Napa gefallen, sodass wir zwar direkt an der Hauptstraße wohnten, allerdings abseits des größten Trubels.

Værelset var rigrtigt fint. Rent og nyt. Det samme var gældende for poolområde mv.
Rigtig god strand tæt på.
Betjeningen var lidt speciel. Meget få smil, og ofte havde personalet mere travlt med at snakke sammen, eller tjekke telefon, end at hjælpe kunderne.
Renligheden var i top over alt. Dog var der vilde katte, som især gik rundt omkring restauranten, hvilket ikke var særligt appetitvækkende. Personalet gjorde ikke rigtigt noget for at få dem væk.
Maden var ok, men ikke særlig børnevenlig.

Alles war sehr schön. Die zimmer jeden Tag sauber gemacht und jeden 2 Tag frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher gebracht. Das Frühstücks Buffet reichhaltig. Preis Leistung......super. ca 4 nin zum Strand laufen. Haltestellen Stadt ein und aus Werts ca 2 min vom Hotel.
Russisch/Ukrainisch ist stark präsent. Alles spricht diese Sprache und dann englisch.

Clean hotel, nice pools, close to beautiful Nissi Beach, good evening programme on 4 days of a week. We stayed with all inclusive and it was great, however my daughter has milk-allergy and the allergens were not properly described, and could be more choice of desserts for people having food-allergy (they had only milk-free ice cream).
The gym would be great to open earlier, at around 7am.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you.

Le de l’hôtel : piscine, bien situé, calme, personnels.

Pour le buffet du soir, il y’a très peu de choix et pas de fromage en dessert.
Vu qu’il y’a très peu de choix, ça nous ai déjà arriver de rien aimer donc on a été manger dans des restaurants. C’est dommage !

Sinon l’hôtel est bien et familial.
