The living room tv wouldn’t connect to wifi so the maintenance man brought me a new 50 inch smart tv.Everything was nice n comfortable. I recommend the stay.

The unit was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Furniture, especially beds, was comfortable and in good shape. We had all the basics needed to make our meals in the spacious kitchen. The view of Mt LeConte from building C was spectacular.

The hotel needs improvements, in my room the hot water was not working and there was no water pressure. On the other hand in the pool there were no towels, my husband and the child had to get out of the pool area wet at 10 pm. Cleanliness was conspicuous by its absence, we saw cockroaches in the kitchen and the vacuum cleaner was quite dirty.
Kitchen and vacuum cleaner was quite dirty. The coffee maker, toaster and blender did not work. The place is very nice but needs improvement.

Unit C great views!

We stayed in Unit C and it was a great time and an amazing view of ober Gatlinburg trolley, the bathroom is a little outdated but it did the job and had a massive tub. Everything was just wonderful overall.

The nor worth $1200 for 3 day

When we reserved, we requested to get room pet free because my children suffered from asthma and allergies. We were told that they didn't have that available but the cleaning person was going to dust more and vacuum well. When we arrived to our room, there was dust on the windows and blinds, lamps, bedside tables. It was not vacuum, there was fur next to the chimney. The in room jacuzzi when it was turn on, there was dirt coming out. We never had a chance to use it, even the cleaning person came to clean it supposedly. There were blood stains on the sofa, under the sofa there was trash, and stains behind the dining chairs. There was a stain next to the bathroom sink. Honestly, it didn't look clean. We complained right away, one person came to dust. The rest was not done because all cleaning crew was gone for the day and for Thanksgiving were off. I am disappointed about this place. My children asthma and allergies activated with in being in the apartment a couple ours later. I wouldn't recommend this place if you suffered from asthma

Wonderful stay

We have stayed t this property before and wanted to try it again and glad we did. We arrived on Thanksgiving so the office was closed but they left the keys and instructions in a lockbox. The room/apartment was just like the last one we stayed in last time. 2 bedroom, 3 bed, 2 bath, full kitchen with oven and everything. Everything as spotless except a few ladybugs.

Condo was great, large, and comfortable. No view from 1st floor balcony. Staff was great.

Game room was in only fair shape. BBQ grills worked but slow coming to temp. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were all great. Location was good but Ski Mnt Road DOES have semis that use it !!!! Nearly got smashed by one just below the pizza place. That's not a knock on Laurel Point but pay attention. Saw bears at back end on Laurel Point near picnic area twice and near the pizza place.

Overall - we'd probably stay here again.

Really nice property. Friends and helpful staff. Great indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Our unit was nice and had everything we needed. It was updated and well situated. Washer and dryer was a nice bonus. The only problem was the lack of water pressure in the showers. It would be helpful to have a spray nozzle at kitchen sink.

We really enjoyed our vacation living in this resort. The location the staffs and the facilities indoor or outdoor are very nice except the beddings are not quite well prepared, since it’s cool weather, only provided thinnish blankets were not enough. Overall is excellent here. I think I will come again!

We loved our place and were thrilled with the modern updates and roominess! Two things needed attention--the master shower needed better cleaning and the beds needed a mattress pad or more sheets between mattress and us. Would be nice to have an extra blanket as well as the nights were cool.

The view is breathtaking. The pictures on the Hotel.com app are not updated. Rooms are updated, very spacious. Felt more like a condo. Two balconies. Fireplace. Full equiped kitchen. In an area recovering from fires. Only complaint: check in is from 4-5pm. No one to call afterhours to check in. Luckily ran into another guest that checked in late the day prior and explained the process to get keys to room. Definitely got money worth from this stay. Will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with y'all at lLaurel Point. Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and. and comfortable. Our grandsons enjoyed everything about it. I think they would have been happy just to stay in their room and not doing any outside activities. It was by far the nicest place we have stayed. Thank y'all so much for giving us a n almost perfect vacation. The only thing we did get and wanted to see was snow. We deffinitely will stay there again if or when we come back and will recommend y'all to all our friends.

Loved this property. Beautiful location in the mountains! BUT Expedia didn't let me know that the indoor pool was under reconstruction due to recent area-wide Gatlinburg fire. Gave us free passes to community center pool which was great, but a long drive from resort.

Bed bugs in one room. They switched us to another & threw our belongings in a huge industrial washer/dryer. They were quick to act upon the issue. Although I’ve never seen a bed bug as big as the ones there. I do have lots of Pics an videos. When switched to another room I did not see any bugs.

This place was so amazing. Everything was excellent. The place was clean and very comfortable. Not far from all the festivities l. The staff was kind and was available when we needed them. The internet was ok due to being in the mountains but that was ok because the basic television provided many channels. Just wonderful

Nice hotel close to Smoky Mountains NP entrance.

Two small bedrooms apartment, nice living room, full kitchen. Excellent, if you like feeling \"home\" after a day hiking in the park. You can make your own pop corn, open your own wine and relax as if at home. If you prefer the \"hotel\" feeling, the busy bar and congested elevator, go somewhere else.

Need to update the place

I have stayed here before and was going to stay here again because of the size of the room, unfortunately, the place really needs to be updated. The furniture has seen better days long ago and I saw several bugs during our stay, many more than just a couple. The customer service was nice but would not stay here again unless there are major improvements done.

Room was like a two bedroom fully furnished apartment. A lot of privacy. You have to clean your room and take out your trash. Make sure you buy groceries or plan on eating out. Only problem I had was the jets in the Jacuzzi didn't work. If I decide to go back I will definitely stay again as long as the jets in the Jacuzzi works.

This room is very outdated...it had a bad smell like mildew...the tubs were nasty...need to be changed out and updated...glad it was just for the weekend...i would not recommend unless they update stuff and furniture needs to be updated along with the big back tvs... then the cable nor internet didnt work when we arrived

OK condo for family vacation

Condo was what we expected, we rented it because it had an indoor pool and we were visiting on spring break. Problem was the pool was closed for maintenance. Staff said it was minor maintenance that turned into major maintenance so that was a big dissapointment.

Didn't meet expectations.

We've stayed here several times but not sure we would again. This is a timeshare. The facilities are nice but the staff is not. My wife asked for a late checkout and they said absolutely not.
We let our kids play on the playground and when we left we noticed the room was being cleaned. One of the instructions were to strip the beds and leave them by the door. We watched the cleaning man put the same mattress cover and sheets back on the bed that we just stripped. We let the office staff know on the way off and they didn't seem to care.

Stayed there for the weekend, the actual room was a lot better than the pictures showed. The staff was friendly and checkin was a breeze. The room was spotless and very nice and comfortable. We had a problem our last night with an appliance, but the management was wonderful and made it right for us. Overall my family and I were very pleased and we will definitely stay there again, this hotel was great!

Great Mountain Condos near Gatlinburg

There were some minor delays in checking in, but quickly fixed by after hours staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortably slept our family of 5. Pool and game areas were clean and well maintained. Even some of the older facilities/amenities were in good condition. Our condo had an updated kitchen and newly remodeled bathroom. We are planning to stay at Laurel Point if/when we return to Gatlinburg!

Large Condo for Gatlinburg

This property has both newly renovated buildings and older ones. I stayed in one of the renovated condos and I had family stay in an order building. My renovated condo had a great new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the shared bathroom was enlarged with a huge walk in glass shower and jacuzzi tub. Strangely, the master bedroom and bath were left completely unchanged. Bathroom shower, sink, counter and bedroom furniture was all about 30 years old and exactly matched those in the old condos. It was very strange that they only updated part of the condo. The condos themselves are very roomy. I've stayed in several other 2 bedroom properties and this was by far the largest and most spacious. Even with the out of date master bath and old, very uncomfortable master bed mattress, this was the best condo for families that I've visited in Gatlinburg.

My husband and I really enjoyed the comfort of this condo instead of a room. We had a great view of the mountains. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed in a couple nights and made some gourmet dinners, sat on the balcony and looked out at the tram going up and down the mountain..Gatlinburg was just a mile or so down the mountain and the resort is very close to the park entrance. Great place! Want to go back again.

Good value

Giving 4 stars due to great room rate and location. Check-in personnel was actually rude; never experienced that at another hotel! Room was huge and clean enough with good amenities (porch, Jacuzzi). Property is definitely dated, probably built in early 1990s. 5 mins from downtown strip, on mountain, which was nice. Overall, a great value for the price I paid, but with several caveats.

Nice but could use some updating

Everything was good including the service except the rooms are in need of a facelift, especially the bathrooms. The shower stall in the master bath was very small and was hard for me to use at 6'4\" plus there was mold and mildew on the grout in both bathrooms. Location was good, views good, size of the room was good and seeing a bear in the parking lot when we were packing to leave was awesome.

Front staff was awesome! Rooms are big...2 bedrooms, huge jacuzzi, full kitchen with utensils/suppiles. Living room with fireplace and pull out couch...private balcony! SO WORTH the price!...only negative thing is that it is a bit of a drive from all things in Gatlinburg...no walking (saw a bear)...it is up on the mountain...wasnt so easy getting up there in a Fordf250 with a 96\"bed...turns are SHARP!

Room was great, perfect for our group of 6. Location was great, just a short drive to the entrance of the National Park (where we spent most time) and downtown Gatlinburg. Everything was clean. Playground was great for the kids. Hot tub was nice after a day of hiking.

A great place for a family getaway..

I was amazed at our condo. It was so spacious. The kitchen was equipted with everything we needed for a family dinner. The play area was nice and clean. My grandson had a great time on the slide. Great place with a great price.

My husband and I brought our three teenagers and had a blast. It's a small ride to the smokey mountain trails and the town of Gatlinburg. We used their grills every night and enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. Our kids had fun in the game room using the pool table and ping pong. I loved the view of the mountains out our back porch and I would definitely love to go back to the same place.

Big Surprise - Good And Bad

Surprised! We did not expect a roomy, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with full utensils and accessories. Nor did we expect to have to bring own shampoo, conditioner, facial tissue and hand lotion and do our own housekeeping and re-use wet towels. When toilet backed up we could only contact an answering service (no staff on premises after 6pm) and were told toilet would be fixed following morning. Before we checked out we had to start dishwasher, place all bedsheets and towels in one location and take all trash to dumpster.

This is not a negative rating; but it would be an excellent rating if we knew going in what to expect - little or no service or bathroom supplies for a very comfortable room (5 of us) at a reasonable price.

Laurel Point a get away on its own.

Nestled in a corner of the mountain, near to everything Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer lies Laurel Point. Its Super helpful staff and Quaint bldgs make you feel at home from day one. The pool was inside a bldg. surrounded by a Sauna, grills, deck chairs, and a hot tub (Broken upon our visit but a sign did say it was being worked on). Our room was a tad bit in need of paint and repair, but was totally acceptable and enjoyable for the time we were staying there and the awesome price we were able to stay at. Down the street to the right of Laurel Point was a local store and its staff and delivery services also made the trip much better. This store has everything you could need and they also make food for you including breakfast, they Deliver till closing, so take advantage of it.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views

Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Some staff was very moody. Checked in by very nice lady but the other lady in office was very short and even rude. We stayed all weekend and asked for extra towels but told that was all we could get was what was in Room. Needless to say they brought us some more. Thank goodness. Other then that we love the rooms/condo and would still recommend it. We already plan on going back. We are not mountain people but loved the hotel so much we going back to just stay there.

The Condo's are nice but are older and are in need of some major updating, incl. carpet, appliances, and definitely a new matress. The bed had a huge dip in it and was very uncomfortable. Great location, but steep for snowy weather. If you are planning on doing any cooking while there, you may need to bring your own supplies, very limited cookware. Overall, good, but would not rate them as excellent as it shows. For the same amount of money, we have stayed at much nicer and more updated places.

We planned this trip & when we got there it decided to snow...who would have thought it would snow on Oct 31, but it was fine bcuz there was plenty to do onsite & the roads were cleared off the next day so we could drive 1 mile into the main drag of Gatlinburg. Also if the parkway is backed up you can take the bypass to get to the resort with ease. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Would not stay there again...

Hotel was furnished circa 1985ish. The kitchen was spacious however, needs a major overhaul. When opening cabinets, beware... they fall off the hinges. The hot water knob on the kitchen sink shot off and water was everywhere... Maintenance man did come fairly quickly, after we called South Carolina who then called the on-call front desk employee in Gatlinburg who then called the maintenance man who then came and took care of the problem.
I do have to say, that the MASSIVE whirlpool tub in the master bath was.... MASSIVE :)
However, be forewarned that the master suite is in the front of the condo where the entrance is, while the guest suite (with private entrance to balcony) faces the view... kinda confusing....

A bit disappointed

This isn't a hotel. It is a timeshare. While it was nice to have a 2 bedroom condo, there were no services provided. We had to take our towels to exchange for clean ones and there was no one in the office after about 5 pm if we had questions or problems. The hot tub was out of service our entire stay (and probably still is.) It was adequate but not what I expected for the price.

Pleasant Family Getaway

The room was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with cookware. However, it was dated in many ways: sliding door didn't shut properly, the pull out sofa bed was older and not very comfortable, the plumping in the spa tub did have dirt (though after running the tub facet for a few seconds the line cleared), and the showers were small. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at this hotel. The view was beautiful and it was nice that it wasn't in the middle of town.

wonderful hotel. had everything we needed.

It was a great place for my Grandchildren as well as my Daughter and I, the kids could swim rain or shine due to the indoor pool. and they had a game room that was accommodating to all of us, pool table, foosball, ping pong and air hockey game. this save me some money due to it was included in the price and really entertained the kids. the staff were all friendly and helpful. the view off the balcony was so great for my Daughter and myself sitting there drinking our coffee and looking at the mountains. we all agreed one of our best vacations. Thanks

I woke up and saw little black bugs all over my bed. It was late at night so I waited for the officce to open in the morningl. I quickly reported the incident. The lady stated that someone would come to look at it and later they said they only found lady bugs. I never saw a lady bug in the room at all; however, they did allow me t to move to another room.The night that I saw the bugs, I was terrified and couldn't sleep.My fiance' and I slept in a twin size bed and in the morning our backs were hurting.They did not take anything off of the price for our inconvenience of sleeping with BUGS!!! When I turned in my key the same lady was at the front desk.She never smiled or asked how was my night in the new room. Customer service was aweful.Unfortunately, this incident was the night prior to my wedding.

Nice condo set back in mountains

Fairly clean, finally they upgraded the tv and furniture. Parking is good but tight in some places. elevator only at one end of building. Nice and quiet location. great place for a family getaway. will stay again.
