The beach there is amazing. The breakfast is great. If you are not all inclusive, be prepared to pay extraordinary prices at the bar and restaurant. Also, they charge the beds on the beach separately and you dont even have a discount as a hotel guest.

Excellent hotel, excellent customer service from staff, fantastic food, prime location on a stunning beach. We have returned to Asterias Beach for the third time, we are never disappointed, this has always been our favourite in Cyprus and never fails to disappoint. We will definitely be back again, thank you for having us!

Well maintained property with new furniture and nice looking around.
Near the marina, restaurants and attractions. The road to the city center is close to so easy to catch the bus.
Great staff.
They should improve: 1. replacing cups, water and toiletries in the room more often. 2. To offer extra gastronomic restaurant and menu different than the buffet (despite the food is delicious).

Stingiest hotel, I have ever stayed.
I guess I paid much more than what it worth, I dont know it was hotels problem or expedias being missinformative, but this hotel should be downgraded for 3 starts for the service they provide, you have to pay for everything let me explain:
1. You have to pay for safe box! (2 euros per night).
2. Water provided only upon arrival? How they claim that they care for the health of customers and they even not keeping them hydrated in a beach hotel where everyone exposed to sun all the day!
3. No mini bar !
4. No Tissue Box provided!
5. No coffee /tea and hot water kattel provided!
And when I 1st expressed my disappointment to the hotel, they told me refer to the agent you've booked from, they supposedly to inform you, instead of making up for the customer in any way possible! So disappointing!!!
This is not to mention that my room was the last room on the floor !
It wasn't the stay I was expecting for after my 2 years of waiting for vacation due to pandemic.
Location wise, it was far 10 minutes by car from the centeral €10 for each way by taxi.
The only beautiful thig was the beach, Makronissos beach is the most beautiful beach I have seen, I really enjoyed the beach.

Squeezing last penny out of the guests

The worst experience: charging me EUR 2/day for usage of a built in safe in the room, while charging me EUR 189/day b/b at check-in.
At check-in, I was sent to a disappointing room. When I asked for a better one, I was told by the receptionist that \"all the rooms in the hotel are the same\" and I was sent to another, the same type room, which I rejected. Only then, I was told by the MOD that tomorrow I would be transferred to a better room (so, there was a better room!?). I was transferred tomorrow to a better room where I spent remaining 4 nights out of my 5-night stay at this hotel.

I will start with the positive, the reception staff. Ludmila is a gem of this hotel- always friendly yet highly professional and looking after all my needs. I can be a demanding guest sometimes but Ludmila was so pleasant and always found a solution for everything I needed. The second best thing was the spa-one of the best facials I had from Chrysa, 75 minutes of pure enjoyment. She is an angel. And Valeria was amazing in looking after me every day at the gym and the spa. The gym was great for a hotel gym and met my needs in terms of equipment and there is a huge indoor swimming pool just next to it, where I would end my sessions in the mornings. So quiet and peaceful-pure bliss.
The beach is also beautiful and I loved it.
One thing I wasn’t happy about was the breakfast-it did contain choices but it offered same food every day. Another thing I expected more for the price I paid was the room itself. It was a decent size but not comfortable bed- the most important thing for a hotel, if you ask me. I was also disappointed to find that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, no bathrobes etc.
When I upgraded to a swim up room I was even more surprised to find the room itself was actually a bit older and even less comfortable than the room I had initially. The outdoor area was excellent and I loved having the private pool with loungers and jacuzzi just a step out of my room, but the bathroom the bed, etc. not to a high enough standard.

Perfect location that has everything you need for your holiday. Sitting on one of the best beaches in Cyprus, with gazebos, beach bar, water sports, seafood restaurant, rooftop bar, spa & shisha to top it off! Recently refurbished & clean, plus staff very friendly & helpful.

We had a lovely stay

Overall a very nice stay. Hotel staff are fantastic and always looking to please and do so quickly. Certainly a family-owned feel to the place. It has also been renovated and is very well maintained. Breakfast was slightly below expectations, but still quite good and all pastry is amazing.

If was a noisy hotel for us, you can't relax by the pool or the beach reading a book or something because of the noise of the guys all around. Beach is not good also compared to other parts in Ayia Napa

Nice Hotel close to the beach and away from night clubs for a quiet night
But need some kind of vehicle to get into town as to far to walk (either rent a car or taxi)
Hotel has own beach and is close to Nisi beach.
Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful

Amazing hotel beautiful views and grounds stunning beaches schorchio weather! The hotel was clean and tidy the staff were excellent and very helpful.we stayed in a junior suite on the ground floor it had a hottub on the balcony and sun loungers the room had air conditioning the bathroom had a light which wouldn't turn off which was annoying at night time. The food was delicious and you always had a massive choice at all meals. The waiting staff were friendly and helpful the pool area was great there is a pool bar going inclusive is a good idea here. There is a baby pool and adult pool
There is a lovely bar and seating area just above the beach. The weather was v hot there was an orange moon for two nights there were two weddings when I was there ideal location for families it was the best hotel I've stayed in. The wifi was frustrating if you want to use it make sure you are in the reception of the hotel it only works there beach walking distance couple of minutes from the hotel beautiful white sand turquoise warm water with little fishes swimming round. Overall it was a fantastic hotel I would definitely recommend it.

Terrific holiday week

We visited in the second week of april, weather did not completely cooperate for a beach holiday, but this did not stop us from having a great holiday. With all-inclusive, we ate and drank, and played games, enjoyed the evening entertainment, and hotel facilities. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and we felt at home. We were four families travelling together and all had a terrific week. Great value for money and would love to visit again.

Hotel decor is clean, sleek, and slightly sterile contemporary design. Most of the staff is very friendly, particularly after seeing you for a couple of days.

Room power and AC only work when electronic key is in place, so room is very warm upon return from outside activity. Just one key requires couples/families to plan carefully if performing separate activities.

For a hotel with \"beach\" in the name, expected a private beach. While most users are from the hotel, beach is public, so an umbrella and two lounge chairs will cost you about $ 9 per day. The water is crystal clear and calm.

The reason I write that it's an average hotel is because it was not near to what I expected for the price that I paid eventhough I know I went there in a high season.
Ideally this is a family hotel with kids.
Here are the pros and cons of the hotel:
Pros:
1) staff service was good, we needed a repair done in our room, the technition was in the room immediately.
2) They have night entertainment in the hotel, again good for families and the elderly.
3) The hotel was pretty clean.
Cons:
1) The room is decorated the cheapest way possible.
2) The bed mattress was very uncomfortable, the bed pillows were flat felt like it was never changed, and bed covers were very cheap material too.
3) shampoo and body wash, couldn't use it, had to go and buy my own.
4) first time in my hotel experience, there was no tissue paper in the room, we had to use toilet paper instead.
5) The floors don't have ice machine, we were told we have to go to the bar and get it from there.
6) eventhough the A/C units were good in the room but as soon as you leave the room, the hallways are very hot.
7) The hotel is pretty far from the center, so, in order to get to do anything i.e. shopping,restaurants,ect... you need transportaion.
All in all I got fooled by the pictures that I saw online, it's nowhere near 4 stars hotel and with all honesty if I knew this is what's expected the maximum I would have paid was HALF the money that I paid for it.

Nice Venue - Shambolic Staff

The location is good - right on the beach, but a 25 walk into town. Hire scooters. Staff seem baffled by simple questions. Our flight was very early so we asked when our room would be ready. Staff were perplexed. Took them ages to figure out we had 3 rooms even though we showed them confirmations. Didn't really detract from stay - just funny. Food pretty average.

Vi visste när vi bokade att hotellet har bästa läget på Makronissos strand så toppen att bo direkt på stranden och kunna bada innan frukost. Allt var toppen speciellt maten som var varierad och god. I äldre recensioner står att vatten inte ingår men det gör det vid all inclusive. Man får en vattenflaska när man checkar in som man fyller på i baren, även bubbelvatten serveras vid maten el i flaskan. Trevlig personal och rent, handdukar byts varje dag om man vill även poolhanddukarna kan bytas. Även om solstolar bokades både vid poolerna och stranden fanns det alltid lediga. Kan rekommendera att prova en cabana på stranden någon dag så mysigt om man är en familj. Bokas i baren 50 euro 70 för raden längst fram.

Betten waren durchgelegen, Sauberkeit war nicht besonders, Klimaanlage und Heizung defekt, nach dem Duschen stand das Bad unter Wasser, Reklamationen werden ignoriert, sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter vorallem an Rezeption/Restaurant, Buffetspeisen immer recht kalt bis lauwarm, 3 Kaffeeautomaten verfügbar, wo nur einer funktioniert hat, rooftopbar und alle anderen Restaurants waren geschlossen. Ausschliesslich das Buffetrestaurant offen.

Kids Club war in Ordnung und das Kind war gut versorgt. Die Einrichtung des Spieleraum war ok.

Wir hatten das Glück, ein paar Tage im Hotel zu verbringen. Die Professionalität des Empfangs hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch auf Deutsch. Die andere Sprache, was auch eine Überraschung war, war UNGARISCH. Wir gratulieren der Geschäftsleitung dazu, dass sie mit solch freundlichen Menschen den Ruf des Hotels gestärkt hat.

Hotel direkt am Strand mit kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Zimmern waren sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Am Strand hat das Hotel liege betten die man von Hotel mieten sollen, allerdings wenn man den QR Code scannt, wird nur den Menü von Strandbar angezeigt.
Für das Essen kann ich nur 3 von 5 geben. Komische Sirup mit Wasser anstatt Säfte, Essen :viel aber schlechte Qualität,gute Auswahl an Salaten und Dessert war lecker.
Falls man deutsche Kinderlieder und alte Schlager Musik mag, dann sind sie in die richtige Adresse gekommen.
Schwimmbad nur bis Abendessen (19Uhr) benutzbar.

Выбрали этот отель из-за волейбольной площадки. Но из-за пандемийных запретов она не работала. Однако мы остались довольны отдыхом. Замечательный уютный семейный отель. Качественная еда, всегда есть выбор мяса/рыбы/морепродуктов. Персонал приветливый. Все хорошо продумано. Подходит для семей с детьми.

Sauberes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Frühstück reichhaltig. 50 Meter zum Strand. Direkt am Strand keine Hoteleigene Liegen. Müssen dann für je nach Art für 7,50 bis 30 Euro pro Tag gemietet werden.
