Very clean room, soft beds, wonderful pillows, excellent showers. The indoor pools were a little cold, and strong chlorine smell. Staff was wonderful, very pleasant. I would come back again, and do recommend. Walking distance from the main drag is a huge plus!

I did not expect to be given a sales pitch upon arrival for a time share opportunity. We politely decline but it didn’t end there. It was very hard to walk away from the sales person as they continued on after we said no thank you. We then received a phone call the very next day to try again to sell a time share. Very hard to get off the phone with the sales person. We will not return due to the harassment of the time sharing staff.

Upon check in I was told outside travel sites (expedia) overbooked the hotel so I was downgraded to a 1 bedroom with 5 people. It was supposed to be a two bedroom. I was disappointed to say the least and feel a partial refund is in order as I paid the price of a two bedroom suite.

Room was clean, but no housekeeping service during our 4 night stay. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and spacious. However the construction and landscaping noise starts early and be prepared for badgering from the timeshare sales staff. Walking distance to downtown and easy parking at hotel. View from the room was very nice. Fireplace is a nice touch.

Excellent stay! The room was beautiful and the staff was so helpful! After check in they send you to another staff member to get your key who will try to get you to attend a 90 minute session in hopes you will purchase a timeshare. We declined and they understood with no hassle. We were not bombarded with sales attempts and they were so respectful. The indoor water park was a blast and the staff communicates by text if you need anything. Several times I sent a text to the front desk and they responded immediately with whatever we needed, including booking us an extra night! Very satisfied and will come again.

My family travels a lot and this is by far one of the best hotels we've stayed in. They were so accommodating, Sylver and Brittany downstairs were a huge help. Very clean, close to everything, hot tubs were an awesome bonus. Felt very cozy there. We rented a townhouse for the rest of the week for triple what we paid here, and wish we just stayed here instead!! Definitely will be back for sure !!!

The pools are dirty, they don't put enough garbage bags in the rooms. The microwave never worked and no one did anything to fix it. They bother a lot trying to get you to listen to their meeting. 👎 insistent and annoying.

There was no hot water, we called reception and it took more than 30 minutes to send maintenance which made had to make them aware that it would delay our checkout time that was supposed to be 10am. The shower light does not work, seems the bulb may have been out, the soap dispenser in the shower was also empty.

For the most part we loved the resort! There were a few things that could have been better. When we first got there at check in they sent me right over to someone to push a timeshare presentation on me. That is the last thing you want to deal with after traveling all day with kids! Then, there was no way to get to our room, or even the corridor to our room indoors, and it was snowing while we were there. The splash pad was very difficult to find and is a pretty good walk when it’s freezing outside. I actually had to get directions to it from the front desk because the signs didn’t help at all! The water in the splash pad is cold and there is no hot tub in that area. The hot water in the room also ran out extremely quickly! The bedroom in the condo would NOT heat up. I had to bundle up to sleep in there!

Pros: Other than the bedroom not getting warm, the condo was very comfortable and spacious. Loved the jetted tub! The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The location is perfect! You can walk everywhere!

This property is in an excellent location, the strip is just a short walk away. Multiple restaurants, arcades, and shopping in walking distance. I loved the private balcony, it had a nice view of the mountain and the Space needle. There is a pretty big arcade at the space needle, lots of game options, and prize options, small cafe serving hand tossed pizza. The pizza was yummy! Great for kids and adults. The villa was awesome, we were in the one bedroom, 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Plenty of activities onsite, small arcade, Splash Hollow, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub, and indoor pool. The villas have full functioning kitchen with dinnerware for 4, dishwasher, toaster, full size fridge, pots, and pans. The only thing they didn't have that we needed was a pizza cutter, but we just used a knife. Every single person that we came in contact with was super friendly, and helpful. We actually ended up extending one more night because we were having so much fun, and Silver made the process smooth. All facilities were clean, and well maintained. They supplied coffee in the morning, and they had a hot chocolate bar set up one day. I read the reviews before booking and they mentioned pushy timeshare agents trying to sell timeshares. We did not encounter this. When we checked in a very pleasant lady offered us an opportunity to watch a presentation about a time share, which we declined. She was not pushy at all and wished us a wonderful vacation. Will stay again! (:

This is a great family hotel close to everything. The only down side is the pool in with the waterslide was really cold. My kids were asking when we will come back before we even left! We were in a villa and had a nice view of the creek behind it.

Website says pool is open until 11. Paid a tremendous amount more for this hotel so the kids could play at the waterpark. We were only staying 1 night. Checked in around 945 and were told pool closes at 10 they didnt care what the Website said. Rude! Reserved a suite. Opened the door to find trash in the foyer, the shower and tub fixtures were separated from the wall and the shower didn't work in one of the bathrooms. There wasn't any coffee in the room and I was informed any necessity we need I would have to purchase from their market. Also, the EV charging station in the parking garage didn't work. For almost $700 per night, after fees, I expected a lot more. I would not recommend this resort for the money they charge. I've stayed at a lot of nicer, more accommodating places for a lot less money.

It was a decent facility. We picked this hotel because of the location to downtown. We were told there were shuttles to take us back and forth but we never saw them or a schedule and just walked. Upon arrival, it took 25 min to check in bc we were given the sales pitch to try to buy time share. The lady was very nice, but maybe new bc she scanned my card for incidentals several times, assured me that it only went through once, but I have 2 charges on my account. The room was fine, the zacuzzi did not work and there was very little hot water. The tv was outdated, but we didn’t come to watch tv so that was fine. We had no coffee, asked 3 times and never got any. They did bring extra towels but we didn’t need those. The older man at the front desk couldnt be bothered to even look up when we went to ask about coffee and activities. All in all, it was okay, just not exceptional for a short stay. We only went for a few days to get away for family time, and didn’t want to be haggled about time share.

The hotel is clean but there is a small pressure incentive to to take a tour for time share purchases but if you're angling for a discount or free shows and discounts then take the 90 minutes tour. But some of the facilities need a remodel and maybe some upgraded perks for the prices. But if space, cleanliness, and convenience is all you need then this it. Multiple bedrooms, kitchens, multiple baths, and within walking distance is great

Showed up very early and Dee took care of us in the front!! We didn't get the bunk bed room I promised the kids but also left the trip with no injuries so not a bad trade off. Perfect location where you can walk out room and be on the strip in minutes. The bird in the lobby was probably my highlight. Gatlinburg is becoming too touriste for us. Next year will be a cabin far away from the noise

Great family getaway

My husband and I took our daughters ranging from 3-13 everyone had a blast! The smaller girls loved the splash pad. The resort held a movie night with pop corn in the pool which everyone enjoyed. We were within walking distance to gatlinburg strip so we didnt have to pay to park and fight traffic.

Hotel is updated, very nice and great amenities but understaffed probably because everyone is sitting at home getting paid to do nothing rather than actually working. 2 room suites are very nice and cabinets being stocked was awesome and helpful.

Text to check in was unnecessary in my eyes. The whole town is walking around without masks and crowding the sidewalks, why bother with the masks and social distancing practices.

Check in was a nightmare! 45 minute wait. Also, when we turned on the fireplace the whole room filled with a gas smell. We had them check it and they said, “nothing was wrong with it and that was normal.” The bathroom door was broken and the he shower faucet. They never came to fix it in the entire week we was there.

The first night I pulled my luggage up with a trolley the trolley got stuck in a crack in the concrete on the 9th floor and it hit my shin bone causing it to bleed and bruise. 2nd night I used the jetted tub and dirt comes out of the jets into my bath water, my husband killed a roach in the kitchen. I have pictures of it all. They moved us to another room farther down away from elevator the next day. They advised me to leave my luggage in the front desk area and they will take it to the room when it was ready. When I got back from my family outing I was to pick up the keys from the front desk. I picked up the keys and they didn’t work for the room, went back to the front desk they rekeyed the keys and still didn’t work. I did that about 5 times in less than 40 degree weather. Because it took over an hour to figure out the situation. We end up not being able to make it to any of the local restaurants for my sons bday dinner because everything closes around 9 9:30 pm. Not one time did anyone offer to correct or fix the situation. It’s like because I booked thru you I wasn’t a real guest and since I didn’t buy their timeshare/point system they didn’t care about me as a guest.

We booked it for a quick couple getaway. The rooms were excellent and the location was close to the things we wanted to do. We did find the mattress a bit hard. The room had a large jetted tub with a shower. Unfortunately I have some mobility issues and was unable to get into the tub.

We had an amazing time. We had originally wanted one night and ended up staying an extra night. Only thing that I didn't like was when I went to use the tub and I turned on a lot of mold came out of the jets. But that is the only thing that was wrong.
