Good location and met my needs. Can't comment on the food as I left before it was available. Parking was ample with wide spaces so no worries about dents from careless people. It was hot as blazes and the AC worked find. No complaints.
Krish

Grounds had weeds all over, black mold in bathroom, shower mat had large hole in the middle of it. Lack of detail on keeping the place up.
Pamela
Room was clean, adequate parking.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was great! It was very clean. The breakfast was good.

For me it was just a place to sleep for the night and for that purpose it was okay.

We’ve stayed in this hotel before and I found a couple of little bugs but thought it was a fluke. This time we had LOTS of tiny ants all over the floor and some on the bed. There was also a baby roach on the bed but it was the only one I found. I brought this to the attention of the desk person and he blew me off, stating that everyone has ants and it’s no big deal. I told him that it’s unacceptable to have any bugs in a hotel room and he again said everyone has ants. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was “on a floor” (whatever that meant) and wouldn’t call him. I won’t ever stay in this hotel again. On our last night in Townsend we had a pleasant stay next door at The Parkman Hotel and will stay there again.
Recently I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with hotel management. We are paying to stay at their property when we could easily stay anywhere. Bugs in rooms are never acceptable. Management needs to do better.

Fine is the perfect word to describe this hotel. We were only there for a night because of the location, and it was truly fine.
Jay
Staff at reception was not friendly but everything else was great. That staff member just needs additional training.
Linda
There were ants in the bathroom. AC was noisy and not working well. Breakfast was very good, wide assortment. Unusual fun thing was rocking chairs outside

We had a positive experience at this hotel and would definitely stay there again if ever in the area. The room was clean and spacious; the beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great (eggs, sausage), the staff was accommodating and friendly, parking was available right outside our door.
The only issues we had were: ** The toilet in the room had to be flushed multiple times to clear it which was an issue ** and the lighting in the room seemed a little dim.
Wish that breakfast would have opened before 7 am as a few times we had to leave before 7 (no coffee) - maybe open at 6:30 am ?

We had a great experience at this Inn! The staff and manager were very helpful and friendly. They also had a nice breakfast in the mornings. They had plenty of breakfast options to eat. We would definitely come back and stay!

The room had bugs and the sheets were stained. It was dirty so I just checked out immediately.

The shower was unusable. It was also constantly dripping. We notified the staff who said they were aware of the issue and a part was ordered. No offer was made to change rooms or discount the rate. Breakfast was decent. Location was great.

We love this place . Had to stay here one year bc. I got confused of our travel plans and we had no where to stay the first night. They took us in with open arms and a nice room !! We make a point to go back here every year as tradition ! It’s our first nights stay … and eat breakfast at Riverstone Restaurant right down the road ( although this place has a full breakfast stead ?? ) …. Then we visit Cades Cove that’s just past Riverstone …… I highly recommend it ! —- and they have a nice area to walk on a long side walk for excercise !!
Bruce
Great quiet clean place to stay in the beautiful mountains of Tennessee!

The lady that checked us in was just on her third day. She was nice and funny, a pleasure to talk to. The room was clean and stocked with what we needed for cleaning up. The parking was great and could walk to some restaurants. I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast, threw the eggs away after one bite. Very odd taste. And the doors to the lobby were locked where we couldn’t even get coffee after hours until 7am. I’ve never stayed anywhere that coffee wasn’t available or at least coffee in the room
James
Breakfast was great. Selection of food was great. Staff was very friendly and always cheerful....

The staff at check in and out was very nice and informative. The rooms were very clean and nice. The Breakfast staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The parking and hotel grounds were very clean, and the lighting was great. Enjoyed are stay, and will return again.
Jimmie
Staff are not friendly and they tried to charge my credit card even though I paid cash
janet
Shower spout leaking, filling tub up fast while showering. Notified front desk at checkout and they already knew about it. Don’t think they should’ve rented the room in that condition considering the hotel was not fully occupied.Breakfast was very good. Room was clean. Parking good. Convenient location.
Tom
No in room coffee. No coffee in lobby before 7. No waffles. No smiles from staff. The room was fine
Patrick
Room was a bit out dated. Beds were clean and ok. The girl at the front desk was great. Very friendly and helpful. We did not stay for breakfast as we left early in the morning.
Jim

JoAnne
Only disappointed to not have coffee in the room. Andre was great and the breakfast was excellent.
Amanda
Standard hotel, room ok. The room seemed clean enough but had a funny smell (maybe odd cleaning fluids). Beeakfast was lacklustre no fruit or yogurt, but functional.
Norman
The room was reasonably clean. The bathroom floor and around the shower wasn’t as clean as I like it. No Kleenex type tissue in room, which we usually find in a hotel. Toilet paper was tissue thin. The towels were rough. The manager was super friendly. It’s a shame they have to clean the rooms themselves as can’t get any help that wants to work.
Dorota
Thank you for your hosting. We liked location-very convenient.
Holly
Friendly staff, decent breakfast, comfortable beds.
Susan
It was a great place to stay you could see and see the great Smokey Mountains from the run and also right in front of the Hotel there was area that is made for walking or riding your bike on. We walked everyday while we were there. The only thing about the hotel there is no pool or a coffee pot in your room but you can go to the office and get coffee thru 10pm.
Mike
Breakfast was great. We parked right in front of our room
Christopher
Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Front desk staff not friendly at all, when we arrived at 145pm they wouldn’t even come to front desk they spoke through a camera and told us check-in doesn’t start till 3pm. Gym was horrible, no water provided. Front desk just said nobody uses gym so that’s why no water. Avoid this place!
Samuel
This property was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Even through it was busy it was very relaxing atmosphere. It fit right in with the small town charm. We will definitely be back!

This is one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The room was plenty spacious, very well priced, breakfast was great with several options available, and it was centrally located to the town.
The staff put it over the top for us — extremely kind and helpful, with an obvious amount of pride in what they were doing there — whether it was checking us in, cleaning, or offering breakfast! That impressed us the most!
We rarely take the time to write reviews, but they are deserving — so here we are! 10 out of 10!!!

The room was excellent. Plenty of space, bed was awesome, very clean, bathroom was huge and water pressure was absolutely great! Will definitely stay again👍
Kimberly
The positive is that the room was very clean. But some sort of air freshener heavily, perfumed was used, and I had a headache within thirty minutes of being in the room. There's no comforter, just an extremely thin blanket and a thin coverlet that is as thin as a top.sheet. vending machineOn second floor didn't work vending machine on first floor didn't give the correct products as listed. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Shirley
The person at check in was rude. Other employees were friendly courteous.

Marnie
The hotel was very clean and neat! Staff was very friendly.
Wilma E
Room was very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful & extremely polite. Parking was good & location of BW was only a couple minutes drive from National Park. The only thing I would change next time would be requesting bottom floor. Second floor is rough on old folks knees.
Scott
Very close to the park, didn’t see a hot tub. Dog park looks like former pool area. Cornhole boards are in the dog park, but I don’t want to play on astroturf where dogs are walked.
Emmadene
Front desk staff was professional, friendly & helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean. The only negative comment about Best Western is there are no elevators to get to second floor. If you don't do well on steps, request the 1st floor.
The breakfast was good, as well.
The breakfast was good, as well.
Linda Lou
The staff was awesome
Ilya
The smell of cleaning chemicals was so intense, we had to leave the door open. No windows either, there’s corn hook which is great but rather loud & joining rooms which was not something we expected. However, the strong chemical smell is really only notable issue.
Cindy
The room was clean. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The staff were all very friendly. It is walking distance to the festival event grounds.
